Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 液体制御される暖房設備及び又は冷房設備のための電磁弁(10)であって 、該電磁弁(10)が供給路(18)、排出路(20、22)、戻り路(98) 、及び供給路(18)と戻り路(98)との間のバイパス路(24、26)を備 えた弁箱(16)を有しており、さらに電磁的に切り換えられる弁部材(32、 34)とバイパス弁部材(36、38)とを有しており、これらの弁部材(32 、34)とバイパス弁部材(36、38)とが可動鉄片(86、88)と一緒に 持上げ棒(52、54)上に固定されており、弁部材(32、34)が供給路( 18)と排出路(20、22)との間の接続を生ぜしめて、通電された切換え位 置でこの接続を遮断する一方で、バイパス弁部材(36、38)がバイパス路( 24、26)と戻り路(98)との間の接続を通電されていない切換え位置で送 出し流に応じて制御し、通電された切換え位置でこの接続を生ぜしめる形式のも のにおいて、複数の弁ユニット(12、14)が設けられていて、それらの供給 路(18)が互いに接続されていることを特徴とする、液体制御 される暖房設 備及び又は冷房設備のための電磁弁(10)。 2. 弁ユニット(12、14)が共通の弁箱(16) 内に配置されている、請求項1記載の電磁弁(10)。 3. 各々の弁ユニット(12、14)が弁箱(16)内に挿入可能な弁室(40 、42)を有しており、該弁室(40、42)が排出路(20、22)と戻り路 (98)に対してそれぞれ1つの弁座(44、46;48、50)を備えていて 、該弁座(44、46;48、50)が弁部材(32、34)もしくはバイパス 弁部材(36、38)と協働し、さらに共通の供給路(18)が弁室(40、4 2)を互いに接続している、請求項2記載の電磁弁(10)。 4. 弁座(44、46)がエラストマから作られている、請求項3記載の電磁弁 (10)。 5. 弁座(44、46;48、50)及び弁部材(32、34)ならびにバイパ ス弁部材(36、38)の有効径と、弁部材(32、34、36、38)に作用 する弁ばね(56、58)の力とが互いに適合せしめられていて、排出路(20 、22)への流量が通電されていない弁ユニット(12、14)ではポンプ(1 18)の瞬間的な送出し量にかかわりなくすべての弁ユニット(12、14)で 等しくなるようにされており、さらに別の弁ユニット(14)が通電されている 場合でも通電されていない弁ユニット(12)でこの流量が維持される、請求項 1から4までのいずれか1項記載の電磁弁(10)。 6. 弁ばね(56、58)が、ポンプ(118)の所定の送出し量に達すると初 めて、通電されていない弁ユニット(12)のバイパス弁部材(36、38)が 開くように設計されている、請求項5記載の電磁弁(10)。 7. 弁ユニット(12、14)の戻り室(28、30)を互いに接続している共 通の戻り路(98)が設けられている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載 の電磁弁(10)。 8. 暖房熱交換器(108、110)の戻り管路(112)が電磁弁(10)の 接続管(100)に接続されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の 電磁弁(10)。 9. 暖房熱交換器から戻り管路(122、124)が電磁弁(10)まで分離さ れていて、電磁弁(10)の内部の通路を介して戻り路(98)と接続されてい る、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の電磁弁(10)。
