2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a photovoltaic power generation system, a solar cell panel in which a solar cell module is mounted on a panel substrate such as a wooden board or a cement board is often used. In this solar cell panel, since the solar cell module is integrated with the panel substrate, for example, in the case of installation on a roof, a two-stage installation in which a roof member such as a base plate is installed and then the solar cell module is attached is performed. There is no need to perform this, and since the panel substrate itself becomes a roof member, the roof with the solar cell modules is finished only by installing the solar cell panels, and extremely good workability can be realized.

In such a solar cell panel, a solar cell module disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-159071 (Japanese Patent Application No. 10-111188) has been disclosed in order to facilitate attachment of the solar cell module to a panel substrate. Mounting rails can be used. For example, FIG. 4 shows an example of a solar cell panel using this mounting rail. As shown in FIG. 4, the mounting rail (3) provided on the panel substrate (1) What is necessary is just to fix the solar cell module (2) to the solar cell module. More specifically, for example, each mounting rail (3) is rubber-based, asphalt-based, or rubber-asphalt-based by means of a fixing screw (32) that is screwed into the panel substrate (1) from its downspout piece (31). And so on, on a panel substrate (1) on which a base material (11) (so-called roofing) is laid, and a frame member (3) of the solar cell module (2) on a frame supporting portion (33) of the mounting rail (3). 22) is placed. The solar cell module (2) includes a frame member (2

However, in the solar cell panel as exemplified in FIG. 4 described above, when a plurality of the solar cell panels are arranged side by side, the adjacent mounting rails (3) are separated to some extent. Therefore, there is a possibility that rainwater or the like may enter the panel substrate (1), and may enter the back side of the panel substrate (1) from a gap or the like between the adjacent panel substrates (1).

For example, when a solar cell panel is installed on a roof, the roof is finished by itself, so that water leakage is not particularly preferred, and it is desirable to take as much waterproofing as possible. Not only when the solar cell panel is used on a roof, but also when it is used on flat ground where solar power can be generated, effective waterproofing is achieved by deterioration of the panel substrate (1) and other components. It is extremely important for suppressing damage.

The waterproof plate (4) blocks rain water and the like, and prevents water from leaking from between the mounting rails (3) to the panel substrate (1) and the like. Further, even if rainwater or the like enters through a gap between the waterproof plate (4) and the mounting rail (3), for example, a gap between the fixed plate (42) and the frame support (33), the waterproof plate ( Since the flow gutter piece (31) of the mounting rail (3) is located on the back side of 4), the inflow water is caused to flow in the inclined direction by the flow gutter piece (31) to the panel substrate (1). Can prevent water leakage.

Further, in the waterproof structure of the present invention, it is desirable that the cover body (7) is provided so as to cover the waterproof plate body (4) attached between the attachment rails (3) as described above. . In this embodiment, the cover body (7) has a flat plate portion (71) and fixed plate portions (72) hanging down from both ends in the longitudinal direction of the flat plate portion (71). The portion (72) rides on the frame support portion (33) of the mounting rail (3), and the flat plate portion (71) covers the waterproof plate (4) between the mounting rails (3). The fixing plate part (72) is fixed to the frame support part (33) together with the fixing plate part (42) of the waterproof plate (4) by, for example, fixing screws (43). With such a cover body (7), the waterproofness between the mounting rails (3) is further improved. In other words, a two-stage waterproof effect is realized in combination with the waterproof plate (4), and a three-stage waterproof effect is realized by providing the waterproof member of the airtight material (5) and the waterproof tape (6).

In this embodiment, the side ends of the flat plate portion (71) of the cover (7) and the mounting rail (3) are used.
Since one side end of the fixed cover body (341) attached to the cover overlaps, the fixed cover body (341) and the flat plate portion (7) are overlapped.
1) becomes a continuous plate-like body, and the mounting rail (3)
The appearance between them is also improved, and as is apparent from FIG. 2, the overall appearance when the solar cell panels are juxtaposed is also improved. Further, in this case, the flat plate portions (71) overlapping each other.
A waterproof packing (8) can be provided between the side end of the mounting cover (341) and the side end of the fixed cover body (341), thereby making the waterproofing between the mounting rails (3) more effective and reliable. be able to.

FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the waterproof structure of the present invention. In the example shown in FIG. 3, the cover (9) provided so as to cover the waterproof plate (4) between the mounting rails (3) is the same as that shown in FIGS.
It is different from the cover body (7) in the embodiment of (1). More specifically, one end of each fixed cover body (341) of each of the mounting rails (3) adjacent to each other extends horizontally to form a cover body (9a) and a cover body (9b). The fixed cover body (34)
The cover body (9) is constituted by the cover body (9a) and the cover body (9b) integrated with 1). Furthermore, the one end of the cover body (9a) hangs down, the other end of the other cover body (9b) hangs down and bends downward, and reaches the back side of the cover body (9a). Extending. The cover body (9a) and the cover body (9b) are arranged such that the end of the cover body (9b) is located on the back side of the cover body (9a) and overlap each other.

The cover (9) of the cover (9a) and the cover (9b) covers the waterproof plate (4) to improve the appearance and to improve the appearance (9a). Rainwater or the like is dropped into the waterproof plate (4) from the gap between the cover and the cover (9b), and the rainwater or the like is surely flown by the waterproof plate (4) in the inclined direction when the solar panel is installed. Effective waterproofing is realized. Further, since the cover bodies (9a) and (9b) are integrated with the fixed cover body (341), it is only necessary to mount the fixed cover body (341), and the embodiment of FIGS. As in the case of the cover body (7), there is no need to separately attach the fixing cover body (341) or fix it separately with the fixing screw (43), so that the workability is excellent.
