Come si osserva dalla FIG. 3 la scocca comprende una prima parte superiore 157 ed una seconda parte inferiore 158. La seconda parte inferiore 158 ha una grandezza tale da inserirsi all?interno della prima parte superiore 157 che ? leggermente pi? larga. Lo scorrimento della prima parte superiore 157 sulla seconda parte inferiore 158 asseconda gli abbassamenti del componente 11 superiore (rappresentato pi? in alto in FIGG. 3A e 3B). Il sensore di deformazione 151 comprende due elementi magnetici 152 che, come si osserva in FIG. 3A, sono installati su due componenti 11 del pallet che si trovano l?uno sopra l?altro, ovvero nella configurazione in cui il componente 11 di sotto poggia a terra o su un altro supporto, ed il componente 11 di sopra ? quello a diretto contatto con la merce 1 (non mostrata in Figura) posizionata sul pallet 10. In FIG. 3B ? mostrata la condizione deformata (con un abbassamento graficamente esasperato ai soli fini di una pi? semplice lettura della Figura) del componente 11 di sopra (quello su cui poggia la merce 1). Nella condizione deformata (FIG. 3B) detti elementi magnetici 152 vengono avvicinati l?uno all?altro. Essendo, detti elementi magnetici 152, disposti con i poli positivi (?+? in FIG. 3A e 3B) l?uno rivolto verso l?altro, il primo elemento magnetico 152 montato sul componente 11 superiore deformato spinge il secondo elemento magnetico 152 montato sul componente 11 in basso, verso il basso (per repulsione magnetica). Il componente magnetico 152 montato sul componente 11 in basso poggia su una barra 155 che a sua volta ? collegata ad una molla 154. L?abbassamento del secondo componente magnetico 152 fa s? che la molla 154 si comprima e che si abbassi anche la barra 155. Sulla barra 155 ? montato un elemento di segnalazione 153 che in condizioni statiche (FIG. 3A) mostra l?indicazione ?OK? attraverso un?apertura 156 rettangolare della scocca (presente sia nella prima parte superiore 157 che nella seconda parte inferiore 158) del sensore di deformazione 151, mentre quando viene raggiunta la deformazione limite (FIG. 3B) che ? definita in fase di progetto sulla base della geometria del pallet 10 e delle resistenze dei materiali di cui ? composto, l?elemento di segnalazione 153, mostra attraverso l?apertura 156 rettangolare un simbolo (?X? in FIG. 3B) indicativo del raggiungimento di uno stato deformativo che pregiudica l?integrit? e la capacit? portante del pallet 10. I sensori di deformazione 151 indicano quindi il raggiungimento della deformazione limite attraverso detto elemento di segnalazione 153. The deformation sensor 151 comprises two magnetic elements 152 which, as can be seen in FIG. 3A, are installed on two components 11 of the pallet which are located one above the other, that is, in the configuration in which the lower component 11 rests on the ground or on another support, and the upper component 11 is the one in direct contact with the merchandise 1 (not shown in the Figure) positioned on the pallet 10. FIG. 3B shows the deformed condition (with a graphically exaggerated lowering for the sole purpose of easier reading of the Figure) of the upper component 11 (the one on which the merchandise 1 rests). In the deformed condition (FIG. 3B) said magnetic elements 152 are brought closer to each other. Since the magnetic elements 152 are arranged with their positive poles (?+? in FIG. 3A and 3B) facing each other, the first magnetic element 152 mounted on the deformed upper component 11 pushes the second magnetic element 152 mounted on the lower component 11 downwards (by magnetic repulsion). The magnetic component 152 mounted on the lower component 11 rests on a bar 155 which in turn is connected to a spring 154. The lowering of the second magnetic component 152 causes the spring 154 to compress and the bar 155 to also lower. A signalling element 153 is mounted on the bar 155 which in static conditions (FIG. 3A) displays the indication ?OK? through a rectangular opening 156 of the body (present both in the first upper part 157 and in the second lower part 158) of the deformation sensor 151, while when the limit deformation is reached (FIG. 3B) which is defined in the design phase on the basis of the geometry of the pallet 10 and the resistance of the materials it is made of, the signalling element 153 shows through the rectangular opening 156 a symbol (?X? in FIG. 3B) indicative of the achievement of a deformation state which compromises the integrity and load-bearing capacity of the pallet 10. The deformation sensors 151 therefore indicate the achievement of the limit deformation through said signalling element 153.
