Claims (3)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 床スラブ1と壁面9とによってトイレ室
が構成され、床スラブ1は下段部3と上段部2からなっ
ており、この上段部2に和式便器4が取り付けられてい
る水洗トイレ室の和式便器4を洋式便器26へ取り替え
る改修工事において、上段部2の裏面側に形成されてい
る凹み6にその下方側から当て板11を当てて、これを
閉塞した後、床スラブ1の上段部2をハツリ作業によっ
て撤去し、撤去跡の開口部12の周縁及びこれと対向す
る壁体9の壁面10の適当位置に、前記開口部12の中
央方向へ向かって水平に張り出した張り出し片16を有
する脚ボルト受けアングル部材17を、その張り出し片
16が床スラブ1の下段部3の上面とほぼ同一の高さに
なる様に複数個固定し、更に、床スラブ1の上段部2の
撤去跡の開口部12に、コンクリ−ト18をその上面が
床スラブ1の下段部3の上面とほぼ同じ高さになる様に
打設し、その後、板状をなし下面には複数の伸縮自在の
脚ボルト23を有するユニットトイレパン22を、その
脚ボルト23を脚ボルト受けアングル部材17の張り出
し片16上及び床スラブ1の下段部2の上面の所定位置
に載置させることにより、床スラブ1の下段部2及びコ
ンクリ−ト打設面19上に敷き込み、このユニットトイ
レパン22上に洋式便器26を載置固定する様にしたこ
とを特徴とする水洗トイレの改修工法。
