Abstract
Lamelni stroj s poboljšanim brtvljenjem između mirujućih i rotirajućih dijelova cilindra, iz skupine volumnih rotacionih strojeva, koji može biti pogonski ili radni, koji kao radni medij koristi stlačivi ili nestlačivi fluid, u čijem se cilindru okreće ekscentrično postavljen rotor s lamelama, koji ima jedan ili više mirujućih dijelova cilindra (A) i ima jedan ili više rotirajućih dijelova cilindra (B), da su kod složenije verzije lamelnog stroja sa više mirujućih i rotirajućih dijelova cilindra moguće sve kombinacije međusobnog razmještaja i veličine mirujućih i rotirajućih dijelova, da mirujući dio cilindra ima jedan ili više radijalnih otvora za ulaz i jedan ili više radijalnih otvora za izlaz radnog medija iz radnog prostora, da radijalni otvor za izlaz radnog medija na početku izlaza ima suženje presjeka površine sa postepenim povećanjem presjeka površine, da su rotirajući dijelovi cilindra kotrljajući ili klizni ležajevi koji su fiksno postavljeni u otvore mirujućeg dijela cilindra ili u kućište i rotiraju slobodno oko osi cilindra, da navedeni rotirajući dijelovi cilindra (B) mogu biti izvedeni s dodatnim prstenima (10) čija širina može biti veća od širine ležaja, da lamele (F) imaju na gornjoj plohi (23) uzdužne aksijalne brazde (24), da se položaj navedenih uzdužnih aksijalnih brazda (24), na lamelama (F), podešava rasporedu mirujućih dijelova (A) i rotirajućih dijelova (B) u cilindru, da ravne plohe (23) u toku vrtnje rotora djelovanjem centrifugalne sile, dolaze u dodir s radnom plohom (9) unutarnjih prstena (8) ili dodatnih prstena (10), tako da ih povlače u rotaciju, da na bočnim stranama tijela (22) lopatica ima uzdužne radijalne brazde (25), koje u toku rotacije rotora ostvaruju dodir s bočnim pregradama (14), da se bočne pregrade (14) rotiraju u ekscentričnim otvorima mirujućih dijelova cilindra (a), da ima poklopce (D) sa ekscentričnim otvorima (18) unutar kojih rotiraju bočne pregrade (14), da ima bočne pregrade (14) fiksno spojene s rotorom (C) s kojim se okreću zajedno istom kutnom brzinom oko iste osi, naznačen time, da je dodatni prsten ležaja (10) izveden iz više međusobno spojenih dijelova; da se na rotirajuće dijelove cilindra (A), koji su u kontaktu sa mirujućim dijelovima (B), postavlja umetak (26) ili presvlaka (27) od materijala čija je tvrdoća manja od tvrdoće osnovnoga materijala dijelova u kontaktu za minimalno 25 HRB, a koje poboljšavaju brtvljenje na mjestima kontakta mirujućih i rotirajućih dijelova cilindra tako da dodatni prsten ležaja ima umetak (26) ili presvlaku (27) od materijala čija je tvrdoća manja od tvrdoće osnovnoga materijala dodatnih prstena ležaja, mirujućeg dijela cilindra i rotirajućih bočnih pregrada za minimalno 25 HRB, a koje poboljšavaju brtvljenje između dodatnih prstena ležaja i mirujućeg dijela cilindra sa jedne strane, a sa druge strane između dodatni prsten ležaja i rotirajuće bočne pregrade;
