温度より高くなり、グリルパン4の冷却効率は若干低下
する。ところが、上記実施の形態のように汁抜き穴53
を前方に向けると冷却用の外気が汁抜き穴53を取って
網部51の上方へ漏出するおそれが生じる。このように
外気が汁抜き穴53を通って網部51の上方へ漏出する
と冷却のための外気が減少しグリルパン4に対する冷却
量が低下するばかりか、網部51上に載置されている調
理物の周囲の温度を低下させてグリル調理が阻害される
場合が生じる。このような場合には汁抜き穴を後方に向
けることにより汁抜き穴を通って外気が網部51の上方
へ漏出することを防止できる。ところで上記実施の形態
では、網部を左右方向に長手の折れ線に沿って折れ曲が
り、前後方向に山と谷とが交互に連続する波状とした
が、前後方向に長手の折れ線に沿って折れ曲がり、左右
方向に山と谷とが交互に連続する波状に形成してもよ
い。また、上記実施の形態では網部51を、板材を板金
加工により折り曲げて形成したが、鋳物等の鋳造により
形成しても何ら問題はない。

において、上記焼き網の網部を金属製板体で形成すると
共に、上記グリル扉で開口を閉鎖した際にグリル庫内に
前方から空気を導入する吸気口を形成し、該吸気口から
グリル庫内に流入する外気を、上記グリルパンと網部と
の間を通して排気口へと導くようにしたことを特徴とす
るグリル装置。
