Forma oggetto della presente invenzione, un adesivo sigillante, impermeabilizzante, mono o bi-componente all’acqua o al solvente, poliuretanico-bituminoso, particolarmente idoneo ad essere impiegato nel settore edile, ed in particolare, ogni qualvolta si rende necessario ancorare e/o sigillare, o impermeabilizzare oggetti esposti agli agenti atmosferici.
