2. Description of the Related Art The electromotive force of a DC or AC generator is an induced electromotive force generated by relative movement between an armature and a field pole.
This induced electromotive force generates an armature current. Then, an armature magnetic flux is generated by the armature current, and causes a so-called armature reaction. For example, if an alternating current is converted to direct current by an AC generator / regulator and the alternator generator for adjusting the voltage is operated at the rated rotation speed (synchronous speed) and a symmetric three-phase load is connected, the symmetric three-phase Electric current flows. At the same time that the three-phase armature current is generated, the rotating magnetic field generated by the armature reaction rotates at a synchronous speed with a certain phase difference (lag) with respect to the magnetic flux generated by the magnetic poles. As a result, an electromagnetic torque in a direction opposite to the rotational direction is applied to the magnetic poles, and the magnetic poles are balanced with mechanical power applied to the rotor from the prime mover through the rotor shaft. Conventional DC and AC generators cannot mechanically reduce the mechanical power load caused by the armature reaction because the field poles directly intersect the armature coil due to the mechanism.

However, if the mechanical power load generated by the armature reaction based on the above-mentioned armature current (load current) can be reduced, the conversion efficiency from mechanical power energy to electric energy can be increased. it can. The present invention focuses on the above points, and has been made by utilizing a phase difference due to a magnetic field delay, and provides a commutator-less DC generator with improved conversion efficiency from mechanical power energy to electric energy. It is the purpose.

[0005] In this configuration, since X> Y or X <Y, and the values of X / Y or Y / X are not integers, the alternating current generated by each independent stator is integrated. A combined AC cannot be produced by merging, so a full-wave rectifier circuit is provided for each stator to convert the DC to a smooth DC. When the rotor is rotated, independent AC currents (load currents) are induced in the stator coils (armature windings) of the independent stators, and the magnetic field due to the AC current causes an armature reaction to the rotation of the rotor. This causes a certain phase difference (delay). This machine uses this magnetic field delay. Due to this generated magnetic field, the combined magnetic force (attractive magnetic force) when the magnetic field magnetic force of the stator core and the exciting magnetic force (field main magnetic flux) of the magnetic pole portion are pulled, and the repulsive magnetic force when the two magnetic forces are repelled, are determined by the rotation of the rotor. It is divided into a positive torque acting in the direction and a negative torque acting in the opposite direction. The generated magnetic field is divided into a positive combined magnetic force zone that exerts a pulling action in the rotation direction of the rotor, a negative combined magnetic force zone that performs a braking action in a direction opposite to the rotation direction of the rotor, and a negative repulsive magnetic force, depending on the position of the magnetic pole portion with respect to the stator core. A zone, a magnetic force inactivation zone in which the phase of the stator core and the magnetic pole portion substantially match and a part of the repulsive magnetic force generation zone or a part of the attraction magnetic force generation zone is inactivated, and a plus that pushes out in the rotation direction of the rotor. Distinguishing between repulsive magnetic force zones (see FIGS. 7, 8, and 14)
Then, it is generated sequentially according to the position of the magnetic pole portion passing through the stator core. The size of each zone differs depending on the amount of delay phase of the magnetic field induced in the stator core (the position of the magnetic field generation start point).

The positive torque amount and the negative torque amount are defined as the position receiving the magnetic force acting in the direction of rotation of the rotor, the amount of magnetic force, the zone receiving the magnetic force, the position receiving the magnetic force acting in the direction opposite to the direction of rotation of the rotor, and the amount of magnetic force. , The number of zones subject to magnetic forces and the number of zones affected. When the delay phase amount of the magnetic field is different from the circumferential core width of the magnetic pole portion and the circumferential core width of the stator core, from the α delay angle corresponding to the core width on the smaller width side to the 2α delay angle. In the range, the zone receiving the negative combined magnetic force and the magnetic force and the negative repulsive magnetic force and the magnetic force acting in the reverse direction to the rotation direction of the rotor decreases or becomes zero. Then, both the zone receiving the positive combined magnetic force and the magnetic force acting in the rotation direction of the rotor and the zone receiving the positive repulsive magnetic force and the magnetic force acting only in the rotation direction of the rotor increase. Therefore, the relation between the number of the twin magnetic pole portions X and the number of the stators Y and the zones receiving the positive combined magnetic force amount, the positive repulsive magnetic force amount, and the respective magnetic forces is X> Y or X <Y, and X / Y Y or Y /
Since the value of X was not set to an integer, the balance of each magnetic pole portion and the stator core was balanced to be close to zero, or the zero or plus torque was increased to greatly reduce the mechanical power load. The conversion efficiency from mechanical power energy to electrical energy can be increased.

[0007] With respect to the magnetic field due to the alternating current generated in each independent stator, the narrow side core width is reduced within a range that does not hinder power generation, the thickness of the stator coil is reduced within an appropriate limit, and the winding amount is increased ( Increase synchronous impedance)
To increase the response time (magnetic field delay time)
By increasing the rotation speed of the rotor within the limit of the optimum power generation peripheral speed, since the magnetic induction and the response time during the mutual induction action are constant, the delay phase can be appropriately increased. As the delay phase of the magnetic field due to the armature current approaches the 1.5α delay angle, the amount of positive combined magnetic force and the amount of positive repulsive force generated between the magnetic pole portion and the stator core increase, and the pulling action in the rotation direction of the rotor is increased. , The pushing action by repulsion is increased. Therefore, the conversion efficiency from mechanical power energy to electric energy can be increased by setting the delay phase to an optimum angle within a range of 2α delay angle from α delay angle.

On the other hand, the field main magnetic flux of the magnetic pole portion exerts an attractive force on the iron core of the stator core even when no magnetic field is generated in the stator core. Is set so that X> Y or X <Y, and none of the values of X / Y or Y / X is an integer. Is opposed to the action of pulling in the opposite direction, and the balance is balanced as a whole and approaches zero or becomes zero. Therefore, the influence on the power loss due to the attraction force is extremely small or not generated at any phase of the rotor.

Therefore, if the amount of the delay phase of the magnetic field is set particularly within the range of 2α delay angle from the α delay angle (the core width on the small width side), the negative torque in which the magnetic field acts in the direction opposite to the rotation direction of the rotor. Only the positive torque can be made to act on the magnetic pole part by reducing or extinguishing in the magnetic force deactivation zone, and the mechanical power load caused by the armature reaction can be greatly reduced. Conversion efficiency can be further increased.

Further, by forming the widths of the magnetic pole portion and the stator core and the pitch between the cores to appropriate dimensions, the range from the α delay angle to the 2α delay angle can be set to the optimum angle. The inductive reactance can be minimized, and the electric loss can be reduced, and the conversion efficiency from mechanical power energy to electric energy can be further increased. In particular, in order to further increase the conversion efficiency, the width of the magnetic pole part is considerably wider than the width of the stator core, or the width of the stator core is considerably wider than the width of the pole core to create a magnetic force inactivation zone, so that the magnetic field is reduced. Since the braking action on the rotor can be reduced or reduced, the mechanical power load caused by the armature reaction can be significantly reduced as a whole.

The operation of the DC generator 1 having the above configuration will be described. The on / off switch 24 of the DC power supply circuit 23 is closed, and the variable resistor 25 is adjusted to apply a predetermined DC power supply to the exciting coil 10. Then, the rotor 7 is rotated. Since the exciting coil 10 is wound right-handed, the pole cores 15a and 15d become S poles and the pole cores 15b and 15c become N poles based on the right-handed screw rule, and the field main magnetic flux Φ is in the direction shown in FIG. Occurs. This field main magnetic flux Φ sequentially crosses the divided core portions 17a and 17b of the stator 18 in a circle.

The pole cores 15a, 15b, 15
When c and 15d rotate and the magnetic force lines change in the increasing direction with respect to the stator core 17 and the magnetic force lines due to the different pole cores forward in the rotating direction change in the inverse direction almost simultaneously, the Faraday electromagnetic induction is reduced. Based on the law of law and Lenz's law, a positive electromotive force due to the combined effect is generated in the stator coil 19 by the mutual induction action by the bipolar combination, and a plus current flows, and the pole cores 15a, 15b,
When the phases of 15c and 15d and the stator core 17 substantially match, and the change of the lines of magnetic force stops, the electromotive force disappears.

In the case where the lines of magnetic force change in the decreasing direction with respect to the stator core 17 and at the same time the lines of magnetic force due to the different pole cores rearward in the rotation direction enter and change in the increasing direction in inverse proportion, the mutual combination by the bipolar composite Due to the induction action, a negative electromotive force of the combined effect is generated in the stator coil 19, and a negative current flows. Thus, an alternating current is generated each time the pole cores 15a, 15b, 15c, 15d pass through the independent stator core 17. The generated alternating current is supplied to the full-wave rectifier circuit 20 for each stator 18.

Furthermore, the magnetic field magnetic force when the delay of the magnetic field generation starting point due to the current induced in the stator coil 19 shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 is zero is positively applied to the stator coil 19 due to the mutual induction action. Of the pole cores 15a and 15b (15
c, 15d) and the repulsive magnetic force generating zone in which the magnetic field magnetic force of the split core portions 17a and 17b of the stator core 17 repels the stator coil 19 by mutual induction.
When a negative current flows due to the generation of a negative electromotive force, the exciting magnetic force of the pole cores 15a, 15b (15c, 15d) and the split core portions 17a, 17b of the stator core 17
Is divided into an attraction magnetic force generation zone where an attraction action is performed. The magnetic field delay phase amount is within the range of 2α delay angle from α delay angle corresponding to the core width on the smaller width side of either the circumferential width of the pole core or the circumferential width of the stator core (FIGS. 7B and 8). In (c) and (d)>, if the front portions of the rotating pole cores 15a and 15b (15c and 15d) in the rotor rotation direction are positioned at the rear of the stator core 17 in the rotor rotation direction, the rotor rotation The attraction action of the attraction magnetic force generation zone with a magnetic field delay generated by the pole core in front of the direction generates a torque in the rotation direction of the rotor 7 to generate a motor action. Almost simultaneously, the pole core 15 (different pole) in the front (different pole) with respect to the rotation direction of the rotor
The rear part of c, 15d (15a, 15b) is divided core part 17
If it is applied to a part of a and 17b, the opposite pole acts as a repulsive action, and the rotor 7 further increases the motor action by a combined effect.

The pole cores 15a and 15 which further rotate and move.
If the rear part of the rotor b (15c, 15d) is completely or partially applied to the stator core 17, the repulsive action of the repulsive magnetic force generation zone with a magnetic field delay causes the torque in the rotational direction of the rotor 7 to be increased. To generate a motor action. At the same time, the pole cores 15c and 15d (15a,
If the front part b) is hung behind the split core parts 17a and 17b, the different poles work as a suction function, and the rotor 7 further increases the motor function due to the combined effect.

The size of each of the zones Z1 to Z5 differs depending on the amount of delay of the magnetic field induced in the stator core 17 (the position of the starting point of the magnetic field). FIG. 7 (b), FIG.
(C) As shown in FIG. 9 (d) and FIG. 9 (b), when the delay phase amount of the magnetic field induced in the stator core 17 is in the range of the α delay angle to the 2α delay angle, in particular, the rotor 7 is pulled in the rotation direction. The positive combined magnetic force zone Z1 exerting the action and the positive repulsive magnetic force zone Z4 exerting the pushing action in the rotational direction of the rotor are increased, and FIGS.
(C), (d), and the amount of magnetic force also increases as shown by the oblique lines of the AC waveforms in FIG. 9 (b). Conversely, the minus repulsive magnetic force zone Z2, which acts in a direction opposite to the rotation direction of the rotor, decreases or disappears.

The number X of the twin magnetic pole portions 15 and the stator 18
The relationship with the number Y is X> Y or X <Y, and X / Y
By preventing any value of Y or Y / X from being an integer, the combined (attracted) magnetic force, the repulsive magnetic force, and each zone are set to the respective pole cores 15a, 15b, 15
The efficiency of conversion from mechanical power energy to electric energy can be increased by balancing c, 15d and the entire stator core 17 to approach zero or increase zero or positive torque. In addition, the width of the pole cores 15a, 15b, 15c, 15d and the stator core 17 and the pitch between the cores can be formed to appropriate dimensions, whereby the armature induction reactance can be minimized, and the electric loss can be reduced. And the conversion efficiency from mechanical power energy to electric energy can be further increased.

On the other hand, the pole cores 15a, 15b, 15
The field main magnetic fluxes Φ of c and 15d exert an attractive force on the divided core portions 17a and 17b of the stator core 17 even when no magnetic field is generated in the stator core 17. However, in this suction action, the pulling action in the rotation direction of the rotor 7 and the pulling action in the direction opposite to the rotation direction antagonize to achieve a total balance, so that the rotor 7 is canceled out at any phase and approaches substantially zero. It becomes zero.

Further, the mechanism of the third embodiment may be configured with the inner and outer circumferences reversed, or the circle of each magnetic pole portion of the rotor may be formed as in the first, second, and third embodiments. The circumferential width and the circumferential width of the stator core may be the same width instead of different sizes, and the same pole core pitch (circumferential direction) of each pole piece may be provided at an appropriate interval. The shape of the rotor is not limited to a Landel shape in which N poles and S poles of a pole core are alternately arranged in the rotation direction, a sailing shape, a windmill shape, a permanent magnet type disk shape, a bowl shape, a roller shape, and the like. Good. Further, the stator coil does not necessarily need to be of a left-right separated type in the rotor axis direction. In the embodiment, a single-phase circuit has been described, but a three-phase circuit may be used. The exciting coil is wound according to the right-hand rule. The excitation circuit is of a separately excited type, but may be a self-excited type.

As described in detail above, according to the present invention,
The rotor is provided with X twin magnetic poles, which are paired with the N pole and the S pole facing each other in substantially the same phase on the left and right sides in the rotor axis direction, and from the core part which is divided right and left in the rotor axis direction. Y stator cores are arranged, and
X> Y or X <Y, and the value of X / Y or Y / X is not an integer.
The rotor takes total balance in any phase,
Then, as in the first, second, and third embodiments, the circumferential width of each magnetic pole portion of the rotor and the circumferential width of the stator core are set to be different from each other, so that no magnetic force is generated during rotation of the rotor. When the regions are provided, or when the circumferential widths of the magnetic pole portions and the stator core are substantially the same, the same pole core pitch of each magnetic pole portion is provided at an appropriate interval to cope with the lagging magnetic field, and the respective magnetic field lags are reduced. By utilizing the phase difference, the mechanical power load generated by the armature reaction can be significantly reduced, and the conversion efficiency from mechanical power energy to electric energy can be increased.
