Abstract

Az (I) általános képletű vegyületek (mely képletben R1 jelentésehidrogénatom vagy alkilcsoport; R2 jelentése valamely amino-védőcsoport; mindegyik R3 jelentése egymástól függetlenül halogénatom,karboxi-, alkoxi-karbonil-, alkeniloxi-karbonil- vagy benziloxi-karbonil-csoport; és n értéke 1 vagy 2) 1,5-benzotiazepin-származékokelőállításánál alkalmazhatók. Ezek az 1,5-benzotiazepinszármazékokértékes enzim-inhibitorok (pl. proteáz, interleukin-1b-átalakítóenzim, elasztáz vagy angiotenzin-enzim) és GPCR antagonisták(kolecisztokinon, angiotenzin II receptor) A találmány tárgya újeljárás az (I) általános képletű vegyületek előállítására oly módon,hogy valamely (II) általános képletű vegyületet (ahol Rl, R2, R3 és njelentése a fent megadott estben R4 jelentése alkil- vagybenzilcsoport szerves ko-oldószert tartalmazó vizes rendszerbenvalamely proteázzal reagáltatnak.
