2. Description of the Related Art As liquid paper containers for sake, juice and the like, gable-top paper containers in which the upper part of the container is formed into a gable roof type are widely distributed. As a laminated sheet constituting the paper container, a vapor deposition film obtained by vapor-depositing a thin film of silicon oxide, aluminum oxide, or the like on a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film instead of aluminum foil has recently been used. A paper container using a laminated sheet having the above-mentioned layer structure has the same content resistance as a conventional paper container using aluminum foil, and does not use aluminum foil. In this case, it can be disposed of as a paper container, and the range of use is expanding.

On the other hand, with the enforcement of the Containers and Packaging Recycling Law (formal name, “Act on the Separation and Collection of Containers and Packaging and Promotion of Recycling”), it is necessary to recycle paper containers after removing the contents. It became necessary to dismantle the empty container later.

[0005] As a method of dismantling the container, generally, as shown in Fig. 5, the top seal portion of the gable roof type portion at the top of the container is first pushed outward by a finger so that the top seal portion is torn to the left and right. The side is similarly pushed open, and the top seal portion at the top is separated into a cross shape (primary opening).

Next, the opposing flaps of the cross-shaped top seal portion are firmly grasped with fingers and pulled outward along a diagonal line to open the top. Similarly,
The opposite flap is likewise pulled outward along the diagonal to open the top completely (secondary opening).

[0007] Finally, the body and bottom are cut open with scissors or the like, spread in a sheet shape, and the plug portion is peeled off or cut off, and the inner surface side of the remaining sheet-shaped paper container is washed and dried. It is treated as a recycling target. At this time, the cut-off plug part is disposed of separately as plastic waste by recycling. In addition,
The washing and drying of the inner surface side of the paper container are not limited to the above-described case, and may be performed at any time, such as after secondary opening after using the contents.

However, since the gable-top type paper container is completely sealed in order to prevent liquid leakage when storing the liquid, even if the paper container is to be disassembled for recycling, it cannot be easily opened by hand. In particular, in the paper container having the above-described layer configuration in which the PET film surface is disposed on the back surface side (liquid contact surface side), the PET film surface of the vapor-deposited film is on the back surface side (liquid contact surface side, sealant side), so that the sealing strength is obtained. Can be controlled stably and strongly, but on the other hand, it is a negative factor for easy dismantling. In other words, the sealing strength at the time of primary opening is 40 N / 1.
It is about 5 mm, and about 70 N / 15 mm at the time of secondary opening.

[0011] As described above, since the vapor-deposited layer surface of the inorganic oxide vapor-deposited film or the aluminum vapor-deposited film forming the gas barrier layer is laminated via the adhesive layer so as to face the rear surface layer, the rear surface layers of the laminated sheet are laminated. Are peeled off by heat fusion with facing each other, with appropriate strength between the back surface layer and the vapor deposition layer.

The seal strength of the first opening and the second opening of the top portion of the gable-top type paper container of two types, one in Example and one in Comparative Example, was measured and checked by the following method. Table 1 shows the results. Seal strength at primary opening 強度 Measure the strength of the two-ply portion with an Instron tensile tester (test width: 15 mm,
Pulling speed: 300 mm / min. ) Secondary opening seal strength 強度 Measure the strength of the top seal after primary opening with an Instron-type tensile tester in the same manner as the primary opening. Note that all data show that the adhesive strength between the PET film and the back surface layer is 2N / 15 mm. This is the case for width.

From the results shown in Table 1, when the vapor-deposited film is bonded, the base film P
It can be seen that the opening strength at the time of opening the top of the gable-top type paper container is weaker when the evaporated thin film layer side is arranged than when the ET film is arranged. The strength at the time of opening can be further reduced by controlling the adhesion strength of the deposited thin film layer to the base film.

As described above, the gable-top type paper container using the laminated sheet for paper container of the present invention can be easily recycled. When attaching a gas barrier film,
The process can be shortened by adopting a resin in which the sandwich lamination can be directly applied by corona discharge treatment by setting the surface of the vapor deposition layer to the liquid contact surface side.

In addition, by providing an auxiliary disassembly ruled line on the upper side plate or on the roof panel, the ridge line is provided along the auxiliary disassembly ruled line in the primary opening in which the gable roof-shaped portion is spread outward so as to tear and separated into a cross shape. By pushing the part inward, it is possible to secure a large space for hands and fingers when expanding the gable roof type part, so the force applied to spread it is transmitted sufficiently and opened. Work becomes easier.
