Abstract
Description
A találmány acetonmentes körömlakk lemosó készítményre vonatkozik.
A körömlakk eltávolítására általában acetont vagy főtömegében acetont, egyéb oldószereket és acetátokat tartalmazó készítményeket alkalmaznak.
A 7706271. sz. holland nyilvánosságrahozatali irat szerint aceton mellett magas forráspontú szénhidrogént tartalmazó készítményt ismertetnek, az utóbbi módosítja az aceton lemosó jellegét. A 2825225. sz. német szövetségi köztársaságbeli nyilvánosságrahozatali iratban ismertetett készítmény szintén acetont tartalmaz diaceton-alkohol, alifás szénhidrogén és emulgeáló szerek mellett. A 4735798. lajstromszámú amerikai egyesült államokbeli szabadalmi leírásban ismertetett lakklemosó szer csökkentett aceton arány mellett etil-alkoholt, etil-acetátot, vizet és glicerint tartalmaz. A 6227206. sz.
A találmány szerinti acetonmentes körömlakk lemosó készítmény 10-15 t% gliceron-triacetátot, 50-70 t%-ban 96 t%-os etil-alkoholt, 12-301% etilacetátot, 2-31% 4700-6000 molekulatömegű polipropilénglikolt, 0,1-51% etoxilált zsírsav poliglikolészter EO értéke 80-100 és alkilfenol-poliglikoléterEO-értéke 20-100,1:1 tömegarányú keverékét továbbá 0,5-21% illatanyagot tartalmaz.
A készítmény nagyon jól oldja a körömlakkban használt összes filmképzőt és lakkot, amellett lehetővé teszi a kozmetikai iparban alkalmazott anyag alkalmazását is anélkül, hogy a lemosó készítmény zsíros tapintású lenne. Egészségügyi szempontból ártalmatlan, körömkímélő hatású. A készítmény egyszerű módon és viszonylag olcsón állítható elő az egyes komponensek tetszés szerinti összekeverésével. Acetone or preparations containing predominantly acetone, other solvents and acetates are generally used to remove nail polish.
No. 7706271. According to a Dutch disclosure, a high boiling point hydrocarbon formulation is disclosed beside acetone, which modifies the leaching action of acetone. No. 2825225. The composition disclosed in the German Federal Publication also contains acetone in addition to diacetone alcohol, aliphatic hydrocarbons and emulsifiers. U.S. Patent No. 4,735,798, et al., Discloses ethyl alcohol, ethyl acetate, water, and glycerol at reduced acetone ratios. No. 6227206. The composition disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication (KOKAI) Japan is acetone-free, the detergent components are gamma-butyrolactone, benzyl alcohol, ethanol, squalene and other additives. Other formulations known in the art have lower solubility properties of amyl acetate, vegetable oil, dibutyl phthalate, dioctyl adipate, ethylene glycol or diethylene glycol, than acetone.
The disadvantage of the solvent mixture is that although it dissolves well the nitro-, acetyl-, benzyl-, ethyl-celluloses which form on the basis of nail polishes, they cause the nail to dry due to their lipolytic action. Ethyl alcohol and glycerol components are used to prevent dehydration, although the solvents of these latter solvents have little or no effect.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a highly soluble, non-acetone-free nail polish remover which does not cause nail drying and thus has a nail-sparing effect.
The acetone-free nail polish remover composition of the present invention comprises 10-15% glycerol triacetate, 50-70% 96% ethyl alcohol, 12-301% ethyl acetate, 2-31% polypropylene glycol having a molecular weight of 4700-6000, The polyglycolester ester of 1-51% ethoxylated fatty acids has an EO of 80-100 and a mixture of alkylphenol polyglycol etherEO in a weight ratio of 20-100.1: 1, further comprising 0.5-21% fragrance.
The composition dissolves very well all the film-forming and varnishes used in nail polishes, while also allowing the use in the cosmetics industry without the greasy formulation being greasy. It is harmless from a health point of view and has a nail-saving effect. The composition can be prepared in a simple and relatively inexpensive way by mixing each component as desired. The composition of the composition is illustrated by the following examples:
