Claims (2)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】シリンダヘッドの上面に、吸気弁用カム軸
と排気弁用カム軸とを、当該シリンダヘッドに対して締
結の軸受けキャップ体にて軸支し、両カム軸のうち一方
のカム軸に、クランク軸の回転を動力伝達輪を介して入
力し、この一方のカム軸から他方のカム軸に回転伝達す
るように構成する一方、前記一方のカム軸とその動力伝
達輪との間に、油圧式のバルブタイミング可変装置を、
前記軸受けキャップ体に、前記バルブタイミング可変装
置に対する油圧制御弁を各々設け、更に、前記シリンダ
ヘッドの内部に、潤滑油ポンプからの潤滑油を前記カム
軸の軸受け部に供給する潤滑油通路を設けて成る内燃機
関において、 前記シリンダヘッドの内部に、前記カム軸への潤滑油通
路から分岐してシリンダヘッドの上面に開口する分岐通
路を、前記軸受けキャップ体の内部に、前記分岐通路と
前記油圧制御弁への供給ポートとを連通する油圧通路を
各々形成し、更に、前記分岐通路内に、当該分岐通路か
ら前記潤滑油通路の上流側への流量を少量に規制するオ
リフィスを備えたオリフィス体を挿入したことを特徴と
するバルブタイミング制御式内燃機関における油圧供給
装置。
