Izum se odnosi na postupak za proizvodnju masa za armiranje, lijepljenje i ispunu za građevinsku industriju. The invention relates to a process for the production of reinforcing, gluing and filling compounds for the construction industry.
U građevinskoj industriji se u velikom opsegu prerađuju boje i pastozni proizvodi kao što su mase za ispunu, osnovna i pokrovna žbuka, sve do masa za armiranje i lijepljenje za kombinirane sustave za toplinsku izolaciju u različitim veličinama zrna i tonovima boja. Pri tome često ostaju velike količine neprerađenih preostalih materijala, čije uklanjanje pričinjava velike probleme građevinskoj industriji i dobavljačkim firmama. Na ovom mjestu se mora napomenuti, da je već poznato (DE 43 43 080 A1), da se iz preostalih materijala odnosno otpada koji se obradom pretvore u osnovne materijale proizvodnje građevinskih materijala, dobivaju vlaknasti materijali i materijali u prahu kao i zrnati materijali, da bi se na taj način uspostavilo kolanje sirovina. Pri tome se dobivaju organske tvari, preostale tvari i otpaci tih tvari za daljnju obradu i kao polazni materijal za proizvodnju građevinskih materijala kao mineraliziranog osnovnog materijala. U tu svrhu se pastozni materijali tako dugo miješaju sa vlaknima, prahom i/ili granulatom, dok se ne dobije osnovni materijal koji je prikladan za daljnju obradu. Thus, the setting of the goal and the result are strikingly different from those according to the subject invention.

Iako postojeće preostale količine imaju velike razlike u veličini zrna i tonovima boja, njihovo korištenje moguće je bez problema. Kako se kod usitnjenih preostalih količina može očekivati visoki udio kvalitativno vrlo vrijednih krajnjih slojeva, iz mješavine usitnjenih preostalih količina nastaje sirovina kao poluproizvod za proizvodnju naprijed navedenih proizvoda, koji je po kvaliteti u najmanju ruku jednak sirovinama koje se inače koriste za proizvodnju tih masa, no u pravilu je povoljniji.
