Abstract
A találmány tárgya olyan szűrőmodul (10) amely egy pár egymássalszemben lévő elosztófejbe (14) befogott, üreges szálú nanoszűrő vagyfordított ozmózisos membránok (12) sokaságát tartalmazza. A membránok(12) belső terei alkotják a szüredék- vagy betáplálási oldalt. Amembránok (12) például hengercikk formájú csoportokba vannak rendezveés megelőző, valamint rákövetkező fokozatokat képeznek. A fokozatokmindegyikével szűrletgyűjtő tér (32) közlekedik közvetlenül. Afokozatokat jellemzően a modul végeinél elrendezett térelválasztóelemekkel (26) rendelkező sapkák (20, 22) kötik egymással össze. Amodult víz szűrésére, illetve olyan esetekben, amikor az keménységetokozó sók szelektív visszatartására adaptált üreges membránokkal (12)van ellátva, keménység megszüntetésére használják. A találmány tárgyátképezik savas oldatokat vagy gáz halmazállapotú szén-dioxidotalkalmazó tisztításra szolgáló eljárások is. A tisztítási eljárásokmagukban foglalják egy savnak az átszűrés során a tápvízhezfolyamatosan vagy periodikusan zajló hozzáadását, az átszűrésleállítása mellett a modul egy savas oldattal történő átöblítését,továbbá a savas oldatnak vagy a gáz halmazállapotú szén-dioxidnak azátöblítést követően az átszűrés leállítása mellett meghatározott ideigtörténő modulban tartását.
