However, in the case of a foaming formulation using a hydrocarbon-based foaming agent or a hydrofluorocarbon-based foaming agent, the obtained rigid polyurethane foam has a higher compatibility between the foaming agent and the urethane raw material than conventional rigid polyurethane foams. A decrease in reactivity of the obtained foam due to a decrease in dispersibility, a decrease in foaming efficiency (densification),
There are difficulties such as poor finish of the surface of the molded article, a decrease in foam strength, a decrease in dimensional stability, and a decrease in adhesiveness to the frame. Further, when the heat insulation performance is required, there is a problem that the thermal conductivity is deteriorated due to the coarse cells. Furthermore, in low-temperature spraying work, there is a drawback that liquid dripping, delamination, and set are likely to occur due to reduced reactivity (particularly initial activity).

On the other hand, when the amount of the catalyst is increased on the polyol side in order to increase the reactivity, shrinkage at normal temperature is severe and the moldability is further deteriorated. Or MDI with high activity on the isocyanate side
It has been known that when a polymeric MDI containing a large amount of is used, storage stability is deteriorated due to coagulation at a low temperature.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Each raw material used in the present invention will be described. Polymeric MDI used in polyisocyanate composition for rigid polyurethane foam of the present invention
(A1) contains MDI having two benzene rings and two isocyanate groups, each of which is a so-called binuclear body. This “polymeric MDI” is a mixture of organic isocyanate compounds having different degrees of condensation obtained by converting a condensation mixture (polyamine) obtained by a condensation reaction between aniline and formalin into an isocyanate group by phosgenation or the like. In other words, the composition of the finally obtained polymeric MDI can be changed by changing the raw material composition ratio and the reaction conditions during the condensation. The polymeric MDI used in the present invention has a different number of reaction liquids after conversion to isocyanate groups, or solvent removal from the reaction liquid, or a bottom liquid obtained by partially distilling and separating MDI, reaction conditions and separation conditions. It may be a mixture of seeds. Further, a part of the isocyanate group may be modified to biuret, allophanate, carbodiimide, oxazolidone, amide, imide or the like.

(A1) is an MD in gel permeation chromatography (hereinafter abbreviated as GPC).
The peak area ratio of I is 20 to 70%, preferably 25 to 65%. If the peak area ratio of the MDI exceeds 70%, the strength of the obtained rigid polyurethane foam decreases and the rigid polyurethane foam tends to become brittle. If it is less than 20%, the viscosity of the obtained polyisocyanate is high, and spraying tends to be difficult, for example, in spraying work.

When the number average molecular weight is less than the lower limit, when the number of carbon atoms of the terminal organic group is less than the lower limit (for example, methoxy group, ethoxy group, etc.), and when the oxypropylene group content is less than the lower limit, the resulting polyisocyanate The compatibility between the composition and the hydrocarbon or hydrofluorocarbon is not improved, resulting in a decrease in the reactivity of the obtained foam, a decrease in the foaming efficiency (densification), poor finish on the surface of the molded body, and an adhesive property with the skeleton. Is likely to decrease. If it exceeds the upper limit, the viscosity of the obtained polyisocyanate composition becomes too high, and the workability tends to be reduced.

In the present invention, a preferable isocyanate index (total isocyanate groups in polyisocyanate (A) / total active hydrogen groups in polyol (B) × 10).
0) is the case of a so-called urethane foam of 50 to 14
0, more preferably 70 to 130, and 1 in the case of a so-called isocyanurate foam using a trimerization catalyst.
It is 40-800, preferably 150-500. Isocyanate index is 5 for urethane foam
If the value is less than 0 or less than 140 in the case of an isocyanurate foam, the obtained foam may not have sufficient strength and is likely to shrink. On the other hand, if it exceeds 140 in the case of urethane foam, and if it exceeds 800 in the case of isocyanurate foam, the resulting foam tends to be brittle and the adhesiveness tends to decrease, which is not preferable.

As described above, the polyisocyanate composition for a rigid polyurethane foam of the present invention is a uniform and stable liquid, and is particularly excellent in low-temperature storage stability. Further, this polyisocyanate composition is structurally improved in compatibility and dispersibility with a low-polarity foaming agent (hydrocarbon, hydrofluorocarbon, etc.). Further, the dispersibility with water and the compatibility with polyol are also good. Also,
The resulting rigid polyurethane foam has low thermal conductivity and excellent heat insulation performance because the cells are fine. Further, the initial foaming speed is increased, and the workability in a low-temperature atmosphere in the in-situ foaming is particularly good. Further, the foam has good molding shrinkage and dimensional stability, and also has excellent adhesiveness to an adherend.
