Il trovato si riferisce ad un turbolatore per tubo di convogliamento di fumi in apparecchio di scambio termico. The invention relates to a turbulator for a pipe for conveying fumes in a heat exchange apparatus.
E' nota la presenza di apparecchi di scambio termico, quali, ad esempio, le caldaie a tubi di fumo per la produzione di acqua calda o di altri fluidi vettori, che prevedono la presenza di tubi destinati al convogliamento di fumi prodotti dalla combustione in appositi focolari, inseriti nell'ambito di una capacità contenente il fluido da riscaldare. All'interno dei detti tubi di convogliamento dei fumi viene sovente inserito un elemento, denominato turbolatore, con la precisa funzione di rompere lo strato limite della corrente di fumi a contatto con la superficie interna dei tubi, ed una forma costruttiva molto comune dell'elemento turbolatore è costituita da una semplice spirale di filo metallico che viene appunto disposta in aderenza alla detta superficie interna dei tubi. Questa forma di realizzazione non risulta però particolarmente efficace, ed è allora compito del presente trovato quello di realizzare un elemento turbolatore che svolga in modo ottimale la funzione di creare turbolenza nell'ambito della corrente di fumi, così da ottimizzare la trasmissione del calore tra i fumi stessi ed il fluido da riscaldare. Con riferimento alle suddette figure 1 e 2, è indicato con 1 il tubo di convogliamento dei fumi nel quale è presente il turbolatore 2 formato secondo la tecnica nota da una sola spirale di filo metallico, inserito a contatto con la superficie interna del tubo 1, come messo in rilievo dalla figura 2.
