Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncturing needle for medical care in which a needle can be fixed to a cover so that the needle may not come off the cover and the cover does not come off to expose the needle. SOLUTION: Puncturing needles 1 and 1A are respectively constituted in such a way that fixtures 5 and 5A having notched grooves 5a are directly fitted to needle bases 4 through hinges 6, to the outer peripheries of tubes 9 connected to the needle bases 4, or to the rear parts of the bases 4, and covers 3 and 3A having notched grooves 3a are fitted to the fixtures 5 and 5A through the hinges 6. In addition, rings 2 having notched grooves 2a are rotatably arranged on the outer peripheries of the covers 3 and 3A.

2. Description of the Related Art Most medical puncture needles are provided with a cover to ensure the safety of the needle portion. After using the medical puncture needle, reattach this cover at the time of disposal, but in this case, the needle tip with the blood attached to the hand holding the cover may accidentally stab, and it may cause infection. Accidents.
Therefore, many covers for preventing such stabs have been filed. For example, in the medical puncture needle described in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 6-63051, a projection for attaching a needle base is formed on a fixture, and a cover is attached to the outer periphery of the fixture via a hinge.
The fixture is attached to the tip of a syringe, and a needle base provided with a needle is attached to the protrusion. Since only the cover is rotated around the needle with the hinge as a fulcrum and the crown is covered, there is a danger that the cover will come off, the needle to which blood has adhered will be exposed, and the operator will accidentally stab the needle. In the medical puncture needle described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H10-113392, a locking member is provided at a hinge portion to which a fixing tool and a cover are attached. If the locking member is insufficiently formed, the cover is easily detached. There is a possibility that the needle is exposed as described above, which is dangerous. Also, in the assembling process, when inserting the cover of the needle of the medical puncture needle from the tip, there is a concern that the tip of the needle touches the inner wall of the cover and the tip of the needle is turned up.
The inventor of the present invention has made intensive studies in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and has arrived at the following invention.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, an example of a winged needle will be described. FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a winged needle 1 of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram when the cover 3 of the winged needle 1 is removed to expose the needle 7. The winged needle 1 has wings 8 on both sides of the needle base 4 and the needle base 4.
A needle 7 is implanted at the tip of the needle, a tube 9 is mounted at the rear, and a fixing tool 5 having a cutout groove 5a is mounted on the needle base 4,
A cover 3 having a cutout groove 3a is attached thereto via a hinge 6. (Also, omit the fixture 5,
A cover having a cutout groove 3a can be attached directly to the needle base 4 via a hinge 6. ) The notch 5a is formed along the length direction of the fixture 5. The fixing tool 5 can be mounted on the outer periphery of the needle base 4 by pushing out the notch groove 5a. The notch groove 3 of the cover 3
It is formed along the length direction of the cover 3, and has a width at which the needle 7 can be covered at least. A ring 2 having a cutout groove 2a formed on the outer periphery of the cover 3 is disposed so as to be rotatable. The cutout groove 2 a is formed along the length direction of the ring 2. Here, the winged needle 1
How to use will be described. The winged needle 1 is aseptically packaged as shown in FIG. The packaging bag is opened and the winged needle 1 is taken out. The ring 2 is rotated, and the notch groove 2a of the ring 2 and the notch groove 3a of the cover 3 are overlapped. The cover 3 is moved with the hinge 6 as a fulcrum in the direction opposite to the cutout groove 3a as shown in FIG. The two wings 8 are overlapped on the needle base 4 with fingers sandwiched, and the needle 7 is punctured in the arm. When pulling out the needle 7, the wing 8 is sandwiched between fingers, and a gauze or the like is applied to the puncture part, and the needle 7 is pulled out in the same manner as described above. When the used winged needle 1 is discarded, the cover 3 is
The needle 6 is moved in the direction of the notch groove 3 a with the hinge 6 as a fulcrum, and is covered with the needle 7. By rotating the ring 2 and displacing the notch groove 2a from the notch groove 3a of the cover 3, the ring 2 can fix the needle 7 from the cover 3 so as not to come off. The needle 7 is not exposed.

The winged needle 1A is connected to a tube 9 connected to the back of the needle base 4.
A fixing tool 5A having a cutout groove 5a is mounted on the outer periphery in front of the cover, and a cover 3A having a cutout groove 3a is mounted thereto via a hinge 6. Since the method of use is substantially the same as that of the winged needle 1, detailed description is omitted.

FIG. 5 is a schematic view of a winged needle 11 showing another embodiment of the winged needle 1 of the present invention. The winged needle 11 is provided with a cover 13 having a cutout groove 3 a formed directly on the needle base 4 via a hinge 6. (Furthermore, the fixing tool 5 in which the notch groove 5a is newly formed is attached to the needle base 4, and the cover 13 in which the notch groove 3a is formed through the hinge 6 is attached thereto.
Can also be attached. The ring 12 is arranged on the outer periphery of the cover 13 so as to be able to slide between the needle base 4 and the cover 13. FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram when the cover 13 of the winged needle 11 is removed to expose the needle 7. Here winged needle 1
The method of using No. 1 will be described. The paragraph number [000
The method of using the winged needle 1 described in [4] is the same as the method of using the winged needle 11, and a description thereof will be omitted. The packaging bag is opened and the winged needle 11 is taken out. Ring 1
Slide 2 in the direction of the needle base 4. The cover 13 is moved with the hinge 6 as a fulcrum in the direction opposite to the cutout groove 3a as shown in FIG. When discarding the used winged needle 11, the cover 13
Is moved in the direction of the notch groove 3 a with the hinge 6 as a fulcrum, and is covered with the needle 7. Since the ring 12 can be slid in the direction of the tip of the cover 13 and fixed so that the needle 7 does not come off the cover 13 by the ring 12, the cover 13 does not come off and the needle 7 is not exposed. The operation of the winged needle 11 covers the ring 12
The cover 13 can be covered with the needle 7 at the same time as the needle 3 is slid in the distal direction.

The cover 13 may be made of, for example, a vinyl chloride resin having flexibility. In this case, it is preferable that the shape of the cover 13 is formed in a fan shape in which the notch groove 3a is formed and the tip is widened. This is because when the ring 12 is slid in the direction of the tip of the cover 13, both ends of the cutout groove 3 a are squeezed by the ring 12, and the needle 7 can be covered by overlapping both ends of the cover 13.
