[0003] Then, by visually checking the state of sticking of the sealing seal, it is confirmed whether or not there is any change in the state of the seal such as traces of peeling, and it is inspected whether or not the article has been changed. Examples of the articles for which the state of the articles is managed by attaching such a sealing seal include, for example, a circuit section of a game machine such as a pachinko machine, a setting section or an operation section of various devices, and a measuring instrument box for transactions of electricity and gas. There are opening and closing parts.

For example, recent gaming machines such as pachinko machines employ an electronic control system in which predetermined operations are performed based on the settings and programs of electronic circuits. Can be greatly changed. Therefore, the sealing seal is used to prevent a program or a circuit from being changed externally and to detect occurrence of an abnormal operation.
For example, the storage unit of the program or the circuit is covered with a cover or the like, and the above-mentioned seal is attached to the cover. The program and the circuit cannot be changed without removing and opening and closing the cover, that is, without peeling or cutting the sealing seal.

For example, as shown in FIG. 25, a control board 82 on which electronic circuits, a microcomputer and the like are mounted is mounted on the back side of the pachinko machine 8, and a memory 83 and the like in which a program is written are mounted thereon. The control board 82 is housed inside a box 85.
A single or a plurality of seals 91 are attached to the control board 82 and the box 85. for that reason,
When changing the program (memory 83) of the control board 82 or replacing the memory 83,
It is necessary to peel off or cut off the seal 91. As a result, by visually checking whether or not the state of the seal 91 has changed, it is possible to determine whether or not the box 85 has been opened and any change has been made to the control board 82.

However, the determination of the presence or absence of a change in the state of the sealing seal by visual observation as described above has the following problems. First, when the sealing seal 91 is cut or peeled very skillfully, it is difficult to visually recognize the sealing seal 91 with human eyes, and there is a problem that a change in the state of the seal is easily overlooked. In addition, since the abnormality detection accuracy varies depending on the skill of the observer and the length of the inspection time, the reliability of the determination varies. Further, when a so-called restoration process for restoring the seal after temporarily changing the state of the seal is performed, it is more difficult for a human to detect an abnormality.

Second, even if it is detected that any abnormality such as cutting or peeling has been applied to the sealing seal 91, it cannot be detected in real time by the above-described conventional method. There is a problem that it is necessary to confirm after the occurrence and to know the time when the state is changed. Therefore, it is not possible to know where such a change has been performed, and it is difficult to plan preventive measures, and measures are taken later. For example, in the case of a gaming machine, it cannot be determined whether the device has been changed during the transportation or after the device has been installed in the store, so that it is difficult to take preventive measures in the future.

A first invention of the present application relates to a sealing seal having a laminated structure formed by laminating a plurality of soft film-like members, wherein the laminated body has a bottom surface attached to an article to be sealed. Having a flexible printed wiring board formed between the base material and the protective film and forming a predetermined circuit, the following: It is configured as follows. That is, a single or a plurality of land pairs are formed on the upper surface of the flexible printed wiring board, and each land pair is a single land or a plurality of lands electrically connected and arranged close to each other. And a second land group including one or more lands having an external pattern area located outside the first land group and electrically insulated from the first land group In the first land group, a conductive raised member that is not in contact with the second land group when the sealing seal is attached to the article is mounted, and the raised member includes A cap-shaped protrusion is provided extending above the external pattern area in the second land group and having a space formed between the second land group and the upper surface of the external pattern area.

In the present invention, the first thing to be particularly noted is
The point is that at least one or more land pairs are formed on the upper surface of the flexible printed wiring board, and each land pair includes a first land group and a second land group described below. That is, the first land group is composed of one land or a plurality of lands electrically connected and spatially arranged close to each other, and the second land group is located outside the first land group. And one or a plurality of lands that have an external pattern area that is electrically insulated from the first land group (for example, see FIGS. 3 and 18 described later in detail).

In the present invention, the second thing to be particularly noted is
The point is that, on the lands of the first land group, a single or a plurality of conductive raised members (three-dimensional members) that do not come into contact with the second land group in a state of being attached to the article are mounted, In addition, the raised member is formed with the following cap-shaped projection. That is, the cap-shaped protrusion is extended above the external pattern area in the second land group in the lateral direction in the centrifugal direction from the center of the first land group. A space is formed between the region and the upper surface (for example, see FIGS. 5 and 6 which will be described later in detail).

As a result of the above-described configuration, the following functions are provided in the sealing seal. That is, in the normal state in which the seal is affixed to the article, an insulating space is formed between the cap-shaped protrusion and the external pattern as described above, and the first land group and the second land group are separated from each other. Is kept in an insulated state. However, if the external pattern area of the flexible printed wiring board is bent and raised upward in a state where the first land group is adhered, the cap-shaped protrusion having an empty space between the external pattern and the external pattern is removed. Since it does not bend together with the existing pattern, the cap-shaped projection extending upward and the external pattern come into contact with each other, and the first land group and the second land group are short-circuited.

[0013] The bending and bulging of the external pattern region is a phenomenon that easily occurs when the sealing seal is peeled off. That is, when the sealing seal affixed to the article is peeled from the article, usually, the peeled portions of the sealing seal are successively lifted upward and bent to the non-peeled portion (see FIGS. 12 and 23). ).

Therefore, the external pattern area located outside the first land group and located in front of the first land group in the peeling direction in the printed wiring board is bent upward before the first land group. (An exceptional phenomenon without bending is that the ends of the seal are pulled laterally opposite to each other, giving strong tension to the entire seal so that no pull-up bending occurs. In this case, by setting the tensile strength of the seal to be smaller than the peeling force, such an operation causes the flexible printed wiring board to break, and such an attempt is prevented. be able to). The precedent peeling of the external pattern area is caused by the external pattern area surrounding the first land group with respect to the peeling from all directions.

As a result, the external pattern region comes into contact with the cap-shaped protrusion extending above the external pattern region, and the first land group and the second land group are short-circuited. Therefore, by electrically detecting the short circuit between the first land group and the second land group, it is possible to immediately (real time) detect the peeling action of the sealing seal.

Further, by monitoring the potential states of the first land group and the second land group, it is possible to detect a disconnection of a circuit due to a breakage of the sealing seal or the like. That is, if each of the first land group and the second land group is set to a predetermined potential, the sealing seal (flexible printed wiring board) is broken, thereby forming the first land group or the second land group. Is separated from a predetermined potential (power supply), the potential of the separated land changes. Therefore, it is possible to electrically detect the abnormality of the seal rupture by monitoring the change in the potential of the land.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in a state before the sealing seal is attached to the article, the sealing seal covers a bottom surface of the base material and a removable release sheet for protecting the base material. It is preferable to provide on the bottom surface of. The release sheet is used until it is attached to the article, and becomes unnecessary after it is attached to the article.
This is because, without the release sheet, the sticking surface (bottom surface) is deteriorated before sticking to the article. For example, in the case of a type in which an adhesive material for sticking an article is applied to the bottom surface of a base material, if there is no release sheet, dust and the like adhere to the base material and the sticking ability is reduced.

Preferably, the protruding member has such a rigidity that the cap-shaped projection is not easily pushed down. By adopting such a configuration, even when the surface of the sealing seal is pressed by a finger or the like, a problem that the cap-shaped protrusion is pressed down and comes into contact with the external pattern does not occur. This is because if the cap-shaped protrusion is pushed down and comes into contact with the external pattern, the first land group and the second land group are short-circuited in the same manner as in the case where the external pattern area is bent and raised, and peeling or the like occurs. This is because it becomes impossible to distinguish from a short circuit due to the abnormal act, and there is a problem that erroneous abnormality detection information is output.

Alternatively, the same effect can be obtained by surrounding the cap-shaped protrusion with a spacer or the like and protecting the cap-shaped protrusion from being easily pushed down by an external force. Can be obtained. That is, by protecting the cap-shaped protrusion from being pressed by the spacer, even when pressed by a finger or the like, the cap-shaped protrusion is pressed down and comes into contact with the external pattern as in the case of peeling off the seal. As an example of an abnormal situation in which the removal of the protruding member occurs, a malicious case described below in which a flexible printed wiring board is to be processed without leaving any trace of breakage on the sealing seal can be considered. It puts a thin blade parallel to the face of the sealing seal and moves it parallel to the face,
This is an act of separating the protective film on the surface from the flexible printed wiring board and exposing the surface of the flexible printed wiring board. Then, after processing the flexible printed wiring board, if the protective film is adhered to the surface again, it is possible to modify the circuit of the flexible printed wiring board without leaving any trace of processing such as breakage of the sealing seal.

According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, a plurality of land pairs are formed on a flexible printed wiring board, and a first land group in each land pair is connected in series to form a first short-circuit pattern. That is, with this configuration, the short circuit between the first and second land groups in each land pair can be collectively determined by simply detecting the short circuit between the first short circuit pattern and the second short circuit pattern. It is possible to detect
The configuration of the short-circuit detecting means is simplified. When the sealing seal is normally peeled as described above, the first land group and the second land group are short-circuited, and the first short-circuit pattern and the second short-circuit pattern are short-circuited. By detecting a short circuit between the first short-circuit pattern and the second short-circuit pattern, it becomes possible to detect peeling of the sealing seal. Similarly, a case where the sealing seal is cut with a conductive blade and the first short-circuit pattern and the second short-circuit pattern are short-circuited can be similarly detected as a short-circuit abnormality.

Further, by applying a predetermined potential to the first short-circuit pattern and the second short-circuit pattern and monitoring the potentials at the ends (farther from the power supply) of the first short-circuit pattern and the second short-circuit pattern, the first short-circuit pattern is provided. The disconnection that occurs in the pattern or the second short-circuit pattern, that is, the disconnection of the circuit due to the breakage of the sealing seal or the like can be reliably and collectively detected, and the configuration of the detecting means is simplified. However, in the case of this configuration, it is not possible to determine in which land pair a short circuit or disconnection has occurred.

Further, by detecting a short circuit between the second short-circuit bus and the fourth short-circuit bus, the first land group in the even-numbered land pair and the land group B (the second land group) in the even-number land pair are detected. Can be detected.
In addition, since there are four short-circuit buses, the probability that any of the short-circuit buses will be disconnected when the sealing seal is broken and the pattern is cut is higher than in the case of two.

When the sealing seal is normally peeled off as described above, the first land group and the second land group are short-circuited and the short-circuit buses are short-circuited. By electrically detecting, it is possible to detect the peeling of the sealing seal. Similarly, when the sealing seal is cut with a conductive blade and the short-circuited buses are short-circuited, it is also detected as abnormal. Further, if the sealing seal is broken, the pattern of the flexible printed wiring board is cut, so that the breakage of the sealing seal can be reliably and collectively detected via the disconnection generated in the short-circuit bus.

As described above, the first electrode and the second electrode are opposed to each other with a narrow gap therebetween, so that when the sealing seal is cut using a conductive blade such as metal, for example, during the cutting. In this case, the first electrode and the second electrode are reliably short-circuited via the blade due to the narrow gap therebetween, and as a result, the first short-circuit bus or the third short-circuit bus or the first short-circuit bus or the third short-circuit bus And the second short-circuit bus or the fourth short-circuit bus is reliably short-circuited.

As a result, the detection of the short circuit between the first short circuit pattern and the second short circuit pattern or the short circuit between the first short circuit bus or the third short circuit bus and the second short circuit bus or the fourth short circuit bus, that is, detection of the conductive state It is possible to more reliably detect the breakage of the sealing seal using a sharp blade. It is preferable that the electrode is constituted by a number of protrusions. This is because the short circuit can be generated at a large number of positions by using a large number of protrusions, and the probability of short circuit between the protrusions can be improved, that is, the short circuit phenomenon can be more reliably generated. Further, it is preferable that the projecting portion is a projecting portion which is bent so that the gap between the electrodes becomes narrow even if the electrode is cut in many directions. By doing so, the electrodes are short-circuited regardless of the direction in which the conductive blade is inserted.

Further, the sealing seal is formed in a symmetrical shape, and the left and right ends of the flexible printed wiring board are completely identical in space even when the sealing seal is replaced on the left and right sides. It is preferable that a terminal for external connection to be arranged is provided, and that the circuit connection between terminals located at the same position when the sealing seal is switched right and left is completely the same circuit in both the left and right arrangements. . In this state, by connecting the terminals having a predetermined positional relationship in that state, that is, it is possible to obtain a predetermined circuit connection based only on the spatial arrangement of the terminals without confirming the absolute addresses of the terminals. it can. That is, for example, it is possible to connect to a desired circuit without worrying about the absolute address of the terminal as in "connecting the top left terminal and the bottom right terminal". As a result, the application of the sealing seal to the article and the electrical connection are simplified.

In the abnormality monitoring device according to the second aspect of the present invention, the connection between the detection unit and the sealing seal (short-circuit pattern) is, for example, as described in claim 11. That is, the short-circuit pattern or the short-circuit bus of the corresponding number of each sealing seal is connected in series, and the series-connected body of the short-circuit bus is connected to one end of the series-connected body of the first short-circuit bus and the series-connected body of the third short-circuit bus. Between one end and the second
One end of the series connection of the short-circuit bus and one end of the series connection of the fourth short-circuit bus are connected, thereby forming two short-circuit lines formed by connecting the short-circuit pattern or the short-circuit bus. The detection unit is connected to the ends of the first short-circuit line and the second short-circuit line, and detects a disconnection occurring in the first or second short-circuit line and a short-circuit occurring between the first and second short-circuit lines. In the case of such a connection form, a short-circuit pattern of any sealing seal or a disconnection generated in the short-circuit bus is detected as a disconnection generated in a part of the short-circuit line. Since a short circuit generated between the short-circuit buses can also be detected as a short circuit generated between the first and second short-circuit lines, the short-circuit pattern or short-circuit bus generated in any of the plurality of sealing seals by a single detection unit. It is possible to detect disconnection and short-circuit between short-circuit patterns or short-circuit between buses. Therefore, the configuration of the detection unit is simplified. However, it cannot be determined which sealing seal has the disconnection or short circuit.

A capacitive element connected between one end of the short-circuit line and one end of the second short-circuit line; and a predetermined element between the other end of the first short-circuit line and the other end of the second short-circuit line that operates in response to a command. Voltage generating means for applying a voltage of the above, a determination circuit for generating a binary signal in response to a terminal voltage of the capacitor, a switching circuit for discharging which operates in response to a command and discharges the charge of the capacitor, A control unit for controlling the voltage generation means, the determination circuit and the switching circuit for discharging is provided (see FIG. 7). Then, the control section operates the discharge switching circuit to discharge the charge of the capacitive element as a first step, and operates the voltage generating means to apply a predetermined voltage as a second step, As a subsequent third step, the above-mentioned judgment circuit is operated and its binary output is read.

In the first step, the discharge switching circuit is operated to empty the electric charge of the capacitive element connected between one end of the first short-circuit line and one end of the second short-circuit line, and to set the voltage between the terminals of the capacitive element. V (c) is set to 0 (reset). Then, in the next second step, a predetermined voltage Vc is applied between the other end of the first short-circuit line and the other end of the second short-circuit line by operating the voltage generating means. As a result, in a normal connection state (see FIG. 7), the capacitive element connected between the end of the first short-circuit line and the end of the second short-circuit line is charged again and the terminal voltage V (c) ぱ the above Voltage Vc. Therefore, in the normal connection state, the binary signal output from the determination circuit in the third step corresponds to the terminal voltage Vc of the capacitor. (Time chart Figure 8

However, when the connection state is not normal, for example, when the first or second short-circuit line is disconnected (= short-circuit pattern or short-circuit line disconnection) (FIG. 14).
In the second step, a capacitive element (FIG. 14)
C1) is open and one end of the capacitor is not recharged. When the first and second short-circuit lines are short-circuited (see FIG. 13), in the second step, both ends of the capacitor (C1 in FIG. 13) are short-circuited and the capacitor is not recharged. As a result, in any case, the binary signal output from the determination circuit in the third step can be different from the case where the voltage between the terminals of the capacitor is Vc.

Further, another mode of connection between the detecting section and the sealing seal in the second aspect of the present invention is, for example, as described in claim 12. That is, without connecting the short-circuit patterns or short-circuit buses of each sealing seal in series,
The detection unit is directly connected (1: 1) to the short-circuit pattern and the short-circuit bus of each seal, and the short-circuit pattern or the disconnection of the short-circuit bus, the short-circuit between the short-circuit patterns or the short-circuit between the short-circuit buses generated in each seal is determined. Detection is performed separately for each seal (see FIG. 22). In this method, it is possible to separately determine in which sealing seal the disconnection or short circuit has occurred, but on the contrary, the configuration of the detection unit becomes relatively complicated.

Then, the flexible printed wiring board 15
In FIG. 12, the lands 631 and 632 of the second land group 63 which surround the outside of the first land group 62 and are always on the front side with respect to the direction of progress of the peeling are arranged as shown in FIG.
It is bent upward before 622 and floats. An exceptional phenomenon that does not cause bending is the seal 1
0 is pulled in the lateral direction opposite to each other to apply strong tension to the entire sealing seal 10 so as not to be pulled up and bent. However, since the tensile strength of the seal 10 is set to be smaller than the peeling force. If such an operation is performed, the flexible printed wiring board 15 is broken, and such an attempt is impossible.

Further, when a disconnection event occurs in the first short-circuit line 31 or the second short-circuit line 32 as shown in FIG. 14, as shown in the time chart of FIG. And is not charged, and its voltage V (C1) remains at zero. Accordingly, similarly, in step 3, the binary signal Sa at the time of abnormality is emitted from the determination element 23. As described above, the disconnection of the first short-circuit line 31 or the second short-circuit line 32 may be caused when the seal 10 is broken, when the seal 10 is cut by a non-conductive blade, or when the raised member 65 is These actions can be detected as abnormalities (signal Sa) because they occur at the time of removal from the device 15.

In the case of a short-time short-circuit occurring between the first short-circuit line 31 and the second short-circuit line 32, the change of the signal of the main part is as shown in FIG. The instantaneous short circuit is theoretically considered when the sealing seal 10 is peeled off at a very high speed, or when the cutting with a conductive blade is performed at an extremely high speed. In this case, when a short circuit occurs, both ends of the capacitance element 21 and the capacitor 221 are short-circuited as in the case of FIG.
The respective voltages V (C1) and V (C2) become zero (discharge time constant is small).

However, even if the short circuit phenomenon is restored and the circuit returns to the normal external circuit, the signal of the main part, that is, the capacitor 21
And the voltage of the voltage generating means 22 is not restored immediately.
As described above, C2 >> C1 and resistance R4 >> R5 are set, and C2 * R4 (∝the rising time constant Tv of the voltage generating means 22) is increased.
2, the voltage V (C2) of the capacitor 221 is
It rises very slowly compared to one cycle of detection (steps 1 to 3). That is, the time constant Tv is set relatively large with respect to one cycle of detection, and the voltages V (C1) and V (C2) do not recover in a short time.

Therefore, at least in the next detection cycle after the recovery from the short circuit, the output signal from the determination element 23 remains the abnormal binary signal Sa. Therefore, the occurrence of a short circuit in an extremely short time, that is, an extremely difficult abnormal action such as ultra-high-speed peeling can be detected as an abnormal phenomenon (signal Sa). The detection unit 2 in one cycle of detection
Is mainly the power consumption due to one charge / discharge current of the capacitor 21, and almost no current flows except at the time of the charge / discharge. Therefore, the power consumption of the device 1 is very small.
