Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce much labor for input operation such as the conformation of a changed position by manual operation and the input of a new component number. SOLUTION: At the time of receiving a component changing instruction by the operation of an input device, a terminal equipment 1 guides the input of a component number to be changed and a changed component number of the component number to be changed through a display device, and when respective component numbers are inputted based on the guide, transfers the inputted numbers to a control device 3 through an information transmission line 2. At the time of receiving respective component numbers, the control device 3 stores the received component numbers in a 2nd storage device 5, and at the time of receiving a component constitution changing instruction from the terminal equipment 1, changes the component constitution to be changed based on the component number to be changed and the changed component number stored in the 2nd storage device 5 and stores the changed constitution in a 1st storage device 4.

Next, the operation of the control device for changing the component configuration based on each information stored in the second storage device will be described with reference to FIGS. Upon receiving the instruction to change the component configuration from the terminal device 1, the control device 3 reads out one changed component number from the changed component information and stores it in the first storage device 4 (S21). The changed part number of the changed part number is read and stored in the first storage device 4 (S
22) This is repeated until there is no more changed component information stored in the second storage device 5 (S21 to S23).
For example, when the changed part information attached to FIG. 2 is stored in the second storage device 5, “A0” → “A0N” →
The data is stored in the first storage device 4 in the order of “A1” → “A1N” → “P11” → “P11N”.

26, S27), a parent-child relationship is generated using the changed part number A1N as a new child part number and the changed part number A0N as a starting point as a new parent part number (S28). At this time, the connection number R01 indicating the parent-child relationship is changed to, for example, R01N. Then, a parent-child relationship is generated between the new parent part number A1N and the child part number A2 not to be changed (S2).

Then, the changed part number P11N to be changed is read out from the existing child part numbers (S27), and the changed part number P11N is set as a new child part number, and the changed part number as a starting point is obtained. The parent-child relationship is generated with A1N as a new parent part number (S28). At this time,

A parent-child relationship is generated between P12 and P13 (S29), and the connection numbers in this case use the existing R12 and R13, respectively. The component configuration at this point is as shown in FIG. Thereafter, similarly to the above, it is determined whether another changed part number exists in the changed part information (S30).
If there is, the process proceeds to S31, but if there is no other changed part number, this operation ends. The part configuration changed in this way is as shown in FIG. 5C, and the child part numbers P21 to P23 of the part number "A2" are not changed and are held as they are.

1. A plurality of terminal devices having an input device and a display device, a control device connected to each terminal device via an information transmission path, and information indicating a component configuration of a product connected to the control device. A component configuration management system for a product, comprising a first storage device stored therein and a second storage device connected to the control device, wherein the terminal device is configured to change a component by operating an input device. When the instruction is received, the input of the information of the changed part and the information of the changed part in place of the changed part is guided through the display device, and when each of the information is input by the guidance, the control is performed via the information transmission path. The control device stores the information on the changed component and the changed component in the second storage device when the information is received, and issues a change instruction of the component configuration based on the information. Terminal equipment Upon receiving from changes the component configuration to be changed based on the second of the changing component and the information of the changing component stored in the storage device,
A component configuration management system for a product, comprising a component configuration changing unit that stores the component configuration in the first storage device.
