カーボネート・ポリプロピレン・ポリ塩化ビニルなどが

い、ポリエチレン・ポリプロピレンは塗装がのりにく
い、ポリカーボネートは高価で金型もニッケル型にな
る、ポリ塩化ビニルは、燃やすと有毒ガスが発生する。
従来の成形方法としては、ポリエチレンテレフタレート
(PET)の製造はインジェクション成形・ブロー成形
・バキューム成形であるが、インジェクション成形・ブ
ロー成形は材料の色替が小ロットでは難しく、また型代
も高価で生産ロット数も多く小ロット多品種には不向き
である、バキューム成形は、現在生産されている板物の
