Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent adherence of a mat to a heating platen in a hot pressing step by coating a surface of a forming belt with a composition dispersed with inorganic fine powder in water, drying it by hot air, then transferring the powder to a rear surface of the mat formed on the belt, prepressing it by a prepress, then coating an upper surface of the belt with a mold release agent, and hot pressing it. SOLUTION: A composition containing an inorganic fine powder is obtained by mixing the inorganic fine powder of talc or the like together with a foaming agent such as soap or the like with water, agitating the resultant mixture, and dispersing the powder therein by foaming. A mat 5 on which chips 4 are laminated is pressed into a hot press 9, and turned to downward. The mat 5 is coated with the composition 2 dispersed with the inorganic powder. The composition 2 is dried by hot air 3. The dried powder is transferred from the belt 1 to a rear surface of the mat 5, and then hot pressed. Thus, a board obtained by hot pressing is not adhered to a heating platen 10, and hence a product of high quality can be manufactured with high productivity.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the technical problem in the present invention, the invention according to claim 1 uses an isocyanate compound as a binder, forms a mat on a forming belt, and performs pre-pressing by prepress. After that, in the method of manufacturing a wood fiber board that performs hot pressing, the inorganic fine powder is put into water with a foaming agent together with a foaming agent and foamed on the surface of the forming belt which is pushed down and turned downward by the mat. After applying the composition in which the inorganic fine powder is dispersed and drying with hot air, a mat is formed on a forming belt to transfer the inorganic fine powder from the belt surface to the mat back surface, and then subjected to pre-pressing by pre-press. Apply a release agent to the top of the mat,
After that, it is characterized by the fact that hot pressing is performed.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described above.
It is possible to manufacture MDF and particle board with good workability without adhesion of a board to a hot press hot plate. In addition, since inorganic fine powder is dispersed by foam,
From this point, the workability by the hot press is improved because the inorganic fine powder is less separated.

As shown in FIG. 1, a mat 5 obtained by laminating chips 4 is pushed into a hot press 9 and turned to apply a fine inorganic powder applied to the surface of the forming belt 1 facing downward, such as soap. The composition 2 in which the inorganic fine powder is dispersed by foaming is stirred by being put in water together with the foaming agent, and is dried by the hot air 3. The dried inorganic fine powder is transferred from the forming belt 1 to the back surface of the mat 5 and then hot pressed, so that the selected board does not adhere to the hot platen 10.

EXAMPLE 1 As shown in FIG. 1, in a forming belt system and a line in which hot pressing is performed after pre-pressing, the forming belt 1 finishes pushing a forming mat 5 into a hot press 9 and turns to form the forming belt 1. In a place where the surface of the powder is downward, 10 parts by weight of talc, 90 parts by weight of water and 0.1 part by weight of soap are mixed and mechanically stirred at high speed to obtain an inorganic fine powder composition (after stirring, the whole Became a uniform and stable foam composition.) 2 was applied to the surface of the forming belt 1 by a roll coater method.

Thereafter, hot air 3 of 120 ° C. is applied to the surface of the forming belt 1 to be dried.
A thin film of talc was formed on the surface, and wood chips 4 to which 5% of MDI was added as a binder and which was added by a conventional method were sprayed, and four layers of wood chips were formed. After pre-press-tightening the four layers of the wood chips by the prepress 6, a silicone release agent 7 is sprayed on the upper surface of the forming mat 5 at a rate of 50 g / m 2 , and then cut by a cutter 8 to a predetermined size. It was pressed into a hot press 9 and subjected to hot press molding by a conventional method to produce a woody particle board.

Comparative Example Under the same conditions as in the example, the inorganic fine powder composition was not applied to the surface of the forming belt 1. In this case, when the hot press is decompressed, the upper surface of the hot plate and the lower surface of the particle board are adhered to each other, and it is very difficult to take out the particle board from the hot press 9, and it is impossible to manufacture a stable particle board. .
