  1. 【請求項1】 麺を載置する載置面とその載置面に載置
    された麺の両側面を挟み込んで位置規制する一対の第
    1、第2規制壁とを有した麺安定支持装置を設けると共
    に、麺を長手方向に沿って切断する切断刃を取付固定す
    る切断刃取付装置を設け、麺を前記載置面に載置して前
    記第1、第2規制壁で位置規制した状態で、前記切断刃
    で前記麺を長手方向に沿って押し切るために前記切断刃
    取付装置を誘導する切断ガイド機構を備えた麺切断装
    置。
    1.
