Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide transparency, durability, vicinity to odorlessness, coatability, a low cost, no harmful substance, log recyclability and to deal with a small lot multi-kind production by filling a polyethylene terephthalate in a mold finished on its front surface in a mirror finish surface and thinly coated with a mold release agent and rotatably molding it. SOLUTION: A pellet of a polyethylene terephthalate containing a PET-G is freeze crushed, powdered to be easily flowable, the flowable pellet 2 is filled in an aluminum mold 2 finished on its front surface 4 in a mirror surface and coated on the surface 4 with a thin mold release agent. The mold 3 is rotated in a heated oven, the powder 2 of resin is melted, adhered to the mold 3, then cooled from its outside so that the resin 2 is cured, then the mold 3 is opened and a product is taken out. Thus, the product becoming unnecessary is again crushed, returned to a material to be recyclable. Thus, when it is incinerated, a furnace is not damaged, and no toxic gas is generated. The material can be manufactured by a small quantity multi-kind production. The material has excellent design property, its sense of transparency is enhanced by melting, and the material can be simply colored with a powder dye.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, ABS resin, polyethylene, polycarbonate, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride and the like have been manufactured. However, ABS resin is opaque and has a strong smell, polyethylene and polypropylene are difficult to paint, polycarbonate is expensive and gold is expensive. The mold also becomes a nickel mold. Polyvinyl chloride emits toxic gas when burned.
As a conventional molding method, the production of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is injection molding, blow molding, and vacuum molding, but in injection molding and blow molding, it is difficult to change the color of the material in a small lot and the production cost is high. Vacuum molding, which has many lots and is unsuitable for many small lots, is limited to white, transparent, and smoke types of plate products currently being produced.

Means for Solving the Problems The problem is solved by molding polyethylene terephthalate (including PET-G) by rotational molding, and the surface of the mold is mirror-finished to increase the transparency and to make the mold release easier. The moldability and the design were improved by putting the pellets purchased from the material manufacturer into a powder that was easily frozen and pulverized into a material that was thinly coated with a release agent.

According to the present invention, it is possible to change the molding time, molding temperature, material (amount, grain shape) one by one by using the above-mentioned materials and manufacturing methods, and the inner expression is achieved by being a transparent material. As a result, the state of snow, hail and ice can be intentionally created, and the design can be greatly expanded by mixing color powder and gold powder.

[Effects of the Invention] It is possible to recycle unnecessary products by re-grinding them back into materials, and to produce materials that do not harm the furnace even when incinerated by incineration and do not generate toxic gas, in small quantities and in many types. In addition, it has excellent design properties, and due to the characteristics of the transparent material, when it is semi-molten, it is diffusely reflected by lighting to provide an eye-catcher effect, and when it fuses, it becomes more transparent and loses its presence, making it like a handmade glass. In addition, the powder dye makes it possible to easily color even one material.
