込んだ四方のパネル板4に対し、各フレーム7…をパネ
ル板側に押圧密接させた状態で組み付けることができ
る。このようにして順次穴を深く掘り下げてマンホール
2を埋設するに足る深さ以上に掘り下げ、穴3の底に安
定砂Sを所要厚さ敷き詰めた後マンホール2を掘削穴3
内に納め、土留め用仮設装置1及びパネル板4を掘削穴
内より取り出し、マンホール2の周りの残余穴に掘削土
を押し詰めて完了する。

組み付けることができるように形成しているので、掘削
穴が平面から見て正しく正方形に掘削されていなくて
も、掘削された変形四角形の掘削穴の壁面に沿って打ち
込んだ四方のパネル板に対し、各フレームをパネル板側
に押圧密接させた状態で組み付けることができ、これに
より、掘削穴の掘削作業や仮設装置の組み付け作業を容
易に且つ効率よく行うことができる利点がある。
