Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. エチレンと少なくとも一種の一炭素二置換オレフィンモノマーから得ら れる、少なくとも一種の一炭素二置換オレフィンモノマーを3.0モル%を超え て含む、実質的にランダムなエチレンコポリマー。 2. 前記の少なくとも一種の一炭素二置換オレフィンモノマーが、一般式: R1=R2(R3)(R4) 式中、R1はCH2であり、R2はCであり、且つ、R3及びR4は、独立に、炭素 原子を1〜20個有し、且つ、R2に直接結合された炭素原子を1個含有するヒ ドロカルビル基である、 を有する、請求項1のコポリマー。 3. 末端ビニリデン不飽和を有する、請求項1のコポリマー。 4. 300〜100,000の数平均分子量を有する、請求項1のコポリマ ー。 5. 300〜10,000の数平均分子量を有する、請求項3のコポリマー 。 6. エチレンと前記の少なくとも一種の一炭素二置換オレフィンモノマー以 外の、少なくとも一種の配位重合可能なモノマーを含む、請求項1のコポリマー 。 7. エチレンと少なくとも一種の一炭素二置換オレフィンモノマーから得ら れる実質的にランダムなエチレンコポリマーの調製方法であって、少なくとも一 種の一炭素二置換オレフィンモノマー及びエチレンを、任意に一種以上の他の配 位重合可能なモノマーと共に、モノシクロペンタジエニル・ヘテロ原子含有4族 遷移金属触媒成分を含む触媒系と接触させることを含む方法。 8. 前記の他の配位重合可能なモノマーが、C3−C30α−オレフィン類、 C6以上の置換α−オレフィン類、C5以上の環状オレフィン類及びC4以上のジ オレフィン類からなる群の少なくとも一種を含む、請求項7の方法。 9. 前記の一炭素二置換オレフィンモノマーが、イソブチレン又は2−メチ ル−1−ペンテンである、請求項7の方法。 10. 前記の他の配位重合可能なモノマーが、C3−C30α−オレフィン類、 C6以上の置換α−オレフィン類、C5−C30環状オレフィン類及びC4−C30ジ オレフィン類からなる群の少なくとも一種を含む、請求項9の方法。 11. 前記のモノシクロペンタジエニル・ヘテロ原子含有4族遷移金属触媒成 分が、非配位陰イオンで安定化され且つ反対の電荷で釣り合わされた陽イオンで ある、請求項7の方法。 12. 前記のモノシクロペンタジエニル・ヘテロ原子含有4族遷移金属触媒成 分が、アルキルアルモキサン又は修飾されたアルキルアルモキサンで活性化され ている、請求項7の方法。 13. 前記のモノシクロペンタジエニル・ヘテロ原子含有4族遷移金属触媒成 分が、4族遷移金属中心と、架橋基を通じてシクロペンタジエニル基含有配位子 の環炭素の両者に共有結合されている置換15族ヘテロ原子を含むものである、 請求項7の方法。
