Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.式(IV−P) (ここで、Aは還元により除去しうるヒドロキシ保護基である) の1‐クロロ‐7‐(被保護ヒドロキシ)‐4‐ニトロアクリジン‐9(10H )‐オンを、式 NH2−(CH2)nNR1R2 (ここで、R1及びR2は炭素数1〜4のアルキル基、nは2〜5である) のω‐(ジアルキルアミノ)アルキルアミンと反応させて式(III−P) (ここで、A、n、R1及びR2は上記に規定されたとおりである) の7‐(被保護ヒドロキシ)‐4‐ニトロ‐1‐[〔ω‐(ジアルキルアミノ) アルキル〕アミノ]アクリジン‐9(10H)‐オンを生成させ、式(III− P)の化合物を水素供給体又はギ酸塩イオンで、パラジウム触媒及びギ酸の存在 下に15〜50℃の温度で還元し、残留パラジウムを実質的にすべて除去し、残 存する反応混合物を加熱して対応する式(I)の化合物へ環化させることからな る、式(I) (ここで、n、R1及びR2は上記に規定されたとおりである) の化合物の製造方法。 2. 還元を水素ガスを用いて15〜30℃で行う請求項1による方法。 3. 還元をキ酸アンモニウムを用いて30〜50℃の温度で行う請求項1によ る方法。 4. 環化を強酸の存在下で行う請求項1、2又は3による方法。 5. 環化を溶媒中で80℃ないし溶媒の還流温度で行う先行する請求項のいず れかによる方法。 6. 式(IV−P)の化合物が被保護ヒドロキシ基がベンジルオキシ基である ものである先行する請求項のいずれかによる方法。 7. 式(I)の化合物が酸付加塩として得られるかあるいは遊離塩基から酸付 加塩へ変換され、この酸付加塩がエタノール−水混台物から結晶化される先行す る請求項のいずれかによる方法。 8. アミンがR1及びR2が共にメチル又は共にエチルであるものである先行す る請求項のいずれかによる方法。 9. nが2でR1及びR2が共にエチルである請求項8による方法。 10.式(II−For) (ここで、R1及びR2は炭素数1〜4のアルキル基、nは2〜5である) の化合物。 11. R1及びR2がエチル基でnが2である請求項10による化合物。
