BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a stretcher for carrying and, where necessary, carrying injured persons in accidents and catastrophes when carrying out life-saving interventions, which comprises a reclining plate made of articulated elements and a positioning support and a hand grip.

It is a well-known fact that the posture of the injured person may be decisive for the fate of the injured person depending on the injury. Of this steel is applied to. Stretched stretchers, which allow the injured (patient's) posture to be extended over a wider range.

It is an object of the present invention to overcome the above-mentioned disadvantages, that is, to improve the stretcher, which is significantly more advantageous than the known solutions.

The invention is based on the discovery that the object is solved by attaching struts to one of the elements of the split lying sheet, preferably the middle one.

The object of the present invention has been accomplished in that the support is provided with pivotable legs that are pivotable parallel to the longitudinal axis of the stretcher, which is joined to the recumbent in a hinge formed in its central element.

For ease of construction, it is preferable to have an embodiment in which the hinge is disposed outside the plane of the middle member of the lying sheet.

An embodiment in which the feet are provided with a roller is preferred for providing or facilitating position change.

In order to facilitate the transport of the injured, it is advantageous to have an embodiment in which the elements forming the recline are provided with straps for holding the human body and a footrest.

In order to secure the elements of the lying plate and the legs in the desired position, it is desirable to have an embodiment in which the hinges are formed by a toothed pin and are clamped by a screw. '

For the necessary life-saving intervention, an embodiment is provided which is provided with holders that hold healing accessories. For carrying purposes, an embodiment which is provided with shoulder straps that can be engaged when folded back for transport is preferred.

The stretcher according to the invention is provided with a recess 1 formed of elements 2 and a central element 6 connected to the hinges 3 and a support 4 for changing position. As can be seen clearly from the figures, the wet lying sheet 1 can be adjusted to provide any posture.

Outside the plane of the central element 6, it is provided with a hinge 7 to which a positioning support 4 is connected. The support 4 is formed by two legs 8 and pulleys 9 arranged on the longitudinal axis of the stretcher. For example, instead of the rollers 9, sleds can be fitted according to the conditions on the ground.

On the lying plate 1 of the stretcher according to the invention, footrests 11 are provided, as well as straps 10 at each of its elements 2, which help to secure the transport of the injured person. The straps 10 are preferably provided with buckles. Perhaps the most important part of the construction of the stretcher according to the invention are the articulations 3 and 7, which are formed by the end teeth 12. The hinges 3 and 7 formed by the front teeth 12 are clamped by means of a screw 13, so that the hinges 3 and 7 can be easily adjusted at any time.

The design of the screw 13 may be purely manual and may require a hand tool.

The stretcher according to the invention is folded into a small shape for carrying position, as shown in Figure 6. The stretcher according to the invention can be folded backwards by its hinges 3 and 7 and thus requires the smallest space for transport and storage. The stretcher according to the invention is equipped with shoulder straps 14 which are preferably buckle-shaped for better attachment. This design has the particular advantage of keeping the stretcher in constant readiness.

The operation of the stretcher according to the invention is described below.

As can be seen from Figure 3, the stretcher according to the invention can be operated by a single patient carrier 16 if its pivoting feet 8 are properly adjusted and the recumbency 1 is adjusted accordingly.

7-11. Figures 1 to 5 show that the lying sheet 1 of the stretcher according to the invention can be adjusted to provide any posture.

With the correct choice of rollers 9, the stretcher according to the invention can be used in any terrain, on any solid ground, on rails, in an ambulance, in a hospital.

Under special circumstances, it is conceivable to install sole instead of rollers 9.

The choice of the stretcher material of the present invention results in a lightweight, universal and stable medical device.
