dell’invenzione industriale dal titolo: of the industrial invention entitled:
“La porta intelligente” "The smart door"
Le funzioni del trovato sono la seguenti: The invention consists of a door constituted inside the structure by a set of invisible sensors, in order to make life more comfortable and safer for people who live inside homes with this system applied. The sensors placed inside the door or in the handles of the same, as well as being invisible, do not emit electromagnetic waves and have different functions. It should be noted that the same sensor system is also applicable in window frames with the same functions applicable for the door. The functions of the invention are as follows:
Turn the light on and off automatically, thermoregulate the room temperature, warn in case of flooding and block the plumbing system in order to avoid flooding, suck in the hot air or vapors that can be generated in the room and then change the water. air in case of closed environments, alarm system against possible thefts, shutters, curtains, skylights, etc. in case of rain. With the sensor system installed inside the door, turning the light on or off will no longer be a problem because without using wall switches and by simply touching the handle, you can automatically turn the light on or off. The sensor can be placed in any handle of any door, both entrance and individual rooms. By opening the entrance door of the house, the light switches on automatically, if the daylight entering the entrance falls below the preset threshold value and closing the door itself, the light remains on, and can be controlled by the internal handle of the door. door itself. When you go out and lock the door with the key, the light switches off automatically. If desired, the intensity of the room lighting can be varied by extending the contact time on the handle sensor. Another advantage of the sensor system applied in the door is the detection of the temperature in the room or the thermoregulation without installing thermostats in the wall. Upon reaching the set threshold, the sensor system located in the door activates a solenoid valve blocking the circulation of hot or cold water. Depending on the system, whether it is only for heating or cooling or combined. With this thermoregulation system for each room the temperature is kept under control both in winter and in summer, keeping the temperature at the preset value. In this way, a high energy saving and a more comfortable environment can be obtained, furthermore, depending on the furniture, the ideal point of installation of the sensors in the door structure is established. Another advantage that can be obtained thanks to the sensor system installed in the door is the blocking of the solenoid valve of the water network limited to each room in the event of flooding. The sensor also warns through an acoustic signal and / or mobile phone. These sensors positioned in the door of shower or bathroom or toilet, laundry or kitchen rooms are indispensable and thanks to this system, many inconveniences that can sometimes be very harmful are avoided. Another advantage that the sensor holder system can give is the suction of falling air or vapors, in a single word the exchange of air that can be generated in the environment. Also through the sensors positioned in the doors of the rooms, an aspirator is activated when the sensors detect a change in temperature. When the temperature exceeds the set threshold, the sensor activates the aspirators which throw out the stale air or any vapors. The aspiaratore is essential in the bathroom, shower, toilet, laundry and kitchen areas. Another advantage that can be obtained from the sensor system located on the door is the alarm system which alerts you in the event of an intrusion by activating the telephone number. Finally, always with the same sensor system, awnings, shutters and skylights can be activated which in case of rain close in order to avoid various damages. Fig. 1 shows the door with the sensors described up to now. It consists of a frame (T) and a door (P) where sensors are positioned which in the figure are visible for a better explanation but which are actually invisible. Operation is as follows: by touching the sensors (S) of the handle, the light turns on if the daytime light falls below the preset threshold value and it can also be switched off. Similarly we can turn the light on or off in the opposite room by lowering the handle by touching the sensor. The ignition will take place only if the door exceeds five degrees of opening. The sensors in the handle can be positioned in any place you want or where it is more convenient, (D4) and (D5) in figure 1, are deviators of the handle sensors that deflect the signal by lowering the handle, controlling the lighting of the light at the opposite to the handle itself. The hinge (C) at the top of the cake (P) is an electrified hinge used to pass the control signal of the handle sensors. While (D4) and (D5) switch the signal to the handle. (D1) and (D2) positioned on the upper part of the door are activated when the door opening exceeds five degrees to avoid the involuntary switching on of the light from the opposite side of the handle, not seeing the diverter, in case the door is closed. (D3) is used for the double ignition which can be switched on when the door exceeds the opening of fifteen degrees, always touching the sensor. On the upper part of the frame (T) there is the sensor (FR), a photoresistance sensor, which is used for daylight, in fact, its homic value varies with the variation of the daylight intensity.About one and a half meters from the ground installed in the frame (T), there is a resistor (NTC1) which serves for the thermoregulation of the room temperature. This has the same operation described above, i.e. the resistance (NTC1) varies its homic value as the room temperature varies, in turn drives an electric circuit that activates a solenoid valve, regulating the room temperature both in summer and in winter according to the adapted plant. On the upper part of the frame (T) of the door (P) there is a resistance (NTC2) which is used to activate the aspirator in the event that the temperature and the steam created exceeds the preset threshold by starting the 'aspirator. Always positioned on the upper part of the frame (T) of the door (P) there are two magnetic switches (D6) and (D7) which, with the movement of the door by fifteen degrees both in opening and closing, activates the control unit in case of intrusion. alarm that alerts the preset telephone number, the same system can be applied to the windows. Finally, in the event of flooding, the sensor (A) positioned on the ground, always on the frame (T) of the door (P), activates, this detects the water when it touches the sensor and activates the electronic circuit by closing a solenoid valve of the hydraulic circuit of the area interested. The same goes for the closure of curtains, shutters or skylights where the same system can be applied in case of rain. It is specified that the sensors NTC1, NTC2, FR, of fig. 1 are installed in the door beam. The magnets (MD1, MD2, MD3, MD6, MD7) are positioned on the upper part of the door (P) in fig. 1, which correspond to the magnetic contacts positioned on the frame (T) of the door (P). The invention can be of any shape, size and material and the sensors can be positioned in any position according to the circumstances or where it is more convenient to position them both those positioned on the frame-holder structure and those on the handle, as well as the handle can be of any shape, size, material. The smart door is certainly useful because it serves to eliminate switches by doing everything automatically and making life at home or in the office or in any environment easier for the user, and it is also useful or indispensable, for example for the disabled, who have often having difficulty moving, with this system they will surely have a life in any environment that is easier and safer.
