するように制御されている。バナナ追熟加工室(1)内
の空気が換気された後は、従来と同じ工程を続行させれ
ば良い。

34474のバナナ追熟加工方法が行われると、手間が
掛らず、正確なカラーと均一な熟度に仕上げられた高品
質のバナナ(A)が得られる。
