Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1)炭化水素反応体の部分酸化から発生される原料のままの合成ガスに含まれ ているH2S,COSおよびCO2を含んでいる酸性ガスの分離、回収および利用 方法において、 (a)合成ガスからの酸性ガスの少なくとも1部分を選択的に吸収しかつ除去 しそして純化された合成ガスを発生するために液体溶媒と合成ガスを接触させる ことにより原料のままの合成ガスから酸性ガスを分離し、 (b)CO2を選択的に除去しかつN2およびCO2を含んでいるガス状混合物 およびH2SおよひCOSを含んでいる溶媒残留物を形成するためにCO2除去器 においてN2により液体溶媒を除去することにより液体溶媒中に含まれる酸性ガ スからCO2を選択的に除去し、 (c)硫黄値を回収するためにH2SおよびCOSを含んでいる溶媒残留物を 純化し、 (d)結合されたN2/CO2の純化された合成ガス混合物を形成するために純 化された合成ガスとN2およびCO2からなるガス状混合物を接触させ、 (e)N2/CO2成分が前記合成ガスの燃焼中に調整剤として役立つガスター ビン中でN2/CO2の純化された合成ガス混合物を燃焼させることを特徴とする 酸性ガスの分離、回収および利用方法。 2)原料のままの合成ガスが入れ換えられない合成ガス、入れ換えられた合成 ガス、および入れ換えられない合成ガスおよび入れ換えられた合成ガスの別個の 流れからなるグループから選択されることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項に 記載の酸性ガスの分離、回収および利用方法。 3)原料のままの合成ガスが入れ換えられない合成ガスの別個の流れおよび入 れ換えられた合成ガスの別個の流れからなることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第 2項に記載の酸性ガスの分離、回収および利用方法。 4)原料のままの入れ換えられない合成ガスが純化された入れ換えられない合 成ガスを発生するために第1のH2S吸収器中で第1の液体溶媒と接触されそし てCOS,H2SおよびCO2を含有している第1の酸の豊富な溶媒が前記原料の ままの入れ換えられない合成ガスから除去されることを特徴とする特許請求の範 囲第2項に記載の酸性ガスの分離、回収および利用方法。 5)第1の酸の豊富な溶媒がCO2,N2および少量のH2SおよびCOSを含ん でいる第1の酸性ガス混合物、および第1の酸の豊富な溶媒中に存在する多量の H2SおよびCOSを含んでいる残りの第2の酸の豊富な溶媒を形成するために 第1のCO2除去器中で窒素ガスと接触されることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲 第4項に記載の酸性ガスの分離、回収および利用方法。 6)第1の酸性ガス混合物がこの第1の酸性ガス混合物のCOSおよびH2S含 有量を選択的に除去しかつN2およびCO2からなる第1のガス状混合物、および 除去されたH2SおよびCOSを含んでいる第3の酸の豊富な溶媒を発生するた めに第2のH2S吸収器中で第2の液体溶媒と接触されることを特徴とする特許 請求の範囲第5項に記載の酸性ガスの分離、回収および利用方法。 7)第2の酸の豊富な溶媒の少なくとも1部分が硫黄値を回収するために純化 されることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第5項に記載の酸性ガスの分離、回収お よび利用方法。 8)第2の酸の豊富な溶媒の少なくとも1部分が第1のH2S吸収器に再び循環 されることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第5項に記載の酸性ガスの分離、回収お よび利用方法。 9)第3の酸の豊富な溶媒の少なくとも1部分が第1の酸の豊富な溶媒と結合 されることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第6項に記載の酸性ガスの分離、回収お よび利用方法。 10)入れ換えられた合成ガスが、多くのCO2を含んでいる処理済の入れ換え られた合成ガスおよびH2S,COSおよび少量のCO2を含んでいる第4の酸の 豊富な液体溶媒を発生するために第1の入れ換えられないガス吸収器中で第4の 液体溶媒と接触されることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第2項に記載の酸性ガス の分離、回収および利用方法。 11)処理済の入れ換えられた合成ガスが第1のCO2の豊富な液体溶媒中の大 部分のCO2を除去しかつ純化された入れ換えられた合成ガスを発生するために 第1のCO2吸収器中で第5の液体溶媒と接触されることを特徴とする特許請求 の範囲第9項に記載の酸性ガスの分離、回収および利用方法。 12)純化された入れ換えられた合成ガスが圧力揺動吸収ユニットへ通される ことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第11項に記載の酸性ガスの分離、回収および 利用方法。 13)第4の酸の豊富な液体溶媒が第1のH2S吸収器へ通されることを特徴と する特許請求の範囲第10項に記載の酸性ガスの分離、回収および利用方法。 14)第1のCO2の豊富な溶媒が第2のCO2除去器に通されそして第1のC O2か除去された溶媒およびN2およびCO2からなる第2のガス状混合物を形成 するために窒素ガスと接触されることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第11項に 記載の酸性ガスの分離、回収および利用方法。 15)CO2およびN2からなる第2のガス状混合物が調整剤として役立つため にガスタービンに通されることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第14項に記載の酸性 ガスの分離、回収および利用方法。 16)原料のままの入れ換えられた合成ガスが酸性ガスを除去するために処理 されると同時に原料のままの入れ換えられない合成ガスが酸性ガスを除去するた めに処理されることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第4項に記載の酸性ガスの分離 、回収および利用方法。
