Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.炭素原子を12〜100個有するオレフィンをコバルトカルボニル触媒の 存在下に圧力100〜400バールおよび100〜200℃でヒドロホルミル化 し、減圧し、かつ大気酸素の存在下に酸性水溶液を使用する抽出によりコバルト 触媒を回収する方法において、 (a)抽出を、アミノ、イミノまたはOH基を含有するアルコキシル化化合物か らなる群から選択される重合体解乳化剤の存在下に実施し、かつ (b)有機相中になおも含有する少量の水相を完全に相分離させるために、分散 した水相の比較的大きな滴の形成を凝集工程で実施すること を特徴とする方法。 2.使用される解乳化剤がプロピレンオキシドおよび/またはエチレンオキシ ドでアルコキシル化したポリエチレンイミンである、請求項1記載の方法。 3.凝集工程が後接相分離装置を備える充填塔からなる請求項1記載の方法。 4.垂直の充填塔を凝集工程(b)において使用し、充填体要素は分散した水 相によって湿潤する材料からなり、かつ充填体床を有機相によって浸す請求項1 記載の方法。 5.メタルリングを充填した充填塔を、凝集工程( b)において使用する請求項1記載の方法。 6.解乳化剤を抽出混合物中で濃度0.1〜100ppmで使用する請求項1 記載の方法。 7.温度50〜120℃を凝集工程において維持する請求項1記載の方法。 8.工程(b)で形成されるコバルト含有水相の大きな滴と有機相との分離を 相分離容器を用いて、充填体床の下方部で実施する、請求項1記載の方法。 9.炭素原子28〜100個を有するポリイソブテンをヒドロホルミル化する 、請求項1記載の方法。 10.炭素原子12〜20個を有するオレフィンをヒドロホルミル化する、請 求項1記載の方法。
