Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize initial period rain water effectively by storing the initial period rain water and later period rain water separately, supplying the initial period rain water to an application which does not require high purity, and supplying the later period rain water to an application which requires high purity. SOLUTION: Initial period rain water and later period rain water which fell on a roof are stored in an initial period rain water storage tank 11 and a later period rain storage tank 12, respectively. In the judgement of two kinds of rain water, a turbidimeter 31 is set, and when turbidity has fallen below a constant value, a valve 32 is changed over to change the destination of water. The initial period rain water is pumped up by a pump 21 to be used directly for watering which allows the existence of fouling components. The later period rain water is used in washing, bathing, and toilets after being treated to conform to the quality of each application. In this way, rain water can be used effectively.

However, even though it is initial rainwater, it retains a certain level of water quality, and if its use is limited, it is worthwhile to make a separate tank for storage and reuse. In addition, washing water and bath water, which require a high degree of cleanliness, may cause the growth of bacteria and dirt when there is a trace amount of organic matter, and in the case of washing water, the cleaning effect of the detergent may be reduced. Therefore, when using it, it is necessary to purify it according to the application. In addition, washing machine and bathtub,
If polluted water remains after using the toilet, various bacteria grow, and putrefactive smell and dirt remain, so it is necessary to suppress the growth of various bacteria. In addition, particularly when it is supplied to the washing water, when there is a so-called hardness component such as calcium ions or magnesium ions, the washing action of the detergent is reduced, and thus it is preferable to remove the detergent. In addition, if the rainwater storage tank or the supply pipe is dirty, the quality of the reused water deteriorates, and it is necessary to prevent the growth of bacteria that cause the dirt. In addition, when using the potential energy of rainwater as electrical energy, the rainfall flowing directly down the roof from the rain gutter changes the flow velocity depending on the amount of rainfall, so when the flow rate is small or the rainfall becomes excessive, Since the rotation speed of the rotor of the generator is not stable, there is a disadvantage that the conversion efficiency is reduced.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, in the present invention, the initial rainwater and the rainwater after the initial stage are separately stored, and the initial rainwater is supplied to a watering application which does not require a high degree of cleanliness. Rainwater from the beginning was supplied to laundry, bathroom and toilet where cleanliness is required. This allows
The initial rainwater can be used effectively, and by removing the initial rainwater, it becomes possible to supply water suitable for washing, bathrooms, and toilets. This is the first invention.

Next, when the storage tank for storing rainwater after the initial rainwater becomes full, it overflows and is stored in the initial rainwater storage tank. Thus, the amount of rainwater after the initial rainwater whose cleanliness is higher than the initial rainwater can be reduced and the rainwater can be effectively used. This is the second invention.

Next, when rainwater is used for washing and bathing, a high degree of purification is required, so that organic substances are rapidly oxidatively decomposed with active oxygen such as ozone or hydrogen peroxide, or purified by adsorption or membrane separation. I did it. This makes it possible to safely provide washing water or bath water that is indirectly or directly in contact with the human body. This is the third invention.

Next, at the time of washing, bathing, and water supply to a toilet, metal ions having a sterilizing action are periodically eluted by electrolysis, or acidic electrolyzed water having a pH of 3 or less is generated and supplied to perform periodic sterilization. When the metal ions are eluted, the metal ions stay for a long time, so that the bactericidal action is continued and rot can be prevented. In addition, in the case of electrolyzed acidic water having a pH of 3 or less, a strong sterilizing effect can be obtained due to the synergistic action of chlorine and a low pH, so that sterilization can be performed for a short time. Bathtubs and toilets can be kept clean. This is the fourth invention.

Next, in the process from the water collecting part such as a roof or a rain gutter to the water storage tank, the kinetic energy flowing down is converted into electric energy by a generator and a storage battery and stored, so that a pump for feeding rainwater is used. It is possible to save the power of the rainwater utilization device by using the energy for operation, purification, and operation of the sterilizer. This is the seventh invention.

Next, a part of the rainwater storage tank is provided under the roof eaves or the middle layer of the building, and when the water level exceeds a certain level, the valve is opened and discharged into the rain gutter to generate a certain flow rate, thereby generating power. When the amount is small or excessive, power can be generated without lowering the power generation efficiency. This is the eighth invention.

FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a rainwater utilization device. The initial rainwater that has rained on the roof and the rainwater after the initial rainwater are separately stored in the initial rainwater storage tank 11 and the rainwater storage tank 12 after the initial rainwater, respectively. In this embodiment, the turbidity meter 31 is installed, and when the turbidity falls below a certain value, the valve 32 is switched to change the flow destination to determine the initial rainwater and the rainwater after the initial rainwater. The determination method is as described in JP-A-10-317434, pH meter, JP-A-10-258268,
Alternatively, the separation may be performed using a separation apparatus as disclosed in JP-A-0-07255 and JP-A-08-158416. When the rainwater storage tank 12 after the initial rainwater becomes full, the structure overflows into the initial rainwater storage tank 11, and the initial rainwater storage tank liquid in which the dirt component is accumulated is replaced with rainwater after the initial rainwater.

The initial rainwater is pumped up by the pump 21 and is used without treatment for watering without any problem even if there is a dirt component. Rainwater after the initial rainwater is used for washing water, bath water and toilets. When used as washing water or bath water, dirt components are purified by a purifying device 22, sterilized by a sterilizer 23, and sent. Furthermore, in the case of washing water, calcium ions and magnesium ions that inhibit foaming are removed by passing the washing water through the ion exchange device 24. Further, in the case of use in a toilet, rainwater after the initial rainwater may be directly used without treatment as shown in FIG. 1, or as shown in FIG.
The water may be purified and sterilized by the sterilizer 23 and sent. At that time,
Whether or not the sterilizer 23 is always operated is preferably set to be switchable depending on the degree of dirt in the toilet. Rainwater can be used effectively by performing treatment appropriate for the water quality at each destination.

Even when washing and bathing supplies purified and sterilized rainwater, dirt on clothes and dirt coming out of the human body remain after use of the appliance. Microorganisms proliferate there and generate mold odor and putrefaction odor. Therefore, in order to prevent the propagation of microorganisms that cause accumulation of dirt components, water from which metal ions having a bactericidal action are eluted is supplied from the sterilizer 23 during washing and bathing and periodically, or adjusted to pH 3 or less. Supply the electrolyzed water. Similarly, toilets are regularly supplied with sterilizing water during use to prevent contamination due to the propagation of germs. Similarly, the initial rainwater storage tank 11 and the rainwater storage tank 12 after the initial rainwater are stored.
Also, water having a sterilizing action is periodically supplied from the sterilizer 23 to prevent the propagation of various bacteria.
