Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.衝撃突き固め機であって、 前記衝撃突き固め機は、使用時に主駆動手段によって通常の作動に適した角速 度で土の表面上で回転移動して前記土の表面に突き固め打撃を周期的に加えるこ とができる少なくとも一つの非円形突き固め機マスを有しており、 前記衝撃突き固め機は、副駆動手段を有しており、 前記副駆動手段は、突き固め機マス又は各突き固め機マスの角速度が通常の作 動に適した角速度より低下したことに応じて自動的に作動し、これによって、前 記突き固め機マス又は各突き固め機マスに副回転駆動を加え、前記突き固め機マ ス又は各突き固め機マスの角速度を通常の作動に適した角速度に戻すことができ ることを特徴とする衝撃突き固め機。 2.前記副駆動手段は、前記主駆動手段によって動力が与えられる液圧駆動装置 及び制御手段を含み、この制御手段は、前記液圧駆動装置の作動を制御するため 、前記突き固め機マスの角速度及び前記主駆動手段の被駆動地面係合ホイールの 角速度に応答する、請求項1に記載の衝撃突き固め機。 3.前記液圧駆動装置は、使用時に前記主駆動手段によって駆動される液圧ポン プによって動力が加えられる液圧モータを含み、前記液圧モータは、前記突き固 め機マス又は各突き固め機マスをチェーン駆動手段によって駆動するように構成 されている、請求項2に記載の衝撃突き固め機。 4.前記制御手段は、前記突き固め機マスの角速度及び前記主駆動手段の被駆動 地面係合ホイールの角速度を検出するセンサ及び関連した電子装置の制御下で、 前記液圧ポンプから前記液圧モータへの液圧流体の流れを調節する比例弁を備え ている、請求項3に記載の衝撃突き固め機。 5.同期回転するように共通のシャフトにしっかりと取り付けられた一対の離間 された突き固め機マスを備えた、請求項3又は4に記載の衝撃突き固め機。 6.前記突き固め機マスは、前記共通のシャフトの端部に設けられたハブに取り 付けられており、 前記チェーン駆動手段は、 前記液圧モータによって駆動される第1スプロケットと、 前記第1スプロケットと、副シャフトにしっかりと取り付けられた第2スプロ ケットとの周りに通したチェーンと、 前記副シャフトからずれた前記ハブを駆動するための手段とを備えた、請求項 5に記載の衝撃突き固め機。 7.前記副シャフトからずれた前記ハブを駆動するための前記手段は、前記副シ ャフトにしっかりと取り付けられた第3スプロケットを備えており、この第3ス プロケットは、前記ハブにしっかりと取り付けられた第4スプロケットと噛み合 っている、請求項6に記載の衝撃突き固め機。 8.前記衝撃突き固め機は、前記主駆動手段として機能するトラクターに使用時 に連結できる、請求項1乃至7のうちのいずれか一項に記載の衝撃突き固め機。 9.前記衝撃突き固め機それ自体に主駆動手段が組み込まれている、請求項1乃 至7のうちのいずれか一項に記載の衝撃突き固め機。
