2. Description of the Related Art Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No.
JP-A-303714 discloses a vibration damping structure in which a fiber-reinforced and hardened material is interposed between a building frame and a precast concrete plate (hereinafter referred to as a PC plate) provided as a structure. Specifically, a PC board forming a wall surface is arranged in a construction plane surrounded on all sides by beams and columns forming a skeleton, and the upper and lower peripheral surfaces of the PC board are placed between two upper and lower beams opposite to each other. And a fiber reinforced mortar interposed therebetween. In this vibration damping structure, when a substantially horizontal relative displacement occurs between beams located above and below due to an earthquake or the like, the fiber reinforced mortar interposed between the PC plate and the beams is deformed in the shearing direction. Since this fiber reinforced mortar has high toughness, its hysteresis damping property absorbs vibration energy, suppresses relative displacement between the PC board and the beam, and suppresses vibration of the skeleton.

However, in the above-described conventional vibration damping structure, the PC board provided on the surface of the structure via the fiber reinforced mortar is a structural body.
The board is required to have rigidity and strength that can withstand wind pressure and seismic force as well as its own weight and the weight of the load. Therefore, the above-mentioned damping structure is applied to a bearing wall or the like. However, since the placement of the bearing wall is structurally limited, the degree of freedom in design is low, and it is difficult to obtain desired damping performance. Further, the fiber reinforced mortar interposed between the PC plate and the beam forming the wall surface has a poor restoring property, so that there is also a problem that repeated use is difficult.

In view of the foregoing, the present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and has a vibration damping structure using a small number of non-structural members provided in a building to bear a light load and An object of the present invention is to provide an inexpensive vibration damping wall structure in which the installation place is not limited.

In order to achieve the above object, in the vibration damping wall structure of the present invention, a plate material which is a non-structural member is provided on a part of a building via a vibration damping member made of a viscoelastic body. It is characterized by the following.

According to the present invention, since a viscoelastic body is interposed between a part of a building and a plate, vibration energy input to the building due to an earthquake or the like is absorbed by the viscosity of the viscoelastic material. Therefore, vibration can be attenuated.

Further, since the above-mentioned plate members are constituted by a large number of non-structural members provided in a building, a load acting on each plate member due to vibration is dispersed. Therefore, each plate member can be a non-structural member, and the structural strength of the building does not decrease due to the arrangement position of the plate member. For this reason, the arrangement position of the plate material can be freely laid out without restriction, and the construction cost can be reduced because a new structural member having high rigidity and strength is not required as the plate material.

Further, when the plate is made of glass,
This damping wall structure can be applied to a glass window of a building, and light can be taken while having a damping function. In particular,
In consideration of the feeling of openness and lighting, even in a building having a large outer peripheral area covered with glass, the glass window can be provided with a vibration damping function. Therefore, it is not necessary to use a wall material that shields the structure surface in order to provide a vibration damping function, and a more open space can be realized.

That is, the plate glass 18 provided in the structure composed of the columns 12 and the beams 14 has its edges sandwiched from both sides by a support member 20 via a viscoelastic body 16. 20 is fixed to the column 12 and the beam 14 and the vibration damping wall 1

When vibration is input to the building due to an earthquake, wind pressure, or the like, the upper and lower beams 14 are displaced between layers, and the structure is sheared in the horizontal direction, and the sheet glass 18 rotates in the vertical direction. At this time, the viscoelastic body 16 interposed between the plate member 18 and the support member 20 provided on the column 12 and the beam 14
Is hysterically deformed in the shear direction and absorbs vibration energy, so that vibration can be attenuated. Especially sheet glass 18
Since many non-structural members such as are provided in the building, it is possible to disperse the load acting on each non-structural member due to vibration, thereby reducing the load on each non-structural object, The structural strength of the building does not decrease depending on the arrangement position of the plate material.

Further, since the plate glass 18 forming the plate material is attached from the side by the viscoelastic body 16 adhered to the wall surface thereof, the viscoelastic body 16 is moved according to the displacement of the plate glass 18.
In this case, shear deformation easily occurs, and a sufficient vibration damping function is provided, so that vibration energy can be efficiently absorbed.

Further, since the plate material is the plate glass 18,
For example, when this damping wall structure is applied to an outer wall of a building, it is possible to provide a damping function while ensuring lighting inside the building. In particular, even if almost the entire peripheral surface is covered with glass as in a recent building, the outer wall portion made of the glass can be provided with a vibration damping function, so the glass window is closed only for providing the vibration damping wall. There is no necessity, and sufficient lighting can be ensured and a good appearance can be maintained.

In the second embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the frame 22 is fixed to a building 1 surrounded by columns 12 and beams 14 and fixed thereto. Viscoelastic body 16
A wall surface of the plate glass 18 is adhered to the wall. In this damping wall structure, the frame 22 and the sheet glass 1
8 and the glass wall unit 24 integrated via the viscoelastic body 16 can be preassembled in a factory or the like and carried into the construction site, so that work on the site is reduced, workability is improved, and the construction period is shortened. And glass sheet 1
8 can be easily replaced even if it is damaged.

Further, since the damping wall 10 has no application as a structure, it can be laid out at any position regardless of the frame structure. In particular, by forming the damping wall into parts as described above, the damping wall can be applied as the partition wall 26 as shown in FIG. 6, and can be moved to a desired place as needed.

Further, as shown in FIG. 7, when the frame 22 and the edge of the blind grid 28 are placed between the small beams 14a so as to overlap with each other, even if the building is a Japanese style building, the atmosphere of the building is not impaired. A vibration function can be provided.

FIGS. 10 and 11 show a fourth embodiment, in which the damping wall structure of the present invention is applied to a double window 34 provided between a hanging wall 30 and a waist wall 32 of a building. . This places a plurality of glass sheets 18 along the hanging wall 30 and the waist wall 32 between adjacent columns 12. The supporting member 20 is adhered to the upper and lower edges of both sides of the plate glass 18 via the viscoelastic body 16 with the viscoelastic body 16.
By fixing “0” to the hanging wall 30 and the waist wall 32, respectively, a vibration damping function can be provided without impairing the open feeling of the continuous windows 34. Here, if the setting block 50 is interposed between the plate glass 18 and the waist wall 32 and supported from under the plate glass 18, the plate glass
8 can be maintained at a position away from the waist wall 32, so that it can be easily constructed. The setting block 50 is applicable not only to the present embodiment but also to other embodiments.

Since a large number of non-structural members provided in the building are used as the plate material constituting the vibration damping wall, no new structure is required, so that the construction cost can be reduced. Further, since a large number of damping walls are provided, the load is dispersed and the load acting on each is reduced, so that the damping walls can be laid out freely.
