Campo di applicazione: La presente invenzione tende ad apportare giovamento nel campo della medicina fisica riabilitativa, in particolar modo nella preventiva ed adattata; concepita per attenuare le iperlordosi lombari e combattere le resistenze dell'atteggiamento scoliotico, comprendendo anche uno spettro d'azione che non esula dall'utilizzo quotidiano. Stato dell'Arte: attualmente sono conosciuti diversi brevetti relativi alle panche per inversione, tra i quali il brevetto depositato da Roger Charles Teeter in Gran Bretagna con il n. 2444708 in data 13 dicembre 2006; sono noti, altresì due brevetti italiani depositati a Udine (n. UD2005A000031) ed a Massa Carrara (2007MSA000004) rispettivamente dai Sigg. Fabro Marcello e Scolari Gianluca. Tali brevetti non si ritiene possano inficiare la novità dello studio che si intende tutelare: infatti, nessuno di essi incide sul campo di azione interessato dalla presente invenzione, poiché pur assimillabili strutturalmente, differiscono in toto con la dinamica dei contatti e nell'azione funzionale benefica che tale panca sviluppa, in modo particolare per ciò che concerne la decompressione totale della zona lombare.
