[0010] In the unit building, a unit floor manufactured at a factory is transported to a construction site, and a plurality of unit buildings are installed at the construction site to form a building. The face material and joint ceiling face material cannot be attached. Therefore, the wall panels to be attached to the joint floor material and the joint ceiling surface material must be installed on site, which increases the number of on-site construction man-hours and reduces the characteristics of unit buildings that require less on-site construction man-hours. There's a problem.

Further, since the partition wall is attached to the floor beam or the ceiling beam via the metal lower support, the upper support, the ceiling support rail, and the floor support rail, the partition wall and its support can be used in the event of a fire. The function of the partition wall can be sufficiently performed without spreading the fire to the opposite side through the upper and lower portions. In the present invention, the under-beam receiving member has a substantially parallel beam fixing portion and a member fixing portion separated by a distance substantially equal to the thickness of the soft refractory coating material, and a connecting portion connecting the beam fixing portion and the member fixing portion. An opening formed by a beam fixing part, a member fixing part, and a connecting part of the beam ceiling fitting is provided between the partition wall attached to the ceiling receiving rail and the ceiling beam because the metal piece is a substantially E-shaped metal piece made of Is a covering material storage portion, a gap having a distance substantially equal to that of the covering material storage portion is formed.

The beam-on-metal fitting comprises a substantially parallel beam fixing portion and a member fixing portion separated by a distance substantially equal to the thickness of the soft refractory coating material, and a connecting portion connecting the beam fixing portion and the member fixing portion. Since it is a substantially E-shaped metal piece comprising: a beam fixing portion, a member fixing portion, and a connecting portion of the beam-on metal fitting are provided between the partition wall attached to the floor receiving rail and the floor beam. Assuming that the opening to be formed is a coating material storage portion, a gap having a distance substantially equal to that of the coating material storage portion is formed. Therefore, the soft refractory coating can be attached without using nails, screws, etc. by mounting the soft refractory coating through the gaps between the coating storage section and the ceiling beams and floor beams, and the soft refractory coating is damaged. There is no concern about this, and the attached soft refractory coating material is locked by the member fixing portion and does not come off.

The partition wall is provided with an upper cutout on both sides at the upper end, and a lower cutout on one side at the lower end, and the partition wall is provided on both sides at the upper end. The flanges on both sides of the ceiling receiving rail are inserted into the notch, and the second piece of the floor receiving rail is inserted into the lower notch provided on one side of the lower end, and is fixed to the ceiling receiving rail and the floor receiving rail. Therefore, the ceiling support rail is attached to the ceiling beam in advance via the under-beam support, and the floor support rail is installed to the floor beam via the beam support in advance, and the upper end of the partition wall is attached to both sides of the ceiling support rail. The lower end of the partition wall is pressed against the second piece of the floor receiving rail, the upper end is fixed to the floor receiving rail, and the upper end is fixed to the floor receiving rail. Can be easily installed.

Since the upper notch is large enough to receive the flange of the ceiling receiving rail, the flange of the ceiling receiving rail fits completely into the upper notch, and the lower notch is substantially the same as the floor receiving rail. Since the L-shaped second piece is large enough to fit, the second piece of the floor receiving rail fits completely into the lower cutout, and the ceiling receiving rail and the floor receiving rail do not protrude from the surface of the partition wall. Therefore, when attaching a wall base material such as a calcium silicate plate or a gypsum board to be attached to the partition wall, or a wall finishing material such as a decorative sheet, a wallpaper, or a decorative calcium silicate plate, the ceiling receiving rail and the floor receiving rail do not interfere.
