Abnormal drying is suppressed in the indoor humidity by the regenerative floor heating at a low temperature (50 ° C. to 75 ° C.) instead of the thermal storage heating at a high temperature (700 ° C.). 2. In the present invention, since the heating is performed at a low temperature (50 ° C. to 75 ° C.), a special heat insulating material for preventing danger of the heat source portion is unnecessary. 3. It has long been said that gravel is a material with good heat. Utilizing this characteristic, it is intended to be used for floor heating as a low-temperature heat storage material. In addition, as a result of experimenting the cobblestone and the concrete plate under the same condition, the rate of temperature decrease immediately below the floor and at the center of each material was as shown in FIG. This phenomenon is consistent with the difference in the heat time constant of the material. By the way, in the case of the gravel, no decrease in the room temperature is observed until 5.5 to 7.5 hours after the hot water pumping stops. 4. The purpose of the present invention is to utilize the surplus electric power effectively by utilizing the characteristic that the gravels have a longer heat radiation time than the concrete plate or the like in the heat time constant.

A space of about 100 mm is created between the floor finishing material and the general structural floor, a hot water pipe is arranged in the space, filled with gravel, and hot water of 50 ° C. to 75 ° C. is pumped according to the room temperature. 2. The heat from the hot water pipe is stored in the gravel (combined material of 5 mm to 25 mm). 3. The hot water heated by the electric boiler 16 is sent to the heads 18 and 19 in each room through the electric valve 17. Further, the hot water is sent to the respective circuits from the respective heads of the respective rooms to warm the debris, and the heads 18A and 19H are heated.
Returning to A, it returns to the electric boiler 16. 4. As a method of utilizing the present invention, the boiler is turned on in the fall to warm the gravel in the floor. At the same time, the temperature is set by the room temperature controller 17A installed in each room, and the electric valve 1 is set.
7 is opened and closed to maintain the set room temperature. Turn off the boiler when heating is no longer needed in the spring. 5. The hot water temperature of the boiler depends on the outside air temperature at that time.
Adjust within the range of 0 ° C to 75 ° C.
