Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably stack floor level adjustment boards with a simple constitution by interposing between equipment and an installation floor surface, forming a plurality of recesses/projections of same shape in the upper and lower faces, and mating upper projections with lower recesses and upper recesses with lower projections, respectively. SOLUTION: When a plurality of floor level adjustment boards 11 are stacked together, hill parts 12 on the upper face of the floor level adjustment board in the bottom side are mated with valley parts 13 on the bottom face of the floor level adjustment board in the upper side. In this case, when a waveform is too shallow or a pitch is too large, the engagement between the hill parts and the valley parts becomes thin so as to be useless for preventing deviation. When the floor level adjustment boards 11 are installed in the bottom side of a skid, they are so arranged that their longitudinal directions are brought in contact in such a state as crossing at right angles with each other. The extension directions of the hill parts 12 and the valley parts 13 of the level adjustment boards 11 cross with each other so as to prevent the deviation, even if the laminated floor level adjustment boards 11 are deviated in the extension directions of the hill parts 12 and the valley parts 13.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a floor level adjusting plate which is interposed between a device such as a prefabricated refrigerator and a floor on which the device is to be installed, so as to level the device, and a method for installing the same.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, for example, in a prefabricated refrigerator 1 as shown in FIG. 1, when the floor FL on which it is installed is uneven, or when the floor FL is inclined as shown in FIG. However, the prefabricated refrigerator 1 cannot be stably installed in a horizontal state. Therefore, conventionally, as shown in FIG. 2, one or two or more floor level adjusting plates (indicated by P in FIG. 2) are stacked between the prefabricated refrigerator P and the skid 2 and are interposed at predetermined intervals. And took the horizontal level.

Next, a conventional floor level adjusting plate 101 (indicated by P in FIG. 2) is shown in FIGS.
5 will be described. The conventional floor level adjusting plate 101 is made of a rectangular thin steel plate as shown in FIG. 9 and its surface is a smooth flat surface. When a plurality of sheets are stacked and used, as shown in FIG.
02 and the like are temporarily fixed. However, since the surface is inevitably flat, it is easily shifted as shown in FIG. 11 due to vibration during use, and the stability is deteriorated.

Therefore, it is conceivable that the upper and lower surfaces of the floor level adjusting plate 101 are corrugated as shown in FIG. However, in this case as well, if the wave shapes of the upper surface and the lower surface are made symmetrical as shown in FIG. 13, the peak portion 103 and the valley portion 104 of the waveform come to a position where the upper surface and the lower surface face each other.

[0006] Then, when these are piled up, the peak 1 on the upper surface is obtained.
Since 03 coincides with the valley 104 on the lower surface, it gradually shifts as shown in FIG. 14 or alternately shifts as shown in FIG. 15, resulting in lack of stability.

In particular, the ridges 12 on the upper surface correspond to the valleys 13 on the lower surface, and the valleys 13 on the upper surface correspond to the ridges 12 on the lower surface. Further, concave portions 14 are formed in a lattice shape on the upper surface and the lower surface of the floor level adjusting plate 11 so that the floor is adjusted. The depth d of the recess 14 is about 1.5 mm,
The distance t between the recess 4 and the recess 14 is set to about 2 mm, and the side surface of the recess 14 is inclined in a direction approaching at the bottom. Thereby, the strength is improved. If the thickness of the floor level adjusting plate 11 is small, the recess 14 may not be formed.

As described above in detail, according to the present invention, the projections or hills on the upper surface of the floor level adjusting plate which are lower when stacked are formed by the concave portions on the lower surface of the floor level adjusting plate which is upper. Since it matches the valley, it is possible to prevent the floor level adjustment plate from shifting during use. In particular,
Since the protrusions or ridges on the upper surface of the floor level adjustment plate correspond to the recesses or valleys on the lower surface, the upper and lower floor level adjustment plates are stacked vertically without any deviation in the stacked state, and are stable. This enables the horizontal installation of the equipment to be realized.
