Secondo il trovato, la martellatrice presenta due martelli superiori fissi mentre i due martelli inferiori sono mobili ed assolvono la funzione martellante.

Secondo una variante, i due martelli fissi presentano mezzi di regolazione per meglio posizionare e coordinare i martelli stessi.

Con riferimento all'unica figura allegata, fornita a titolo esemplificativo non limitativo, abbiamo che in essa ? rappresentata una martellatrice idraulica idonea a realizzare nel martello 12 il voluto movimento.
Detta martellatrice 10 presenta per ogni gruppo martello 11 inferiore un martinetto di potenza 14, un martello 12, un supporto martello 15 e martinetti di richiamo non illustrati.
Tra il detto supporto martello 15 e il detto martinetto 14 sono presenti mezzi di collegamento e trasmissione.

RIVENDICAZIONI 1 - Martellatrice idraulica semplificata a quattro martelli disposti sostanzialmente simmetrici, due inferiormente e due superiormente al piano orizzontale passante per il centro (18) di martellamento, detti martelli (12) essendo cooperanti con un supporto martello (15), caratterizzata dal fatto che i due martelli superiori (12s) sono fissi ed i due martelli inferiori (12) sono mobili. 2 - Martellatrice secondo la rivendicazione 1, caratterizzata dal fatto che i martelli superiori fissi (12s) sono regolabili a mezzo gruppo di regolazione (17). 3 - Martellatrice secondo una o l'altra delle rivendicazioni precedenti, caratterizzata dal fatto che il gruppo di regolazione (17) coopera con mezzi di richiamo.
