Next, the operation of the prior art will be described.
The simulation unit 104 realizes the values of the prediction item and the decision item by the concrete values of the assumption items generated by random numbers according to the probability distribution defined in the assumption item database 101. For example, a target value such as expected profit can be obtained as a prediction item. Next, the optimization unit 105 can determine a specific value set of a decision item that optimizes the target value from a plurality of specific value sets obtained by repeatedly executing the simulation unit 104. The information display means 106 allows the user to refer to the simulation result and the optimal solution, and to refer to the decision on the problem.

Since the conventional decision support device derives the optimal solution based on the simulation result, there is a problem that the result may be different for each trial and the optimal solution is not guaranteed. Was. In addition, since only the specific value of the decision item determined to be the optimal solution is displayed, there is also a problem that an index or an option which is a final decision for the user's decision is not provided. Furthermore, conventional decision support devices predict and determine the value of items related to revenue, and are basically used when a generator seeks optimal operation of power generation equipment in accordance with predicted power demand. However, no device has been proposed that assists a power intermediary or the like in seeking a combination of a supplier and a customer that is needed.

Next, an example of the processing of the combination means 3 shown in FIG. 4 will be described in detail. First, in step ST1, a combination D of a certain customer is obtained from the customer database 1. Next, it is determined in step ST2 whether all combinations have been obtained. If the calculation has been completed for all combinations at this point, step ST1 is executed.
At step 1, the result is displayed. If not,
In step ST3, the total power demand in the case of the customer combination D is calculated using the customer database 1. In step ST4, the total sales in the case of the combination D of the customers is calculated. Next, in step ST5, a combination G of power sellers is obtained from the power seller database 1. Next, in step ST6, it is determined whether all combinations have been obtained. If all combinations have been completed at this time, the process returns to step ST1, and a new combination of the customer D is determined. Otherwise, step ST7
, The total power sales amount in the case of the combination G of the power sellers is calculated using the power seller database 2. In step ST8, the total purchase amount in the case of the combination G of the power sellers is calculated. After the above calculation, in step ST9, it is confirmed whether or not the total supply amount exceeds the total demand amount. If the total supply does not exceed the total demand, in step ST10, the profit for this combination is calculated and stored in the database 5 along with the combination of contracts. Finally, after calculating all combinations, step ST11
Select the combination that maximizes the profit.

The information display means 4 can be realized, for example, as a display monitor connected to a computer on which the combination means 3 is mounted. FIG. 5 shows information display means 4.
5 shows an example of a screen showing an example of the combination result displayed in FIG. In FIG. 5, a combination (portfolio) of the top three contracts with the highest profits as a result of the combination processing is displayed. As shown in FIG. 5, it is also possible to graphically display a time-series demand pattern in addition to the portfolio and its expected return. The power intermediary can easily determine a combination of contracts that is profitable and advantageous to the company by referring to the reliable optimal solution obtained analytically in this way. Speeds up sales contract decision-making.

Embodiment 2 FIG. In the first embodiment, the optimum combination is obtained under the precondition that the power consumption of the customer is determined. However, in the actual problem, the power consumption of the customer is not constant, and there is often a gap between the expected power usage and the actual power usage. In other words, there is a risk that the demand forecast is incorrect. To cope with such a situation, a risk management function is required.

The present embodiment addresses the above problem by giving the power usage pattern of each consumer as a probability distribution instead of a fixed value. FIG. 6 shows an example in which the power usage pattern of each customer is represented by a probability distribution. In FIG. 6, mu it is the average sales price for example customer i, sigma 11 represents the standard deviation (volatility) of the sales price to the customer i. Here, assuming that the power demands of the respective customers are independent of each other, the probability distribution of the selling price with respect to the total demand when the customers are combined can be obtained by N (Σμ, Σσ 2 ).

In this embodiment, the combination means 3
It can be realized by the same configuration and processing flow as in the first embodiment. However, in the step of obtaining the total sales amount S of the customer combination D, the above-described probability distribution N (Σμ, Σσ 2 ) is obtained from the above-mentioned probability distribution instead of the final value. As a result, the average sales amount with respect to the total purchase price can be set as an expected rate of return (return), and the volatility of the total sales amount can be output as a risk.

Embodiment 3 The third embodiment is the same as the first and second embodiments up to the optimal combination calculation. As a result of the optimal combination calculation, an expected return (return) and its volatility (risk) for each contract portfolio are calculated as in the second embodiment. FIG. 9 shows a display example in which the return and the risk of the combination result are plotted and displayed two-dimensionally on the information display means 4. In FIG. 9, each point represents a combination of contracts (portfolio), a black circle indicates a combination that is likely to be selected by the power broker as a user, and a white circle indicates a power broker as a user. Each of the combinations having a low possibility (there are other low-risk and high-return combinations) is shown. Here, it is also possible not to display a clearly disadvantageous combination (open circle) with a small return and a high risk on the screen.

Embodiment 6 FIG. For the portfolio obtained by the first, second, and fourth embodiments, the statistical properties (ie, expected profit, profit volatility, etc.) obtained when a contract is made with this portfolio can be obtained.
This result is only a statistical property and does not guarantee the actual profit (for example, even if the expected profit of 1,000,000 yen is statistically obtained, the profit of 1,000,000 yen is always obtained. However, there are cases where the price is 900,000 yen or 1.1 million yen, and there is a small probability that no profit is generated at a very low probability.)

Therefore, in the sixth embodiment, a profit is calculated by simulation when a contract is made based on a selected contract portfolio. In this method, Monte Carlo simulation is used, and for example, assuming that the planned power consumption of the customer A at 0:00 on January 1 follows a normal distribution with an average of 100 KW and a standard deviation (volatility) of 10%. One random number according to this probability distribution is generated. For example, assume that the result is 98 KW. By performing the same operation for other customers and power sellers and repeating this operation over the contract period, it is possible to simulate the profit obtained by making the contract. This simulation work is repeated, for example, 1000 times, and the result is displayed.

Embodiment 8 FIG. The eighth embodiment is characterized in that in the first, second and fourth embodiments, when calculating the optimal portfolio by the combination means 3, the transmission cost between each contracted power producer and the customer is considered. . The transmission cost between each power seller and the customer is different for each customer or power seller. It is also conceivable that the power transmission cost increases when distributing power, and the profits decrease on the contrary. Therefore, when calculating the optimal contract portfolio, calculate the total transmission cost of each portfolio,
By making an improvement in selecting the optimal portfolio in consideration of the costs, the power intermediary can avoid the profit and loss caused by the transmission costs.

The power seller, the customer, and the power intermediary operate the system via the Internet 6, respectively. For example, a power seller who wants to sell power inputs the amount of power, price, power selling pattern, and the like to be sold from the terminal computer 10 to the server 7 (power seller database) via the Internet 6. Similarly, consumers
The amount of power, price, volatility, etc. that the user wants to buy is input from the terminal computer 9 to the server 7 (consumer database) via the Internet 6. After the contract applicant completes the input, the power intermediary inputs the evaluation criterion from the terminal computer 8 through the Internet 6, and uses the analysis calculation result by the combination means displayed on the terminal computer 8 through the Internet 6 to provide the power broker with himself / herself. Select an advantageous supplier / seller combination.

As described above, according to the ninth embodiment, it is possible to quickly transmit information by trading power through the Internet, and it is possible to provide a system that is easy for anyone to use. In particular, when a contract for a very short period of time, such as a power purchase contract after 5 minutes, is concluded, conventional communication means such as telephone and mail cannot be used. Electric power has a characteristic that it is necessary to always balance supply and demand, and it cannot be saved. Therefore, it can be said that the advantage is particularly great in such a case. Further, in the case of changing the contract form, for example, it is only necessary to change the system on the server 7, and there is an advantage that the maintenance cost of the system is greatly reduced.

In each of the first to ninth embodiments, the power intermediary is a power trading intermediary such as a trading company, for example, which sells power purchased from a power seller to a consumer instead of generating power by himself. Although the case has been mainly described, the present invention is not limited to this, and the electric power intermediary has, for example, an own power generation facility such as a steel maker or a chemical maker, and sells the power generated by the power generation facility to a customer. It may be a retailer. In this case, the own power generation equipment corresponds to the power seller described in each of the first to ninth embodiments, and the power supply amount of the own power generation equipment corresponds to the power seller described in each of the first to ninth embodiments. The power generation amount corresponds to the power supply amount, and the power generation cost of the power generation facility corresponds to the purchase cost from the power seller referred to in each of the first to ninth embodiments, and the power generation facility stores the power supply amount and the power generation cost. Corresponds to the power seller database described in each of the first to ninth embodiments. The combination means analytically obtains a combination of the customer at the sales destination and its own power generation equipment based on the specified evaluation criteria. On this occasion,
If you have a number of your own power generation facilities, you will need to find a combination of the customer you are selling to and a plurality of power generation facilities. The combination of the first customer is required.
