Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a winding length of a cable by winding up the cable in a state of a spacer circularly placed on a rewinding part of a predetermined stage of the cable when spirally winding the cable on a drum in several stages, so that intersecting parts of an upper stage part to a lower stage part of the cable are shifted from each other in the circumferential direction every stage. SOLUTION: A starting end 8 is held on an opening 6 of a stopper part 5 in the winding of a cable, and the cable 1 is wound up once along the stopper part 5 and then spirally wound up. When the cable 1 reaches an external collar part 3, a spacer S is circularly curved and set in a clearance part 9 between the cable 1 and the external collar part 3, then the cable 1 is placed on a valley part 10 between the spacer S and the cable 1 to be rewound, and the winding for a second stage is executed in the reverse spiral winding direction. By this winding, an intersecting part G of a first stage and the second stage is produced, and an intersecting part G of a third stage to the second stage is produced in the winding of the third stage in a state of the intersecting parts shifted from each other in the circumferential direction every stage.

Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 6, a cable c is first wound along the shelf e while holding the end f at the opening of the shelf e, and then the cable c is sequentially spirally formed. Wind and finish the first stage. Then, as shown in FIG. 7, the second-stage winding is started by putting the cable c on the first stage and rewinding it. At this time, basically, the upper part is put on the lower part of the valley of the cable and the cable is wound.
Spiral winding direction of the stage is reversed, portions h 1 at the intersection of the first and second stages are generated at least one location for each one turn. The intersections h 1 ... Are arranged at positions substantially corresponding to each other in the circumferential direction.

However, when the cable c is sequentially wound in the fourth and subsequent steps in this manner, as shown in FIG. 10, the intersections h 1 , h 2 , and h of the respective steps are obtained.
Since 3 ... is substantially equal to the circumferential direction, the cable c is wound by locally protruding not wound into a true circle. That is, as shown in FIG. 9, at the intersection, the height dimension m 1 of the lower row and the upper row
Is twice as large as the outer diameter of the cable c, but the height dimension m 2 of the portion where the upper stage is placed on the lower valley is smaller than the height dimension m 1 , and the difference m 1 in this height dimension This is because −m 2 = Δm is added for each stage. Accordingly, the winding free dimension t 1 of protrusion becomes significantly smaller than the winding free dimension t 2 of the other portions, but can afford to wind the cable c in other portions than the outer diameter of the cable c is projecting portion Dimension t
1 was too small to be wound, and the length of the cable c wound around the drum a was short.

Further, the spacer S is flexible, and in consideration of the effect on the product (cable 1) when the spacer S is dropped at the time of pulling in or when the spacer S is broken during transportation, for example, It is formed by encapsulating plastic (polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, etc.) pellets (small balls) in a bag such as a cloth bag or a plastic bag. As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. It is used by being curved in an arc shape at the rewinding part. The spacer S has a circular cross-sectional shape having an outer diameter substantially equal to the outer diameter of the cable 1, but is not limited thereto, and the cross-sectional shape of the spacer S has vertical and horizontal dimensions substantially equal to the outer diameter of the cable 1. Just do it,
It may have a square cross section (with rounded corners).

Next, an example of the cable winding method of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 2A and 2B are front views, and FIG. 2B is a rear view. As shown in FIG. 1, first, the cable 1 is wound once along the shelf 5 while holding the end 8 in the opening 6 of the shelf 5, and then the cable 1 is sequentially spirally wound. When the cable 1 reaches the outer flange 3, the spacer S (described above) is set in the gap 9 between the cable 1 and the outer flange 3 so as to be curved in an arc shape. At this time, a spacer S having a length corresponding to substantially half the circumference of the body 4 is used.

Then, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the cable 1 is put on a valley 10 between the spacer S and the (wound) cable 1 and is wound back to complete the first stage. The second winding starts. At this time, the upper part is basically wound on the lower part of the valley of the cable 1 and wound.

By winding the cable 1 from the fourth step onward while interposing the spacer S in an arc shape at the winding position of the predetermined step of the cable 1 as shown in FIG.
As shown in the cross portion of the upper portion to the lower portion of the cable 1 G (G 1 ~G 6) it can be by shifting every stage in the circumferential direction. Accordingly, the cable 1 is wound in a state close to a perfect circle (without being locally projected and wound), and the empty space of the drum 2 is made uniform, so that the cable 1 is wound around one drum 2. Cable length increases.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, the spacer S may be a dummy cable cut to an appropriate length, a sand bag, or the like. Further, the drum 2 can be applied even if the drum 2 does not have the shelf portion 5. However, in consideration of the overall balance, the cable 1 is connected to the drum 2 so as to be closer to a perfect circle by interposing the spacer S. It is good to wind around.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the cable 1 is wound while the spacer S is interposed at the winding portion of the cable 1 so that the intersection G of the upper portion with respect to the lower portion of the cable 1 is formed in the circumferential direction for each stage. The cable 1 is wound in a state of being close to a perfect circle, and the empty space of the drum 2 (the space where the cable 1 is wound) is made uniform.
The length of the cable 1 wound around one drum 2 can be reliably increased. Conversely, when winding the cable 1 having a predetermined length, the diameter of the drum 2 may be small, which is advantageous in terms of manufacturing facilities and transportation. Further, there is an advantage that the efficiency of winding the cable 1 around the drum 2 is improved, so that the resource of the drum 2 can be saved.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, the spacer S is formed to have substantially the same thickness as the cable 1 so that the winding portion can be prevented from dropping and rising, and each step can be made uniform in height. That is, there is no need to increase or decrease the winding space at the rewind portion (to make the winding space more uniform), and it is possible to make the cable 1 longer and cleanly wind the cable.

According to the third aspect, since the spacer S can be bent to a free radius of curvature, the spacer S can be interposed in a circular arc shape corresponding to the winding portion of the predetermined stage. That is, one type of spacer S can be used. In addition, it can be straightened during storage, and it is easy to handle without taking up storage space.

According to the fourth aspect, since the length of the cable 1 wound around one drum 2 is increased, the transport efficiency of the cable is improved and the number of cable connections in the laid line is reduced. Cost can be reduced.

According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the spacer S has a thickness substantially the same as that of the cable 1, so that there is no drop or bulge in the rewinding portion, and each step has a uniform height, so that the cable has a longer winding length. A clean cable wound body can be obtained.
