The present invention includes a layer of flexible, skin-friendly material, wherein at least one through opening is provided.
Indicate for absorbent articles such as diapers, incontinence belts, sanitary napkins, or similar articles
Liquid permeable surface material. Further, the present invention provides a method for producing a surface material, and a method for producing a surface material.
Articles with material.
Background of the Invention:
Very short on absorbent articles, such as incontinence protection bands, mainly for adult incontinents
A surface layer that can contain a considerable amount of bodily fluids in the absorber placed in the surface layer between them
Building has been a considerable problem for a long time. Bladder for adult incontinent
Emptying the bladder often comes quickly and suddenly, resulting in urine being released
Flows over the outer surface of the surface layer and passes through the surface layer instead of being absorbed by the absorber.
There is a considerable danger of moving over the edge of the incontinence belt. Adult incontinents work
In many cases, people live an active life due to social and social interactions.
Not being able to trust the integrity is extremely inconvenient. In addition, clothing, bedding and equipment
Dirt creates unnecessary extra work for the incontinent or caretaker of the incontinent.
Object of the invention:
The purpose of the present invention is to show a rapid entry of the released body fluid, instead of allowing the body fluid to penetrate the layer.
Surface material of the type specified above, which substantially reduces the risk of flowing over the surface of the layer
To provide a fee.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION:
The surface material according to the invention is at least formed by slits in the material.
It has one opening, the slit has two longitudinal edges, and the elongated elastic means is
Pretensioned on both sides of the slit substantially perpendicular to the edge of the
The elastic means thus acts contractively on the material on both sides of the slit and thus the slit
The edges are pulled apart, causing the shrinked material to wrinkle extending substantially parallel to the slit.
It is mainly characterized by showing.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the surface materials are arranged substantially parallel to one another.
It has a number of openings formed by rows of lits. Here the elastic means
And extends along a row of slits substantially perpendicular to the edge of the slit.
As a result, the material between the slits is wrinkled and the edges of the slits are pulled apart and pulled.
You.
Furthermore, within the scope of the invention, two or more rows of slits having intermediate elastic means are provided.
Can be placed. In this method, the length of the slit may vary between different rows.
Can be. Furthermore, the length of the slit can be varied within a single row.
The mutual distance between slits in two different rows is between slits along one and the same row
It can be different as well as the mutual distance. Also, bullets between different rows as well as within the same row
The prestress of the sexual means can also be varied. Obviously, the distance between the different rows is
Can fluctuate across the surface. In addition, if desired, one or more curved shapes
Slits and elastic means can be arranged along the rows.
One method of making the surface material is to stretch a number of parallel elongated elastic means,
A flexible, skin-friendly layer of material that is stretched and maintained in a planar state during application
Arranging and attaching the sexual means. The slit is made through the material layer.
And the material is stretched and maintained. Thereby, pickpocket
The slot extends substantially vertically across the resilient means, and thus the resilient means slips.
After that, the stretching of the material layer is stopped and the elastic means becomes contractible,
As a result, the material between the slits is wrinkled, and the slits
Thus, it is spread through the tensile portion at the edge of the slit.
The surface material is liquid permeation of absorbent articles such as incontinence bands, diapers or sanitary napkins
When used as a flexible topsheet, the layers are substantially suspended across the product by elastic means.
It is important that it be adapted in such a way that it extends straight,
Wrinkles in the surface material formed during shrinkage extend in the longitudinal direction of the product. in this way
, Wrinkles act as liquid distribution channels that receive and move body fluids towards the end of the product
, Thereby making better use of the absorption capacity of the product. In addition, the table
Wrinkles and folds in the face material provide a barrier to lateral liquid movement across the product.
Act. The intended type of absorbent article is smaller in the horizontal direction than in the vertical direction
Due to the law, the risk of leakage is greatest at the longitudinal edges. Surface material according to the invention
The use of a material substantially reduces the risk of edge leakage. Because the liquid is distributed vertically in the product
Scattered liquid flow is obstructed.
An article substantially for an absorbent article having two end portions and one intermediate crotch portion
Opening and elastic hand in the liquid-permeable cover layer only in the area located at the crotch
It is advantageous to arrange the steps. Absolute size and position of the vertical crotch of the article
Can not be specified in a typical condition. Because they are related to the shape of the goods,
Ream category, how the product is applied inside the user's underwear and use
Because it will vary somewhat due to various factors such as the body shape of the person. Article crotch
The edge of the article by placing the opening only in the area intended to be
The minutes become smooth, which makes the article thinner in these parts,
It is easier for the user to hide the item under normal clothing.
Release more and / or larger openings than the surrounding portion of the liquid permeable surface layer of the article.
To areas of the product that are intended to be initially wetted by the released bodily fluids.
Is advantageous. In addition, the degree of wrinkling of the surface layer may fluctuate the tension of the elastic means
And by varying the distance between openings in the material layer
May be done. By increasing the tension of the elastic means and increasing the distance between the openings
Large wrinkles are achieved by doing. Large wrinkles can increase the liquid receiving capacity of the article.
Wrinkling may be affected by body fluids as it is advantageous for
Should be most prominent within the area of the article intended to be wetted first.
You. This is the maximum number of openings and / or the area of the surface layer of the article that is to be given the maximum opening.
Matches.
The invention will be described in more detail with reference to the examples shown in the accompanying drawings.

They are interconnected in a projecting casing edge 14 by welding.
Absorber 13 may be of any conventional type. Normally used sucking
Examples of collecting materials include cellulose wadding, tissue layers, superabsorbent polymers, absorbent foam materials
Materials, absorbent nonwoven materials, and the like. Mixture of materials and different species with different properties
Absorbers composed of layers of such materials are also known.
The fixing means 15 in the form of two regions of self-adhesive adhesive is provided with a liquid-impermeable envelope layer 12.
Is placed on the outside of the. Adhesive area 15 is a removable protective layer of release-treated paper
Or it is preferably covered before use by a plastic film (not shown).
New For the incontinence protection band 10 shown, the securing means 15 are located laterally on each end of the protection band.
Consisting of an adhesive area. Hook and loop surface, snap fastener, girdle
Many other adhesive patterns as well as other types of fastening means such as special pants, etc.
Of course. The incontinence belts of the type shown in FIG.
Normal pants intended to be used by people with relatively small incontinence problems
Easily included in The fixing means 15 fits the incontinence protection band 10 in the pants during use.
Help keep in place. The fixing means 15 can be used for panning without the incontinence protection band damaging them.
Must be of a type that can be removed from the tree.
The incontinence belt 10 is narrowed between the end portions 16,17 and the end portions 16,17.
It has an hourglass shape with a crotch portion 18. The crotch portion 18 is located at the user's crotch during use
As a receiving surface for bodily fluids secreted by the incontinence band 10
Part of the incontinence protection belt that is useful. The incontinence belt has two more lateral edges 19
, 20 and two longitudinal side edges 21, 22 extending between the edges 19, 20.
The liquid permeable surface layer 11 is a liquid permeable layer such as a nonwoven fabric layer or a perforated plastic film.
It consists of a transient material layer. The elongated elastic means 2 is attached to the surface layer and the
It extends between and between the side edges 21,22. Suitable elongated elastic means 2 are described above.
And an elastic ribbon or thread. The elastic means 2 is arranged in the crotch portion 18 of the incontinence protection band.
One end portions 16, 17 do not have the elastic means 2. liquid
If an impermeable layer is used as the surface layer, only the crotch 18 is slit
Later it will become liquid permeable. At that time, the end portions 16 and 17 are in front of the incontinence belt and
It will function as a barrier against leakage of the rear portions 16,17.
In the figure, the elastic means 2 extends all the way to the side edges 21, 22 of the incontinence protection band. So
Elastic means 2 so as to eliminate the elasticity in the area of the casing edge 14 projecting at this time.
It is advantageous to process Such treatments may involve, for example, chemical or thermal
And may be implemented. Furthermore, after being cut at the side edges 21 and 22, the elasticity
Means 2 are sealed along an edge 14 which can move inward in the direction of absorber 13
By using a stop glue, elastic shrinkage of the cover edge 14 can be avoided.
.
The surface layer 11 comprises a plurality of laterally arranged rows 4 corresponding to the extent of the elastic means 2.
The slit 3 is shown. In this specification, the slit 3 penetrates in the surface layer
It should be understood to mean a vertically elongated opening. The slit is typically
A break in the material (ie, an opening having only a length dimension and no width dimension)
Have a fixed width dimension that is small compared to the slot-shaped opening (ie, the length of the opening).
Opening) is also intended to be covered by the concept of a slit.
The slits 3 extend vertically across the elastic means 2 and extend them transversely of the incontinence belt.
Is divided into several short parts. The central portion of the crotch portion 18 (ie, through the
At the crotch portion closest to the lateral center line 23).
The crotch portion 18 is located closest to the end portions 16 and 17 of the incontinence band 10.
(Slit is 2 to 7 mm long), preferably 5 to 1
The length is 0 mm. In addition, the centrally located slits
They are arranged in a mutual space along the elastic means 2 longer than the nearest slit. further
The elastic means 2 has a large pre-tension in the area closest to the lateral center line 23 of the incontinence protection band.
Adhered to the surface layer 11 with tension, and thereby their shadow on the surface layer 11
The sound is maximized in this area.
Combinations of different sizes of slits 3, different spaces between slits and elastic means 2
With different prestrains, the surface layer will achieve the appearance shown in FIG. Bullet
Opening 3 of the surface layer 11 formed when the sexual means 2 contracts and the slit is widened
′ Is the more crotch portion in the portion of the crotch region 18 located near the end portions 16, 17
Large in the central part of 18. Furthermore, wrinkles between the openings 3 ′ of the surface layer 11 are
Larger in the central part of minute 18. This is a material that can form wrinkles between slits 3.
Is high and the contractile force is large in this region, in part.
In this arrangement, the central portion of the crotch portion 18 receives most of the fluid secreted during use.
Especially advantageous for. Most of the body fluid occupies a relatively large opening 3 'in the surface layer 11.
You can pass quickly. The part of the body fluid that has no time to pass through the surface layer 11 is replaced.
Instead, the flutes 2 formed on the surface of the surface layer 11 by wrinkling of the material between the openings 3 '
Moved to 4. The wrinkles of the surface material 11 temporarily capture body fluids, and
Acts as a space that can be dispersed in the vertical direction.
Since the wrinkles or grooves 24 extend along the side edges 21 and 22 of the incontinence protection band,
Also act as barrier means to prevent lateral spreading of the fluid. Further
In addition, this condition minimizes the risk of fluid leaking beyond the side edges 21, 22 of the incontinence belt.
Greatly contributes to
The use of a lateral elastic means 2 at the end portions 16 and 17 of the incontinence belt.
It is recommended to avoid. The demands for this type of incontinence belt can make them
As close as possible, preferably hidden under normal clothing.
You. Since the end portions 16, 17 have no elastic means, the surface material 11 is wrinkled.
The end portions 16, 17 remain flat and the crotch portion 18 of the incontinence protection band.
Thinner.
As can be seen from FIG. 4, the size of the openings 3 'and the degree of wrinkles are determined by the end portions 16,17.
Gradually decreases from the horizontal center line 23 of the incontinence protection band in the direction of. This is an elastic means
This is achieved by gradually reducing the tension and slit length of the two. In FIG.
An incontinence belt 10 according to another example of the present invention is shown. Protective band 10 is shown in FIG.
Have the same configuration as the incontinence protection band, and the corresponding components have the same numbers.
Is attached. However, the incontinence protection band of FIG.
Exists in the form of a strip of material 25 between the two lateral edges 19, 20 of the protective band.
This is different from the incontinence protection band of FIG. Material strip 25 is incontinent
The absorber 1 extends along the entire length of the protective band 10 and is located at a lateral center line 23 of the protective band 10.
3 has the same width.
On the outer side of the material strip, another sheet material portion 26, 27 is arranged,
It is firmly attached to the material strip using known methods. Therefore,
These material parts 26, 27 are, together with the material strip 25, the liquid of the incontinence protection zone 10.
The permeable surface layer 11 is formed. Material parts arranged on both sides of the material strip 25
26 and 27 extend beyond the edge of the absorber 13 and within the protruding portion 14
To the corresponding protruding portion 14 of the liquid impermeable cover layer 12.
Material portions 26, 27 disposed along side edges 21, 22 may comprise any suitable material
You can also make from. For example, perforated or non-perforated plastic films, nets,
Different types of non-woven fabrics as well as laminates such as plastic films and non-woven fabrics
Materials can be used. Preferably soft and comfortable against the user's skin
And a material is selected that allows ventilation between the skin and the material surface.
Furthermore, the material portions 26, 27 are lower than the centrally located material strip 25.
They may be liquid permeable, so that they can move along the lateral edges 21,22.
To act as a liquid barrier means for preventing leakage out of the absorber 13.
You.
By applying the surface material according to the invention to the material strip 25 only,
The consumption of relatively large surface materials can be minimized. In addition to the user's skin
Along side edges 21, 22 specifically designed to provide a soft and comfortable interface
The material can be selected for the part of the incontinence belt to be placed. Furthermore, elastic
The means 2 extends to a cover part 14 located outside the absorber 13 of the incontinence protection band 10.
Stretching and forming wrinkles in the cover portion 14 is avoided. Example shown in FIG.
Are separated material portions 26, 27 along the side edges are attached to the central material strip 25.
Requires additional manufacturing steps.
According to another example, the central material strip 25 has a material portion along the side edges 21,22.
It is placed on the undivided continuous material layer forming 26,27. Such material
The layer is below the material strip 25 and between it and the absorber 13,
Forming an edge portion 14 which extends outwardly on each side of the rim and is connected to the liquid impermeable cover layer 12.
To achieve. The material strip 25 is placed on the additional material layer with the pretensioned elastic means 2
And the slits 3 dividing the elastic means 2
And after the lamination of additional material layers is carried out, it can be formed through both of them
preferable.
The surface material according to the invention is applied to the inside of the pants and is held by the pants.
It is particularly advantageous when used in conjunction with an intended absorbent article. Usually
Such products lack a special edge leakage barrier at the side edges. The danger of edge leakage
It is considerably higher with earlier known such articles. However, the table according to the invention
With the face material, the liquid barrier effect is achieved by wrinkles and at the same time the body
The liquid is dispersed in the longitudinal direction of the article, thus making better use of the absorption capacity of the article.
However, the invention should not be considered limited to such use,
Material is various types of body surrounding diapers for children diapers, adults with severe incontinence
Also suitable for use.
The described example shows elastic means arranged in a straight line, but of course
Alternatively, they can be arranged along a curved line. Elastic means intended to face the user
May be deposited on the surface of the surface material to be applied, but on surfaces facing away from the user
Preferably, it is attached to The risk of irritation and friction on the user's skin is thus minimized.
Be made small.
