* ;;La presente invenzione ha per oggetto un elemento di protezione ad uso cosmetico. ;In particolare, la presente invenzione si riferisce ad un elemento di ;5 protezione in uso durante le operazioni di taglio o rasatura dei capelli. ;Trova oggetto della presente invenzione anche una mantella da parrucchiere dotata del citato elemento di protezione. ;Come noto, in ambito cosmetico vengono utilizzati degli elementi di protezione, quali ad esempio mantelle atte a proteggere e mantenere ;10 pulito il corpo dell’utilizzatore. ;21.S0930.12.IT.1 Ing. Luigi TARABBIA ;(Albo iscr. n.1005 BM) ;;;2 ;;Ad esempio, i parrucchieri utilizzano mantelle vestite attorno al collo dell’utilizzatore per evitare che eventuali residui di capelli e peli derivati dal taglio dei capelli vadano sul corpo dell’utilizzatore stesso. In questo modo, i peli, depositandosi sulla mantella scivolano sulla superficie esterna della 5 mantella stessa verso il basso cadendo a terra. ;Generalmente, le mantelle sono realizzate in tessuto e presentano sistemi di chiusura quali bottoni o superfici velcrate, atte ad avvolgere il collo dell’utilizzatore. ;Tali mantelle oltre a mantenere pulito l’utilizzatore dalla caduta dei capelli 10 tagliati/rasati, sono altresì utilizzate per mantenere una condizione igienica ottimale dell’utilizzatore specie nelle operazioni di tintura dei capelli, che come noto prevedono l’utilizzo di prodotti chimici di tintura allo stato liquido. ;Le mantelle note, sebbene strutturalmente semplici e per questo motivo 15 ampiamente utilizzate dai parrucchieri ed estetisti, presentano tuttavia importanti inconvenienti. ;Si noti infatti che la zona circostante il collo dell’utilizzatore non viene volutamente stretta attorno al collo determinando così la formazione di un passaggio, seppur minimo, verso l’interno della mantella. ;20 Di conseguenza, durante le operazioni di taglio o rasatura, i capelli ed i peli passano attraverso il citato passaggio sporcando il corpo dell’utilizzatore. ;Ne deriva una scarsa condizione igienica durante le fasi di taglio, resa ancor più evidente nelle operazioni di tintura che possono determinare lo 25 scivolamento dei prodotti chimici lungo il collo e sul corpo dell’utilizzatore. ;Al fine di limitare tale inconveniente l’operatore deve necessariamente provvedere alla chiusura della mantella attorno al collo, al fine di attestare stabilmente il tessuto della mantella alla pelle. ;Tuttavia, anche tale soluzione ha l’importante inconveniente di rendere la 30 mantella particolarmente scomoda, talvolta anche dolorosa, dato il contatto con una zona molto sensibile del corpo quale il collo. ;21.S0930.12.IT.1 Ing. Luigi TARABBIA ;(Albo iscr. n.1005 BM) ;;;3 ;;Scopo della presente invenzione è pertanto quello di risolvere i problemi riscontrati nella tecnica nota proponendo un elemento di protezione ad uso cosmetico che superi i limiti e gli inconvenienti sopra citati. ;In particolare, è scopo della presente invenzione realizzare un elemento di 5 protezione che sia in grado di trattenere al di fuori della mantella qualsiasi corpo od agente esterno diretto verso il collo dell’utilizzatore. ;In particolare, è uno scopo della presente invenzione mettere a disposizione un elemento di protezione che sia in grado di trattenere i peli od altri agenti chimici (liquidi o solidi) derivati dal taglio o dalla rasatura o 10 da qualsiasi altra operazione sui capelli dell’utilizzatore. ;Un altro scopo della presente invenzione è quello di mettere a disposizione un elemento di protezione che sia particolarmente comodo e che dia una gradevole sensazione di vestibilità da parte dell’utilizzatore. Infine, un altro scopo della presente invenzione è quello di mettere a 15 disposizione una mantella dotata del citato elemento di protezione che sia strutturalmente semplice, di facile vestibilità e che sia in grado di mantenere completamente pulito il corpo dell’utilizzatore da peli o capelli derivati dal taglio o rasatura. ;In particolare, la presente invenzione riguarda un elemento di protezione 20 ad uso cosmetico, costituito da almeno uno strato di supporto realizzato in materiale flessibile ed elastico ed almeno uno strato interno associato allo strato di supporto e presentante una superficie di contatto con la pelle di un utilizzatore. La superficie di contatto è in grado di evitare il passaggio di peli in corrispondenza della pelle dell’utilizzatore attestata alla superficie di 25 contatto stessa. ;Forma oggetto dell’invenzione anche una mantella da parrucchiere comprendente un telo di protezione per le spalle ed il corpo di un utilizzatore ed un colletto posizionabile attorno al collo dell’utilizzatore. Il colletto comprende un elemento di protezione del tipo sopra descritto. 30 Le rivendicazioni dipendenti corrispondono a possibili forme di realizzazione dell’invenzione. ;21.S0930.12.IT.1 Ing. Luigi TARABBIA ;(Albo iscr. n.1005 BM) ;;;4 ;;Tale descrizione è fornita con riferimento alle unite figure, anch’esse aventi scopo puramente esemplificativo e pertanto non limitativo, in cui: - la figura 1 è una vista schematica ed in prospettiva dell’elemento di protezione secondo la presente invenzione; ;5 - la figura 2 è una vista schematica ed in prospettiva di un primo particolare dell’elemento di figura 1; ;- la figura 3 è una vista schematica ed in prospettiva di un secondo particolare dell’elemento di figura 1; e ;- la figura 4 mostra una vista schematica di una mantella da barbiere 10 dotata dell’elemento di protezione di figura 1 ed in una rispettiva condizione di funzionamento. ;Con riferimento alle figure sopra descritte, con 1 viene globalmente indicato un elemento di protezione ad uso cosmetico. ;In particolare, l’elemento 1 è costituito da una fascia multistrato definita da 15 almeno uno strato di supporto 2 realizzato in materiale flessibile ed elastico ed almeno uno strato interno 3 associato allo strato di supporto 2 e presentante una superficie di contatto 3a con la pelle di un utilizzatore U. In questa situazione, la superficie di contatto 3a evita il passaggio di peli in corrispondenza della pelle dell’utilizzatore U attestata alla superficie di 20 contatto 3a stessa. ;In maggiore dettaglio, facendo riferimento alla figura 1 e 2, lo stato di supporto 2 presenta un foglio realizzato in materiale a base di cellulosa e presentante conformazione sostanzialmente a fascia. ;Vantaggiosamente, lo strato di supporto 2 è realizzato in carta 25 elasticizzata e quindi in grado di estendersi almeno lungo un rispettivo asse di sviluppo longitudinale. L’utilizzo della carta risulta essere preferibile per rendere l’elemento 1 usa e getta. ;Va comunque specificato che lo strato di supporto 2 può essere realizzato in qualsiasi altro materiale flessibile, leggero, in grado di conferire un certo 30 grado di elasticità. ;21.S0930.12.IT.1 Ing. Luigi TARABBIA ;(Albo iscr. n.1005 BM) ;;;5 ;;Con riferimento alle figure 1 e 3, lo strato interno 3 è preferibilmente realizzato in tessuto non tessuto di fibra naturale, anch’esso presentante conformazione sostanzialmente a fascia. ;Vantaggiosamente, lo strato interno 3 è realizzato in ovatta e quindi in 5 materiale naturale, usa e getta e facilmente riciclabile. ;Anche in questo caso, lo strato interno 3 può essere comunque realizzato in qualsiasi altro tipo di materiale dotato delle medesime caratteristiche strutturali dell’ovatta. ;La superficie di contatto 3a comprende una pluralità di filamenti, derivati 10 dalla struttura non tessuta della fibra di ovatta, atti a trattenere eventuali peli di passaggio in corrispondenza della pelle dell’utilizzatore. ;Come sopra specificato, gli strati 2, 3 presentano preferibilmente conformazione a fascia di dimensioni variabili in funzioni delle varie esigenze applicative. ;15 In particolare, la lunghezza L dell’elemento 1 può essere compresa tra 44 e 54 cm, mentre la larghezza A può essere compresa tra 3 e 9 cm. ;Inoltre, lo spessore S dello strato di supporto 2 può essere compreso tra 102 e 105 micron mentre lo spessore S dello strato interno 3 può essere compreso tra 2 e 4 mm. ;20 Va comunque specificato che le dimensioni ed i rapporti dimensionali possono essere qualsivoglia in funzione dei materiali utilizzati e delle varie esigenze applicative. ;L’elemento 1 comprende inoltre mezzi di chiusura 4 disposti in corrispondenza di rispettive porzioni terminali degli strati 2, 3 per 25 commutare gli strati 2, 3 stessi tra una configurazione aperta (figura 1) in cui si sviluppano su un piano ed una configurazione chiusa (figura 4) in cui sono avvolti ad anello attorno al collo dell’utilizzatore U. ;Nella configurazione chiusa ad anello di figura 4, la citata superficie di contatto 3a viene attestata alla pelle del collo dell’utilizzatore U. ;30 In accordo con una soluzione realizzativa preferenziale, i mezzi di chiusura 4 comprendono una prima superficie velcrata 5 ricavata porzione 21.S0930.12.IT.1 Ing. Luigi TARABBIA ;(Albo iscr. n.1005 BM) ;;;6 ;;terminale dello strato interno 3, ed una seconda superficie velcrata 6 sulla porzione terminale opposta dello strato di supporto 2. ;In questo modo, le porzioni terminali degli strati 2, 3 sono avvicinabili l’una all’altra per sovrapporre la prima superfice 5 sulla seconda superficie 6. 5 ;Vantaggiosamente, l’utilizzo del velcro® consente un accoppiamento reversibile degli strati per definire la configurazione chiusa ad anello o piana. ;Anche in questo caso, le superfici velcrate 5, 6 sono sostituibili con sistemi 10 di aggancio reversibile di tipo noto. ;Lo strato di supporto 2 presenta inoltre una superficie esterna 7 opposta alla superficie di contatto 3a ed impegnabile ad una mantella 8 da parrucchiere. ;In questa situazione, la superficie esterna 7 è ancorata mediante sistemi 15 noti allo strato in tessuto che definisce la mantella 8 al fine di posizionare la mantella 8 stessa sulle spalle e sul corpo dell’utilizzatore U nella condizione in cui l’elemento 1 viene chiuso ad anello attorno al collo dell’utilizzatore U (figura 4). ;Forma oggetto della presente invenzione anche una mantella 8 da 20 parrucchiere comprendente un telo di protezione 9 per le spalle ed il corpo di un utilizzatore U ed un colletto 10 posizionabile attorno al collo dell’utilizzatore. Il colletto comprende l’elemento di protezione 1 del tipo sopra descritto. ;In questo modo, quando la mantella 8 viene vestita dall’utilizzatore U, 25 l’operatore provvede ad accoppiare le superfici velcrate 5 ,6 per definire la configurazione ad anello che si sviluppa attorno al collo dell’utilizzatore U. La presente invenzione sopra descritta risolve gli inconvenienti della tecnica nota ed apporta numerosi vantaggi. ;In primo luogo, come sopra descritto, l’elemento di protezione 1 è in grado 30 di trattenere al di fuori della mantella 8 qualsiasi corpo od agente esterno diretto verso il collo dell’utilizzatore U. ;21.S0930.12.IT.1 Ing. Luigi TARABBIA ;(Albo iscr. n.1005 BM) ;;;7 ;;I peli ed i capelli derivati dal taglio/rasatura ed in caduta verso il basso vengono pertanto trattenuti dai filamenti di ovatta a contatto con la pelle. Analogamente, anche ulteriori corpi, quali ad esempio gli agenti chimici per la tintura, vengono trattenuti dalla superficie di contatto 3a. ;5 Vantaggiosamente, il corpo dell’utilizzatore U viene preservato e mantenuto pulito con il conseguente vantaggio di mantenere un’elevata condizione igienica durante le operazioni di taglio e/o tinta dei capelli. ;Ancora, un ulteriore importante vantaggio è determinato dalla particolare comodità dell’elemento 1 caratterizzato dallo strato di ovatta e che quindi 10 conferisce una gradevole sensazione di contatto e vestibilità da parte dell’utilizzatore. ;Infine, un altro vantaggio della presente invenzione è dato dalla struttura particolarmente semplice e quindi di costi contenuti dell’elemento 1 e quindi dell’eventuale mantella 8 dotata dell’elemento 1. ;15 In questo contesto, i materiali utilizzati per gli strati 2 e 3, sono stati scelti per ottenere un elemento 1 leggero di costi contenuti e d usa e getta al fine di mantenere sempre le condizioni igieniche ottimali dell’utilizzatore. ;;IL MANDATARIO ;Ing.
