[0003] In such a blind device, when the opening is opened, a large number of slats constituting the blind are arranged above the opening, usually in a state of being densely overlapped with each other. The opening part is partially closed by the provided slat, and when the opening part is fully opened, a sufficient feeling of release cannot be enjoyed, which is annoying. Even if the slat housing frame is provided above in order to eliminate this, an occupied space for the slat housing frame is required above, and this may be difficult in a general house or the like, and is not always satisfactory. Further, in the conventional blind device, the slat must be cleaned using a ladder, a table, or the like, and in addition, there is a risk that an object or a person is pinched by the lowering of the blind in the closing operation.

In addition, in general, a blind mechanism is provided with a tilting mechanism (tilt mechanism) for tilting the slat immediately before the opening is fully closed, in addition to the lifting / lowering device. In order to tilt the slat by pulling down or pushing down the lowermost part of the blind, an endless chain or a no-back chain must be used, and the tilting mechanism and the elevating device become complicated, expensive, and cause troubles. In addition, there is a possibility that it occupies a large space and the area around the opening cannot be made compact.

In the above blind device 1, the opening 16
When the link is opened, the link rows 27 and 30 are folded, and each of the slats 4 is tightly overlapped (bundled) below the opening 16. When closing the opening 16, first, the electric motor 78 is operated, and the rotation of the output rotation shaft 79 rotates the pulley 63 via the gears 80, 82 and the rotation shaft 81. And the tilt arm 91 is moved to the roller guide path 1 via the movable base 75 and the rollers 71 and 72.
9, and ascends the tilt arm 91, as shown in FIG.
Are also extended from the upper end side, and as a result, the horizontal link members 31 of the link row 32 are also lifted upward from above.
Each of the slats 4 fixed to the tilt arm 91 and the lateral link member 31 is sequentially lifted in the closing direction of the opening 16. As shown in FIG. 3, when the cam roller 95 is guided in contact with the linear guide surface 97, the tilt arm 91, the link row 27, and the 30 and 32 are arranged.

Further, the link rows 27 and 30 are extended by the belt 69 being wound around the pulley 63, and the link rows 27 are extended at a position where the opening of the blind 5 is closed, in this example, a position immediately before the opening 16 is completely closed. , Link column 27
Is elastically urged downward by the coil spring 54,
This causes the tilt arm 91 to generate a counterclockwise rotational moment in FIG. In such a state, when the cam roller 95 faces the cross guide surface 98 and shifts from contact guide to the linear guide surface 97 to contact guide to the cross guide surface 98 and is disposed in the cross slit 99, the tilt arm 91 Starts rotating, and the link row 30 is lifted more than the link row 27, whereby the slats 4 are rotated in the counterclockwise direction, and sequentially set in the vertical tilt state. Further, as the belt 69 is wound around the pulley 63, the tilt arm 91 is rotated based on the contact guide on the cross guide surface 98, and as shown in FIG.
And 30 are extended substantially the entire length, the slats 4 are held in a substantially vertical tilting state, and the openings 16 are fully closed by the blinds 5 with the openings 16 completely blinded. Thereafter, the operation of the electric motor 78 is stopped, and the closing operation of the opening 16 by the blind 5 is completed. Electric motor 78
Even if the lower end 42 of the link member 25 is pulled upward in the extended link row 27, the movable body 53 elastically urged downward by the coil spring 54 moves upward. Therefore, even if the operation stop of the electric motor 78 is delayed, the lower end 42 of the link member 25 is not damaged, and conversely, the opening 16 can be reliably completely closed by the blind 5.

The bifurcated portion 143 engages with the flange 126 at the first rotational position of the lever member 141 in the R direction (the rotational position shown in FIG. 9) to move the worm shaft 117 downward (in the H direction). , The engagement between the worm wheel 113 and the worm 114 of the worm shaft 117 is maintained, and when the lever member 141 is in the second rotational position in the R direction (the rotational position shown in FIG. 11), the lever member 141 is moved to the flange 126. Is disengaged, and the worm shaft 117 can be moved directly downward (in the H direction). When the worm shaft 117 is allowed to move downward, the pulleys 63 and 64 are rotated in the direction A by the rotational moment applied to the pulleys 63 and 64 by the weight of the slats 4 via the belts 69 and 70. 1
The engagement between the worm shaft 13 and the worm 114 of the worm shaft 117 is released.

When the emergency release mechanism 100 is not operated (in the state shown in FIG. 9), the engagement between the worm wheel 113 and the worm 114 of the worm shaft 117 is maintained. The rotation of the lever member 144 in the R direction by manual operation of the lever portion 144 is prohibited (in the state shown in FIG. 11), and the rotation of the pulleys 63 and 64 is prohibited. The worm shaft 117 is allowed to move in the axial direction so that the worm wheel 113 and the worm shaft 117 can be disengaged from each other by the rotation of the pulley 63.
The free rotation of the belts 69 and 70 by the weight of the slats 4 is enabled by the free rotation of the slats 4 in the direction A.

When the opening 16 is urgently opened in a state where the opening 5 is partially closed or completely closed by the blind 5, the lever 144 is rotated in the R direction so that the flange 126 and the forked part are rotated. 143 is released. This disengagement allows the worm shaft 117 to move in the axial direction, causing the pulleys 63 and 64 to rotate in the direction A due to the weight of the slats 4, causing the worm wheel 113 and the worm shaft 1 to rotate.
17 is disengaged from the worm 114, and thus the free rotation of the worm wheel 113, that is, the free rotation of the pulleys 63 and 64 via the rotary shaft 81, becomes possible. The belts 69 and 70 are fed out by their own weight, the slats 4 are lowered, the partially closed state or the completely closed state of the opening 16 by the blind 5 is released, and the opening 16 is completely opened. Become so.

In addition, since the emergency release mechanism 100 has the rotatable lever member 141, the lever member 14
By operating 1, it is possible to bring the blind 5 into an open state in a single action, a quick emergency opening can be achieved, and the lower ends of the link mechanisms 7 and 8 are pulled downward by the elastic mechanisms 9 and 10. Therefore, since the slat 4 can be given an elastic descending force in addition to its own weight,
Emergency opening by the emergency opening mechanism 100 can be reliably and quickly caused.

In the emergency opening mechanism 100, the opening 1
6, the rotation of the pulleys 63 and 64 in the direction A is mainly caused by the weight of the slat 4, but elastic means such as a coil spring is disposed between the intermediate wall 121 and the flange 126. The worm shaft 117 is always elastically urged in the H direction. When the opening 16 is urgently opened, the pulleys 63 and 64 rotate in the A direction by the elastic force of the elastic means in addition to the weight of the slats 4 in the emergency. May be caused.
