Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.移植可能な医療物品を含んで成る製品であって、当該物品がin vivoでこ の物品の毛細管内皮化を促進するのに適切な量及びタイプの固定化接着分子を担 持する表層を担う硬質孔質性生物材料より成る、製品。 2.前記製品が人工血管の形状にある、請求項1記載の製品。 3.前記生物材料がテトラフルオロエチレンポリマー、芳香族/脂肪族ポリエ ステル樹脂、ポリウレタン及びシリコーンゴムより成る群から選ばれる、請求項 2記載の製品。 4.前記テトラフルオロエチレンポリマーがePTFEを含んで成り、前記芳香族 /脂肪族ポリエステル樹脂がポリエチレンテレフタレート(「ePET」)又はポリ (ブチレンテレフタレート)(「PBT」)を含んで成り、そして前記シリコーンゴ ムが熱硬化型ゴム又はシリコーンエラストマーを含んで成る、請求項3記載の製 品。 5.前記生物材料がePTFEである、請求項3記載の製品。 6.前記接着分子がフィブロネクチン、ラミニン、コラーゲン及びその活性ペ プチドドメインより成る群から選ばれる、請求項2記載の製品。 7.前記接着分子がフィブロネクチン、ラミニン、コラーゲン及びその活性ペ プチドドメインより成る群から選ばれる、請求項5記載の製品。 8.前記ePTFEが10〜300ミクロン程度の結節間距離を有する、請求項5記載の 製品。 9.移植可能医療物品を製造するための方法であって: a)表層を担う硬質孔質性生物材料より成る移植可能物品を用意する; b)前記表層を1又は複数の潜光反応性基を有する接着分子と接触させる;そ して c)前記光反応性基を活性化して前記表層に対して前記接着分子を固定化し、 in vivoでの前記物品の毛細管内皮化を促進する; 工程を含んで成る方法。 10.移植可能医療物品を利用する方法であって: a)表層を担う硬質孔質性生物材料より成る移植可能物品を用意する; b)前記表層を1又は複数の潜光反応性基を有する接着分子と接触させる; c)前記光反応性基を活性化して前記表層に対して前記接着分子を固定化し、 in vivoでの前記物品の毛細管内皮化を促進する;そして d)前記物品を身体組織又は体液と接触するように移植する; 工程を含んで成る方法。 11.a)表層を担う硬質孔質性生物材料より成る移植可能物品を用意する; b)前記表層を1又は複数の潜光反応性基を有する接着分子と接触させる;そ して c)前記光反応性基を活性化して前記表層に対して前記接着分子を固定化し、 in vivoでの前記物品の毛細管内皮化を促進する; 工程を含んで成る方法により製造された移植可能医療物品。 12.a)表層を担う硬質孔質性生物材料より成る移植可能物品を用意する; b)前記表層を1又は複数の潜光反応性基を有する接着分子と接触させる;そ して c)前記光反応性基を活性化して前記表層に対して前記接着分子 を固定化し、in vivoでの前記物品の毛細管内皮化を促進する; 工程を含んで成る方法により製造可能な移植可能医療物品。
