On the other hand, as a layer structure of a card, a structure in which a white card substrate is printed, and a transparent oversheet is thermally laminated thereon as a protective layer in general, has recently been reduced in cost. In response to the request, a configuration in which an oversheet layer is not stacked has been proposed. That is, after printing is performed on a white card substrate, a transparent protective layer is further printed in the same manner, thereby omitting the conventional lamination process of the oversheet layer, thereby achieving cost reduction.

Since a vinyl chloride resin is used as the constituent resin, it is easy to receive printing ink, has excellent printability, and enables clear and beautiful printing. In addition, since the stabilizer is contained in a specific ratio, a sufficient stabilizing effect can be obtained without lowering the strength. Further, since a stabilizer having a melting point of 50 ° C. or higher is used and an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin is contained in a specific ratio as an essential component, the printability and the mechanical strength are not impaired at all. The adhesion between the ink and the card substrate can be significantly improved.

Further, the offset printing card of the present invention is characterized in that a colored printing layer of characters, patterns, etc., and a transparent protective printing layer are sequentially formed on the surface of a molded sheet made of any one of the above resin compositions for cards by offset printing. It is characterized by being laminated and integrated. Since the above resin composition is used as a card material, a clear and beautiful printed surface is formed, and the printing ink has excellent adhesion to the card substrate and has excellent durability without peeling of the printing ink. High quality cards. Further, since a step of thermally laminating the oversheet on the surface as in the conventional case is not required, the cost can be reduced because the laminating step can be omitted.

Any stabilizer can be used as long as it has a melting point of 50 ° C. or higher, and examples thereof include lead stabilizers, tin stabilizers, and soap stabilizers such as calcium and zinc. But among them, the malate-based tin-based stabilizer,
It is preferable to use a mercaptide type, and among them, a polymer type is more preferable, and a dibutyltin malate polymer is particularly preferable. As described above, by selecting a stabilizer having a melting point of 50 ° C. or more,
It can contribute to the improvement of the adhesion between the printing ink of offset printing and the card substrate, and in combination with the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin being included in a specific ratio as an essential component, effectively removes the printing ink. It can be prevented.

On the other hand, the melting point of the stabilizer is 50 ° C.
If used, the ink becomes liquid or easily liquid in use, easily bleeds at the interface between the card substrate and the printing ink layer, reduces the adhesion between the card substrate and the printing ink layer, and reduces the printing ink. Peeling of the layer occurs.

It is necessary that the content of the stabilizer having a melting point of 50 ° C. or more is 0.5 to 5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the vinyl chloride resin. If the amount is less than 0.5 part by weight, the effect of stabilizing the resin cannot be sufficiently obtained, and it is difficult to process the resin into a sheet. On the other hand, if it exceeds 5 parts by weight, physical properties such as strength are reduced, and the stabilizing effect corresponding to the increase in the added amount cannot be expected. In particular, the content is preferably 1 to 3 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the vinyl chloride resin.

If the amount exceeds 0 parts by weight, the softening temperature is lowered, and the physical properties such as tensile strength are also lowered. In addition, the effect of improving the adhesiveness corresponding to the increase in the added amount cannot be obtained, resulting in an increase in cost. Among them, the content is preferably 1 to 5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the vinyl chloride resin.

The ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin preferably has a vinyl acetate content of 40 to 80% by weight. Further, the resin composition desirably contains one or more modifiers selected from synthetic rubbers and styrene resins. Thereby, the mechanical strength of the card can be significantly improved without impairing the adhesion. The content of this modifier is 2 to 5 with respect to 100 parts by weight of the vinyl chloride resin.
It is preferably 0 parts by weight. If the amount is less than 2 parts by weight, sufficient improvement in mechanical strength cannot be expected, while if it exceeds 50 parts by weight, not only does the strength fall below the preferred content, but also the cost increases. Is not preferred. Especially, it is more preferable to set it as 2-15 weight part.

In the above resin composition, various additives such as a plasticizer, a pigment, a filler (calcium carbonate, talc, etc.), an antistatic agent, a lubricant, a flame retardant, an impact resistance improver, and an ultraviolet absorber are required. Can be appropriately compounded according to the conditions. In particular, pigments are often blended for imparting concealing properties, but white pigments are particularly preferably used, and among them, titanium oxide which is inexpensive and has excellent concealing properties is more preferred. The amount of the pigment is preferably 1 to 20 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the vinyl chloride resin. If the amount is less than 1 part by weight, it is not preferable because sufficient concealing property cannot be ensured. On the other hand, if the amount is more than 20 parts by weight, no improvement in concealing property can be expected, the cost is increased, and the mechanical properties are deteriorated. It is not preferable. Above all, the content is more preferably 5 to 15 parts by weight. In addition, as the above-mentioned various additives, it is desirable to select those which are solid at normal temperature from the viewpoint of more sufficiently securing the adhesion between the card substrate and the printing ink layer.

When producing a card using the above resin composition, the card is not particularly limited, but is generally formed into a sheet by a calendar molding method. When performing this calendering process, a lubricant is usually contained in the resin composition. Examples of the lubricant include hydrocarbon-based processing agents such as paraffin wax, fatty acids such as stearic acid, fatty acid amides such as stearylamide, fatty acid esters, alcohols, metal soaps, and polymer processing aids such as acrylic resins. Is mentioned. Among them,
As the lubricant, a polymer-based processing aid that hardly hinders the improvement in the adhesion between the card substrate and the printing ink layer is preferable, and an acrylic resin is particularly preferable.

The resin composition for an offset printing card according to the present invention uses a vinyl chloride resin as a constituent resin, so that it can easily receive printing ink, has excellent printability, and is clear, high in color and high in quality. Printing can be performed.
Adhesion between the ink and the card substrate can be significantly improved, and peeling of the printing ink can be effectively prevented.

Further, since the offset printing card of the present invention uses the above-mentioned resin composition as a card material, it can be provided with a clear, high-colored, high-quality printing surface, and a printing ink and a card substrate. The ink has excellent adhesion and high quality with excellent durability without peeling of the printing ink. Also, instead of the conventional configuration in which the oversheet is thermally laminated on the surface, the cost can be reduced because the thermal lamination step can be omitted.
