の回転装置を提供するものである。その発明の要旨とす
るところは、酸洗コイルの回転装置において、槽外に回
転装置を配設し、線材コイルをCフックから線材回転装
置に載置した際に転倒しないようにコイル受け部に凹凸
を有するライニングを設け、該線材回転装置を回転させ
ながら線材コイルを酸洗することを特徴とする線材回転
装置にある。

わち、図2は本発明に係る線材回転装置の概略図であ
る。この線材回転装置4は、図3に示すように、コイル
受部5に凹凸状を有するライニング6を設け、線材コイ
ルをCフック3から線材回転装置4に載せたときに前後
に倒れないようにコイル受部5のライニング6の凹凸状
の起伏を設けることにより、線材コイル1がこの凹凸状
の起伏に食い込むようにした上で線材回転装置4を回転
させるものである。

とが出来る。また、線材回転装置は、例えばエアーハイ
ドロ(空気圧→油圧変換)式シリンダーで回転させるこ
とにより、滑らかな回転加速を可能とし、始動時、停止
時の慣性による衝撃を緩和しながら回転可能となる。

等が解消され、また、大気中で長時間置くことによる錆
の問題は、最終仕上げ塩酸前に設置することから解決さ
れ、安定した線材コイルの酸洗を行うことが出来る極め
て優れた効果を奏するものである。
