Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a leak in the roof from a connecting section in the lateral direction of a folded-plate roof material surely in the roof of a lateral roofing construction method. SOLUTION: The side end sections of folded-plate roof materials 1 continuously connected in the lateral direction are fitted mutually to each bent section 13a, 13b formed at both side end sections of the folded-plate roof materials 1. Gutters (or covers) covering the abutting places (or superposing surfaces) of a pair of retaining pieces 23a, 23b and the bent sections 13a, 13b are connected by using an integrally formed connecting member 2. Connecting sections in the lateral direction of the folded-plate roof materials 1 surely prevent leakage to the indoor side.

On the other hand, according to the horizontal roofing method, a folded plate roofing material having connection bent portions formed at a ridge side end and an eaves side end is arranged in a character shape on a roof structure, and the roof surface is inclined in a slope direction. The adjacent folded sheet roofing material is suspended by fitting the bent part at the ridge side end of one piece of folded sheet roofing material to the bent part at the eaves side end of the other folded sheet roofing material and connecting it. It is a method of roofing without using a child. In this horizontal roofing method,
In many cases, the joints (horizontal joints) of folded-plate roofing materials that are installed in the horizontal direction of the roof surface are simply made by overlapping the side edges of the folded-sheets. Is set to, for example, about 50 mm.

In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, connecting ridges are formed at a ridge end and an eaves end, and both ends are formed at both ends. A plurality of folded plate roofing materials having a bent portion formed on the lower surface side are arranged on the roof structure, and the folded plate roofing materials adjacent to each other in the roof surface inclination direction are attached to one of the folded plate roofing materials. The bent part of the eave-side edge of the other folded-plate roof material is fitted and connected to the bent part of the ridge-side edge, and the ends of the bent parts of the folded-plate roof material that are adjacent to each other in the horizontal direction of the roof surface In a state where the parts are butted together, the folded plate roofing material is connected by a connecting member integrally formed with a locking piece fitted into each bent part and a gutter covering the butted position of the bent part from below. It is characterized by being connected.

Further, in order to achieve the same object, a second aspect is provided.
According to the invention described in (1), a bent portion for connection is formed at the ridge side end and the eaves side end, and a bent portion bent to the lower surface side at one side end is overlapped with the other side end. A plurality of folded plate roof materials, each having a step portion and a bent portion bent on the lower surface side, are arranged on the roof structure, and the folded plate roof materials adjacent to each other in the roof surface inclination direction are one of them. The bent part at the ridge side end of the folded sheet roof material is fitted with the bent part at the eaves side end of the other folded plate roof material and connected, and the folded sheet roof materials adjacent to each other in the horizontal direction of the roof surface are connected. In a state in which the bent portions are overlapped, the folded plate roofing material is connected integrally with a locking piece fitted into each bent portion and a cover that covers the overlapping surface of the bent portions. It is characterized by being connected by members.

According to the second aspect of the invention having the above structure, the lateral joint (overlapping portion) of the folded plate roofing material is provided with:
Even if rainwater enters, the rainwater is received by the cover of the connecting member and does not fall on the roof structure. Also, the rainwater that has fallen on the gutter flows to the eaves side along the cover, as before, and accumulates near the connection with the bent part of the folded plate roof material one row below, where it evaporates naturally. Alternatively, the rainwater does not reach the roof structure side because it flows to the surface side of the folded plate roofing material one row below.

Moreover, since the gutter 21 is integrally formed on the connecting member 2 for connecting the side end portions of the folded-plate roof material 1, even if rainwater enters the butted portion of the folded-plate roof material 1, The rainwater is received by the gutter 21 and the roof structure 1
It never falls to zero. The rainwater that has fallen on the gutter 21 flows toward the eaves along the gutter 21 as shown in FIG.
Along the slope of the inclined portion 11b of the bent portion 11 (the left slope in FIG. 5), accumulates in the portion A shown in the figure, and evaporates naturally there, or the front side of the folded sheet roof material 1 one row below Rainwater does not reach the roof structure 10 side.

As described above, according to the roof structure of the present invention, the side edges of the folded shingles that are provided in the lateral direction are provided at both ends of the folded shingles. Since a pair of locking pieces that fit into each bent portion and a gutter (or cover) that covers the abutting position (or overlapping surface) of the bent portions are connected using a connecting member that is integrally formed. In addition, it is possible to reliably prevent rain from leaking from the lateral joint portion of the folded plate roof material to the indoor side.
