A találmány tárgya rendszer keresztáramú eljárással működőmembránszűrésre, valamint az ebben alkalmazőtt membránmődűl. Arendszer tartalmaz több, egy membráncsőből vagy több membráncső általképzett kötegből álló membránmődűlt, valamint a membránmődűlőkatbefőgadó, cső alakú mődűlházat (1-8) a membráncsövek falai elválasztómembránők fűnkcióját látják el. Mindegyik membránmődűlnak van egy-egyösszekötő karimája (20, 21) a retentátűm bevezetésére és elvezetésére,valamint négy tővábbi, őldalt elhelyezett összekötő eleme (22-25összekötő karimája) a permeátűm elvezetésére. Ezek az összekötő elemeka membránmődűlőkat csőpőrtjűkban önhőrdóan tartják. ŕ
