Abstract

Un perfezionamento per tagliare un fascio di fibre arricciate in modo preciso a velocità più elevata in conformità alla capacità di lavoro ad alta velocità di una macchina arricciatrice.Un rotore consiste di dischi ad asticciole bisimmetriche che hanno asticciole a forma di gancio sulle loro circonferenze e che ruotano in una posizione inclinata, e dischi di bloccaggio che ruotano ad una velocità uniforme sulla parte posteriore dei dischi ad asticciole. Le asticciole si interbloccano l'una con l'altra lungo le circonferenze dei dischi ad asticciole per formare un'area di interbloccaggio, che lavora come una entrata per il fascio di fibre. Nel senso di rotazione di detta area di interbloccaggio viene formata un'area di aggancio per agganciare il fascio di fibre a zig-zag, dove il fascio di fibre così piegato a zig-zag viene tagliato.
