Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide printing ink which has a high peelability and an excellent aptitude, can easily form a peeling layer on a necessary spot of a substrate, and enables the position of the peeling layer to be recognized even on-line; and a sheet using the same. SOLUTION: A fluorescent substance is compounded into known ink for forming the peeling layer to give a fluorescent substance-containing ink for forming the peeling layer. The layer is formed on a specified spot of at least one side of the substrate by using the fluorescent substance-containing ink for forming the peeling layer, thus giving the sheet. Though the peeling layer is hardly visible because of its transparency, its position can be recognized even on-line because it emits light when irradiated with ultraviolet rays by using an ultraviolet lamp (black light) in order to recognize the position.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a sheet having a release layer formed by applying a release layer-forming ink containing a release agent to a base material has been widely used as a recording sheet for release paper, adhesive tape, home delivery slip and the like. Aqueous release layer-forming inks (including emulsion type) and UV-curable release layers containing silicone release agents, fluorine release agents, alkyl pendant release agents, long-chain alkyl release agents, etc. for forming release layers Forming inks and the like are used.

[0003] However, the conventional release layer formed by applying the release layer forming ink is transparent and thus cannot be easily viewed. Since the water-repellent portions did not have water repellency, the portions where the release layers were formed were found. However, although this method has an advantage that a release layer can be found without using a special device, it has a problem that it is not suitable for continuous production.

Since the ink for forming a release layer containing a fluorescent substance of the present invention has excellent suitability for printing ink, a release layer can be easily formed at a predetermined portion of a base material, so that the cost can be reduced and the ink can be formed. Since the release layer is transparent, it is usually not easily visible. However, when the location is checked, it emits light when irradiated with ultraviolet rays using an ultraviolet lamp (black light) or the like. You can check. Since the sheet of the present invention has a release layer formed using the phosphor-containing release layer forming ink of the present invention on a predetermined portion of at least one surface of the substrate,
In addition to being low-priced and having high release performance, this release layer is transparent and usually not easily visible, but emits light when irradiated with ultraviolet light, so that the release layer can be easily found even during continuous production.

The amount of the fluorescent substance used in the present invention is not particularly limited. However, it is preferable to add 0.1 to 10 parts by mass, preferably 0.5 to 8 parts by mass of a fluorescent substance to a known ink for forming a release layer. If the amount of the fluorescent substance is less than the lower limit, the amount of light emission is so small that the position of the release layer may not be easily confirmed even when irradiated with ultraviolet rays. It is not preferable because other properties such as suitability may be impaired.

After adding 1.0 parts by mass of Whitex WS (manufactured by Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd.), the mixture was thoroughly mixed to prepare the phosphor-containing release layer forming ink of the present invention. Next, the obtained ink for forming a fluorescent substance-containing release layer of the present invention was printed on a portion of the base material corresponding to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer at the time of printing a single-piece bicycle parking warning label to form a release layer. When printing the ink for forming a fluorescent substance-containing release layer of the present invention on a base material, the printing position is clarified by irradiating the printing portion with ultraviolet light with black light, and the printing position alignment work is performed quickly and accurately. I was able to. The base material on which the release layer is formed can be easily peeled off when using a single-piece bicycle parking warning label and has a high peeling performance, and the peeled single-piece bicycle parking warning label can be easily attached to the wall surface etc. Was.

The ink for forming a fluorescent substance-containing release layer according to the first aspect of the present invention is excellent in printing ink suitability, so that a release layer can be easily formed at a predetermined place where a substrate is required, so that the cost is reduced. In addition, it has high release performance and the formed release layer is transparent, so it is not usually easily visible. However, when confirming the location, it is necessary to use an ultraviolet lamp (black light) or the like. Since light is emitted when irradiated, the remarkable effect that the location of the release layer can be confirmed online can be obtained.
